Our car had issues with the tire pressure and we stopped at Bills for emergency check up. He told us just to reset the system. He didn't charge us at all. My uncle suggested this place to my dad, and then my dad suggested this place for me. The owner is always honest, and never over charges you. I always come here to get my oil changed as well as other issues I have with my car. Tip is just an option here. Don't feel obligated to tip, because the owner has said the workers are paid nicely. After hearing a strange braking sound on my wife's car, I have decided to take it to a shop and get it check out and usually I would dread about doing that since most auto repair places would give you a hard time and/or charge you an arm and a leg for it. But not this place. I gave them a call and a very friendly lady took my information and told me when I can drop it off. I dropped the car the same day she asked me too and met George. George was very friendly and told me where to park the vehicle and drop off the keys and he will call me back once they find out what happened. The next day they called me and said my car is ready for pick up so I went and George told me it was nothing major and said it's all done. I was waiting to hear how much I was gonna be charged and George said you owe me nothing. I was shock and i said what?? He said they didnt do any work other than putting flipping a brake clip around (at least thats what I remember). Still shocked I said can I at least give your guy a tip and left them a tip. Best full-service gas station in Nassau. Maybe the only one left of its kind! The employees are friendly fast and efficient. They move the cars through their pumps so fast so even if there is a line it is never a long wait. They are on the ball 4 seasons, hot and sweltering in the summer, or below-freezing in the winter. Thank you for providing full-service. I called the service station about a burnt headlamp and they honestly said they wouldn't know if they had it in stock until they took it out. Several years ago while driving on the Long Island Expressway my car began to lose power and the dreaded "Check Engine" light was illuminated, I exited the L.I.E. and aimlessly drove looking for assistance, I stumbled upon Bill's Friendly and limped into there driveway, well long story short I have been bringing all of my families cars there ever since, we have owned domestic vehicles as well as imports, both Japanese and German and Bill's has never let us down. What makes this place so special is that they are the complete package: 1) Quality, I have never had to bring a car back because they didn't repair it correctly the first time, they have very little personnel turn over, same mechanics for years! 2) The service, George is always accommodating and professional and if says "I will call you" he actually calls....
