From the moment I walked in on Sunday, I was greeted by Ken--who I believe is the manager--and immediately felt like I was in great hands. His professionalism, courtesy, and clear communication were above and beyond. Even though Sunday was fully booked (which says a lot about how trusted and busy they are), Ken still took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done for my brakes. He walked me through the entire early drop-off process for Monday morning--showing me where the key envelopes were, how to fill one out, and where the secure key drop box in the garage was. Dropping the car off before they opened was effortless. On Monday, Ken called me around 11 AM to let me know my car was ready--exactly as quoted the day before, with no surprises. I told him I'd be there after work around 5 PM, and he said no problem at all. When I arrived, the car was exactly where he said it would be, perfectly repaired, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Ken and his entire team were phenomenal. I just needed a tire, so I figured Mavis was safe choice. WRONG. Even though only one tire was blown, they recommended I replace 2 since my car is AWD, which is fine..it makes sense. I agreed to the 2 tires + service with the mount/balance and labor charge it came out to $350. When I ubered to the Mavis after my car was ready, I found it in the street rather than the parking lot and immediately noticed an foul smell coming from the engine bay. I shrugged it off as a mechanical/shop smell and drove off. I noticed it driving differently immediately, it was much more difficult to get it into gear. I proceeded to get a car wash & air freshener only for the smell to remain. I took my car to Subaru service center a few days later and they diagnosed that my clutch was completely shot. I feel like whoever handled it either at the tow company or this ship did NOT know how to drive manual and completely took advantage of the fact that I was not present during any of this. Now something that should have been $200 is turning out to be $2000. Based on all the other negative reviews, they should just shut this place down.

I brought my car here for an alignment, and they damaged one of my axle boots. Instead of actually taking responsibility for the situation that he acknowledged his shop had caused, Ryan recommended I bring my axle to another shop to get a new boot at my own expense, and said he would not help me whatsoever in repairing the damaged axle, even if I supplied the parts. To add insult to injury, the leaking axle boot has flung grease all over my brand new suspension parts that I had installed just before the alignment. I really used to love this place, but frankly this is very unscrupulous behavior and will probably not come back after 5 years of being a customer here. Update: Just got home to find that the other axle boot was also melted the same way as the driver's side one. With labor, this is ~$1500 of damage to my vehicle, and they are not helping me with any of it.

Jesus told me that the piece of metal in my tire was so small that it didn't break through into the tire and that they tested it, it's fine, and there's no charge.
