Horrible towing company. They were contracted through Avis for a rental car with a dead battery. I waited and the tow driver seemed to not be coming. It's 10pm at this point and i been waiting for hours. He is upset his driver hasn't contacted me. He puts me on hold, calls the driver on 3 way. The phone goes silent. I wait, call back and he starts screaming like a psycho "maam I told you to hold on, and you hang up the phone" screams he is going to cancel my tow and hangs up. This place is psychotic. Then he lies and tells the Avis rep that I was threatening him over the phone. Luckily Avis was on the other phone and heard him and this bold lie. I must have been interrupting his game in the background because he went ballistic and was totally unprovoked. I would never trust this place with anything. Recently I decided to add a trailer hitch to my new 2017 Honda Pilot. I figured i would also be able to use the hitch to apply a bumper to protect the rear portion of my new vehicle. I drove over to Speed World on a Saturday late afternoon and that following Monday was MLK Day... I wanted to apply the hitch ASAP to protect my SUV. Speed World put a rush on the items and I'm happy to say they called me on Monday and had my Trailer Hitch completed in about 20 minutes that same day. These guys did a great job fixing my car .. no issues and looks brand new .. super responsive and attentive.

Nightmare experience. Took 3+ months to repair my car after a branch fell on it. Often would not answer their business phone. Terrible communication. Blaze kept lying and saying it would be done by such and such time, so I would plan to go home to my family in Philly and then come the day it was supposed to be ready I would have to call and they would say still not done. Ruined my father's day plans. Insurance only covered a rental for 30 days and I had to pay on top of that. So when it was finally done, since insurance only covered part the cost, before showing up I called and asked how much I owed because I had to budget and brought a card that had enough money on it. Then when I go to pay he tells me it's a markup for credit, it ended up being an extra 40 bucks. It would have been convenient to know that in advance....and their ATM was out of order. Then he insults me by saying my car was really messy (well I didn't know it was going into the shop the day I walked up and there was a giant hole in the sunroof...and it was full of broken glass and snow and rain. Keep your judgments to yourself....) THEN I walk up to my car, get in, and what do I see? A giant fucking crack in my windshield. So I'm like, hello what's up w this giant crack?? "Oh your insurance didn't cover that blah blah blah just call safelight." Who gives a car back w a giant crack lmao, after taking 3 months no less. Then I got photos from the adjuster through my insurance PROVING THE CRACK WAS NOT THERE BEFORE. Still Blaze insisted it was there all along and for some reason my insurance didn't cover it but he said he would make good by getting his glass guy to fix it for me. I have been calling trying to set that up almost WEEKLY since JULY. Today I lost it and he told me to slow my roll, and asked "do you want me to help you or tell you to go fuck yourself?" I've left my car with Speedworld several times over the last few years to fix various scuffs, scrapes, and dents. The shop is clean, and the staff is honest with you. Their work has always been good, and they get your car back to you quickly. You may pay a bit more than other places, but it's well worth it. These guys know their stuff. When I say these guys I'm specifically talking about Greg who works with the car detailing(SW graphics?). I came asking for some carbon fiber wrapping and he had to attempt the project a few times but he eventually got it perfect. I don't think I'll get more done here because I don't want to go overboard with the design, but if I ever do need anything else in terms of detailing or for him to redo what hes already perfected because of wear and tear I know where to go. I don't own a car only motorcycles, so I can't comment on the mechanic(s) or automotive side of this business. This review was specifically for the Graphics spot in the very back. Thank God for my friend who told me about Speed World. Not only is the shop a great looking shop, the vinyl department was on point and they have parking. They are VERY busy, which they ALWAYS told me upfront. The first time I came to the shop, I dealt with Louise. He was VERY technical, insightful and informative. Even though he was working on a project, he still was answering all of my questions and in full detail too. He did not brush me off or seem to have an attitude. I LOVE that. Customer service is one of the things that wins and MAINTAINS business for any company. I liked that they had a procedure in place to make things easier for your decal to be created too, which was an email process. For me, I am an artist of some sort and I am VERY specific about things...OCD. LOL. I emailed all of the layers of my decal to them so that when I came in it was a smooth transition to create the layers of the decal. At that time, I worked with Phillipe and boy is he a magician with the computer program. He hooked my decal up QUICKLY and was not annoyed with my questions or OCD. He is an artist too, so he knew where I was coming from and was a HUGE help. He even added a contribution to my decal that made it even better. That was a plus. You may get annoyed because they are so busy but make it easier on them and yourself come prepared. Have a sketch or images or something that they can work with, have your colors picked out already as well as the size of the decal that you want. Once you have all that, THEN go and get your decal done. I was there for about an hour and a half. But it was worth it. I wanted my decal to be perfect and it came out even better than that. It came out HEAVENLY. Thats BETTER than perfect. LOL. read more

You get what you pay for I had tints done it was all bubbly and then I had mud flaps installled and it was terrible to bolts came off easy. I had to go on a long road trip. I let the mechanics here know, and I asked for an oil change, to balance my front wheels, and to tune up my engine. It was pricey work, and I trusted that they did a good job. A few hundred miles later, I find that the engine oil was brown and looked old, like it hadn't been changed, and my steering wheel shook as if the wheels were never balanced. So what did I pay them for? They literally did nothing what I asked for, besides *maybe* tuning up my engine. I'm done with this place. If you want to pay for trash service, with no results, then by all means come here. If you care about your car, STAY AWAY. read more
