Then held my car hostage once I finally got a tow to take my car out of their facility. RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, LOW CLASS, CON ARTISTS! (read below for the full story) Tuminos Towing picked up my vehicle which was stuck on the NJ turnpike. Apparently AAA can not tow vehicles from the NJ turnpike, they need to get your car from a non private road. So the tow truck came from Tuminos Towing dispatched by Interstate Roadside Assistance. I was told by them that the tow fee of the tow truck ($165) would be reimbursed by AAA in a few weeks (lets see if that actually happens). The Tuminos tow truck driver told me I could leave the car at their facility with no charge. This was on Memorial Day in the night time, so no AAA tow trucks would come and get my car from Tuminos as it was a holiday plus the car needed to go into NYC. I guess no Towtruck guys wanted to take that long drive in traffic on holiday. The Tuminos towtruck guy that brought my car to the facility assured me that I would NOT be charged for any storage fees. So I left the car with the key inside the car on their lot - BIG MISTAKE! My sister came to pick me up and I was on the phone with AAA the next morning. It seems that when you are not with your vehicle and AAA needs to go from Northern NJ to NYC they basically leave your car for dead last on their tow itinerary and if they dont get to it they dont get to it. So I spent the following day (tuesday) on the phone ALL day with AAA trying to get a tow, and after 3 closed tickets with AAA and my car still not picked up (closed tickets apparently means that the car has been picked up and dropped off which it wasnt), I finally decided to go through my Car Insurance roadside assistance instead. So Wednesday morning I set up a tow truck through my insurance carrier. I set it up for late in the afternoon so that I could be home from work in time to receive the car. Everything went fantastic with my insurance company roadside assistance and the towtruck was dispatched within 20 minutes or so. When he arrived to Tuminos to pick up my vehicle he was stopped and told that I owed a storage fee. He called me immediately to let me know that he couldnt take my car until it was paid. I called Tuminos and explained to them that their towtruck driver assured me that I wouldnt have to pay a storage fee. Their rep named Charlie was very rude and told me "yeah if it was 1 or 2 days sure, but not for 3 or 4 days... my car was in their lot for 43 hours TOTAL - not even 2 days. He continued to be very rude and cut me off every time I tried to explain my side of it and that AAA was giving me the run around. He didnt care - $91.70 or I'm not getting my car back... for 43 hours parking. I think this is a GREAT time to point out that just outside of their facility was free street parking where I could have left my vehicle and felt just as safe for FREE. I would have done that if I wasnt lied to about no storage-fees to park on their facility. Bottom line is STAY away from this company and ALL of their locations, it seems all of their locations have bad ratings/reviews on here and I'm sure the ratings are accurate! Driver be ware, you are already going through frustrations if your car needs a tow, you dont need to be lied to, robbed and disrespected on top of that. I wish I thought to check their reviews BEFORE i let them touch my car... But I'm sure Tuminos knows that people on the side of the road are desperate and not checking reviews until after the fact by then, they have already committed their robbery. Thats the only way this low level business can stay open. STAY AWAY from them if you check this beforehand. Good luck.

Two Brothers Auto Body - Simply the Best!!!…read more I can't even begin to explain how amazing Two Brothers Auto Body was! From the very first phone call (where I was basically crying about my car being hit by a truck) to the very second I drove my totally repaired car off their lot they made everything so easy and stress-free. I've never been in an accident before, so I had no idea what to expect -- but they walked me through every single step, handled all the back-and-forth with the insurance company, and kept me updated the whole time. Jay was absolutely incredible to deal with -- professional, patient, and just genuinely kind. He answered every question I had (and I had a lot!) and really went out of his way to make sure I understood the process and kept telling me not to worry. The turnaround time honestly blew...my...mind!! I thought it would take weeks, but they had my car looking brand new so much faster than I expected. The quality of the work is flawless -- you'd never even know there was damage to begin with. I am putting up a picture of the side of my car which was crunched in and my doors were mangled. He (yes my car is a "he") looks BRAND NEW! If you're ever in an accident and want a shop that actually cares, this is the place. Two Brothers made a crazy stressful situation so easy, and I'm beyond grateful for how they treated me and my car. I can not recommend these guys enough. Thank you once again

The owner, Jay (just like me!), was incredibly friendly from the start and took the time to explain every detail of their work. My car was promised to be ready in 24 hours, and he definitely delivered on that promise. If you're looking for an auto shop, I definitely recommend this one.I got two quotes from other places before arriving here, and they were quite expensive with job estimates of 48 to 72 hours.I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Jay and his team for the incredible work they've accomplished. Thank you!

They were great about responding, showing up in under an hour, and towing our van directly to the work site which was approx. a 45 minute tow. That is when the experience went sour. The driver demanded payment of $1,500. CASH. He would not unhook the van until paid. After we haggled and argued for 20-30 minutes, one push of the "dial" away from calling 911, he agreed to drop the fee to $1,000 CASH. We had NO choice as it was night time, we were now late to start the job, and had two of our contractors waiting for the van and it's belongings. We paid $500. cash, and one of the contractors had to Venmo the other $500. WE BASICALLY GOT ROBBED! Only reason we didnt call the police is that it was our mistake for not asking how much the tow would cost ahead of time. So, this guy just saw our desperation and completely took advantage of the situation. NOT sure that Adams Towing even knows about this? Tow truck driver may have even been the owner, not sure... Hopefully NOT! As this was disgraceful. We were expecting to pay maybe $500. which we feel would have been fair.... shame on us for trusting and not asking for a price first, but SHAME ON THIS GUY for taking advantage and demanding $1,500. CASH!!!!
