I see all the good reviews on this guy and figured I give him a shot and I'm sure he's a great individual but his pricing is absolutely ridiculous. Either people don't care about spending the money or they are completely misinformed. I needed two tires replaced. Mounted and balanced. I already purchased the tires on my own. He gave me a price of $150 a wheel!!Which is absurd. That's $300. I can buy all four tires for under $280. I went over to my guys at ETD in Hackensack and payed $84 before tax. That's mounted and balanced. I get you have to pay for the convenience of him coming to you and to make a dollar but taking advantage is a whole different story. read more

Needed a tire after I hit a pothole and blew out my side wall, at 11:30 pm at night. My car didn't come with a donut or spare. Just a fix a flat kit. Johnnie pulled up with his van that had everything to replace my tire with a used one. He was able to check for balancing and replaced my air stem valve which was also damaged when I hit the pothole. We wreaked of intense stupidity the night we locked the keys to our Mini Cooper into the trunk. A member from The Roadside Plug came to rescue us WITHOUT needing to break the driver's side window. The man was so kind and didn't make us feel like total turds for locking ourselves out of our car. Good on AAA for having The Roadside Plug on its rolodex. I don't know what we would have done otherwise. What started out as a complex and complicated evening turned out alright in the end. Car 1 breaks down in an Amazon parking lot, then when Car 2 comes to pick up the driver and buy a new battery for Car 1, the driver for Car 2 locks the keys into Car 2 while loading new battery for Car 1 into its trunk.
