Despite multiple requests and follow-up attempts, I never received a receipt, invoice, or work order documenting the services performed. Because I had concerns about the charge and the lack of documentation, I made numerous attempts to resolve the matter directly with the business. I called several times, filed a complaint through BP Consumer Support, and even returned to the shop in person to discuss the issue. During my visit, I was told that the higher charge was due to additional time spent working on the vehicle. However, I was never contacted beforehand to approve a higher price. I was also accused of lying when I tried to discuss my concerns and seek clarification. My biggest issue is not just the amount charged.
