Who likes going to take their car to an auto shop to try and fix an issue? No one! So glad I found this place after some Reddit recommendations. Steve is awesome and honest. I took 2 cars here to get repairs, oil change, and inspections done within 5 days! Prices were fair, nothing extra was added, and they mentioned about a possible part issue that could happen in the future. read more

I have to say that after multiple recommendations and having some minor services done there, I had the misfortune to have to require some bodywork to my vehicle. Seeing the reviews and just how people deal with Steve and Gino is comforting when you're dropping your vehicle in for service or repair. Steve is an ace type of guy that I can only imagine is a physical embodiment of good karma. He takes care of people and treats them fairly with respect and does quality work. God bless these mechanics. I feel that sometimes quality people of any kind is short in supply, but apparently not at Josephs. What an amazing place and I thank you guys for everything you did. read more

Steve and the team at Joseph's are so good and kind and appreciative of everyone's business. they drove me all the way back to Farmingdale!!! thank you for the car wash too read more

This place is the best in the business by a mile!! We have had some work done by him over the years and it has always been perfect, professional and quick but this last time was the best by far. After being in a car accident, he showed up for us big time...towing our car from another state, helping us obtain a rental, dealing with insurance and getting our car fixed. The repairs are always fabulous, communication is excellent and he gives you back the car clean and detailed!!! Couldn't be happier. Wish every business had his work ethic. Highly recommend. read more

Life is filled of surprises sometimes ones like something breaking on your car which can be the worst surprise I live down the block from Joseph's and I said heck let me walk down the block asking for a quote. I walked in and right away was greeted with friendly staff. Gino helped me out right away and was already looking up parts and gave me a price. The service was quick and great price. Everyone there was so friendly. I 1000% will be going here for all future car work and will be recommending him to all my friends and family. Honest, friendly and trust worthy. Makes a trip to the mechanics an enjoyable experience Thanks again Gino and your workers there read more

I walked into Joseph's thirty minutes before closing for an oil change and inspection. While I came far too late for an inspection, the oil change was done promptly. They also checked a couple of things about which I inquired, namely my tire air pressure and battery on my car keys and fixed it. All in all a great experience. 10/10 would recommend. read more

I've been bringing my family's cars to Joseph's for 25+ years, and never have I been disappointed. The other day my car didn't start and they came to my house 3 separate times! Took the car, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and dropped the car off again. Who does that? I couldn't recommend them more highly. Totally professional, helpful and pleasant. Thank you Steve and crew! Sandy D. read more

My son was stuck on a Sunday night before heading back to college. Steven and Gino cleared their lifts immediately and started working on his truck. 5 hours later he was back on the road. I am beyond satisfied with the professionalism and generosity of this shop. Thank you Joseph's ! read more

Truly honest thorough fair. Best service anywhere. Love this place. Really hard to find a shop as honest and caring as these people.

Joseph's is the only place I'll take my car. I've been coming here for years and I've never been disappointed. They are so honest and accommodate you in every way possible. I've never felt so at ease leaving my car somewhere and I always know it's in good hands. They only do the work that's necessary and never try to add on suspicious services. I've never felt swindled and they explain everything. As long as I'm on the island I'll never go anywhere else. I've gotten everything done from, oil changes to inspections and body work after an accident and my car comes back feeling brand new every time. I recommend Joseph's to everyone! read more

Excellent and honest. Trust worthy mechanic. Will be using them when I need to my goto mechanic.

Unfortunately my daughter was in an accident with her new Jeep Cherokee. Thankfully everyone was ok. I took my Jeep to Steve at Jospeh's who not only helped me get a rental car but assured me the truck would look like New once again. I was extremely concerned with matching the paint ( Black Pearl Metallic) and considering I have OCD I was extremely worried. They did an amazing job and the truck actually looks better then the day we picked it up from the dealership!!! I can't thank Steve and Jospeh's enough they made the whole process so much easier. Thank you Jim Lombardo & Family. read more

My BMW was leaking oil and dripping on the exhaust pipe causing a nasty smell in the cabin. Steve took great care of me replacing the valve cover gasket along with a new factory valve cover that I wanted replaced finding out they are made of plastic and a damaged pressure sensor/hose. Price was very fair compared to what the dealer wanted and now smell and leak are gone. Car is now running better. While I was there he noticed a fist size dent on my rear panel and asked if I wanted him to have it pulled out. Price was good and I agreed. A knuckle head who walked by my car a few weeks ago while I was in a mall shopping was heard to be ranting something and decided to punched it. Saved me big bucks not having to go to a body shop and have it repaired including have to have the rear quarter painted and the time having to go to small claims court to sue the guy who did it. He had enough problems when the police stopped him and quest him as he had outstanding warrants and was arrested for them. Karma is a bitch. Car lQQks great. My family trusts him with all our vehicles. read more

Just picked up my car from Josephs and I am in shock. Not only did they complete all the work early but my car never looked so good. Not only did they do all the repairs I asked but also fixed my squeaking breaks The cost was half of what I was quoted at two other places. I will never go any where else. They where polite and I feel honest. Especially when a women walks in I always think I'm being taken advantage of but not this place. I would highly recommend them and will to everyone I know. read more

Literally the best possible customer service from any company I have ever received. Steve was amazing! His personal attention to me and my family really made this shop stand out. These guys genuinely care about their customers. I'm not an auto body repair professional, but I know that I cannot even tell that my car was damaged. When I picked it up, the car was detailed beautifully. Steve answered my questions and walked me through what was done to my car. I have never felt so secure about anything car related before. I called at 8:30 on 12/2 to ask about an approximate time for an oil change and inspection. I was told at 8:30 am that I could be taken right away. I drove right over and arrived at 8:41. I asked the guy at the counter about an oil change and inspection and he said it would be 2 hours minimum. Lying to a customer on the phone to get them into your shop is disgusting and I can no longer trust your shop to let me know something simple as wait times, let alone trusting you with my car. read more
