When the service was completed, I was charged $200. I was never contacted about any increase in price and was not given the opportunity to approve additional charges before my card was charged. When I asked for a receipt, I was told that the printer was not working. Despite multiple requests and follow-up attempts, I never received a receipt, invoice, or work order documenting the services performed. Because I had concerns about the charge and the lack of documentation, I made numerous attempts to resolve the matter directly with the business. I called several times, filed a complaint through BP Consumer Support, and even returned to the shop in person to discuss the issue. During my visit, I was told that the higher charge was due to additional time spent working on the vehicle. However, I was never contacted beforehand to approve a higher price. I was also accused of lying when I tried to discuss my concerns and seek clarification. My biggest issue is not just the amount charged. It is the lack of communication, the failure to provide documentation for the work performed, and the way my concerns were handled when I attempted to resolve the matter professionally.
