I unfortunately got in a wreck on Merrick road but in the luckiest turn of events it happened right in front of Final Touch. I was so shaken up having my toddler in the car- I haven't been in an accident since I was 16?! Someone came out and helped me get it together. Got my car over to the shop. They called my insurance, filed the claim, got me a rental car all within an hour. Over the course of the claim they worked with my insurance (who wanted to total it) to come to an agreement to fix it. Once the parts were ordered I had the car back in about a week. It was fully detailed and hasn't been this clean since the day I got it (kids are gross). Everyone at final touch was so caring and helpful I can't recommend them enough. When I first walked into the door I was greeted by Toni, she was very polite and offered water and espresso, I then sat down with Nick and Raffaele who are both extremely nice and welcoming. A huge thank you to Nick and his staff for realigning the front hood of my 1988 Saleen Mustang show car, it was misaligned for years and had very bad scratches and discoloration on the front, he took time out of his day right after lunch and put his best workers on it to allign the hood like factory and buffed out the discoloration and scratches that were on the hood that I could not get off with hand wax, I had my kids so he let me wait in the beautiful air-conditioned waiting area and offered me cold water and even homemade cookies for my kids!lol Nick is extremely professional, accommodating and friendly and i couldn't be happier!, His workers are so qualified and knowledgeable as well and I am 100% a returning customer! read more

Nick and team have worked on several of my vehicles in the past and they have always exceeded my expectations, fantastic work at a great price. I have a 1990 Harley Davidson Soft Tail Heritage that I neglected a bit with the cleaning. Having searched the old inner-web for Motorcycle detailing I was surprised to find that there really aren't any in the area. That prompted my call to Final Touch. Toni was a pleasure to speak with over the phone and Nick was able to have me bring the bike in the next day. Julio worked his magic for 5 1/2 hours making the bike look brand new. The tins looked phenomenal and the chrome popped like it use to. When I saw the bike it looked like something right off the Harley dealership floor. Julio, who always goes above and beyond took the time to even touch up some minor paint chips and scratches. Overall I couldn't be happier and will certainly be back next year for another detailing. This place was recommended by a friend and now i know why. They were super nice and accommodating and helped me immediately. I stopped in with a minor fender bender. I didn't care about the dent, but the driver's door was scraping against the fender. They said i could replace the fender or just re-align and touch up the paint. i went for the latter and it took less than the 5 minutes predicted and they charged me NOTHING! i gave the extremely helpful gentleman, who did the repairs, a nice tip and was on my way.
