This time I talk to him in the office but he says he's "busy" (hone of the mechanics was in the office with him and they were both just chatting and on their phones) and I'd need to wait at least an hour. The third time I go back I'm told he couldn't help me until the next day. If that's the case make me make an appointment and don't just say come between 8 and 3! I can't speak to their actual quality of service provided as I was never actually helped, but based on this interaction and the inability to be helped in 3 different occasions I'd never think to bring my vehicle here, and will caution my neighbors from utilizing their services even though they are close to home.

Due to my fast paced work schedule,there's been times where I needed an inspection 5 minutes before closing and Lenny has taken it or told me to come in the morning. From oil changes to sensors to exhaust work,they do a great job for fair prices.These mechanics have no time to lie to you or take you for your money.They want the job done right,or they won't do it at all. There's been times where in the process of working on my car,they've found something that could've caused a major accident.Instead of them not telling me,Lenny would call me and always explain the situation in laymen terms so I wasn't confused or surprised by the price if he did fix the problem. When my truck wouldn't pass inspection, they did a diagnosis and told me it was because it was a high mileage engine and worn down internally.I went to another shop for a second opinion, and the other shop charged me $250 to tell me the same thing Lenny told me for $50 dollars!
