After being ignored at Mavis with my kid's car, I figured I'd come here. As I pulled up a guy was standing out front and he told me to pull in front of the garage. He told me he was going to use a patch instead of a plug. Which I would have insisted on if he didn't say that. PSA- For safety's sake, don't use a plug unless you have no options, and then get it patched ASAP. 15 minutes later I was on the road. $25 for the repair. Place was what the Dr ordered. Fast service, good price, fine work, no complaints. I have a slow leak on my car so I now have a place to go. PS- It's not a big problem, but the guy who helped me spoke Spanish with a smattering of English and I'm the opposite. But I had no problem communicating as it was a simple matter. I'm sure there is at least one person there that is fluent in English if it is needed.

Brought my truck to him for a replacement tire. said the used tire he was giving me was really…read moregood condition. tire blew on on the highway 2 days later. when I went back to him, he asked me what I hit to which I replied nothing, I drove the vehicle to work for 2 days on the 495 which is perfectly paved with no potholes. he put another used tires on my car and charged me the same price and again said it was a great condition tire. two days later I went to Firestone in Massapequa for an alignment and they informed me the tire he put on had a massive bubble that was splitting, and the tire had severe dry rot. went back to Tony and again he asked me what I hit to which I replied dlnothing, I had simply driven to work 3 times on the 495, and he insisted I again hot something. this guy is selling dangerous non road worthy tires and accusing customers of hitting things when you bring the vehicle back to him. please see attached picture of the 2nd tire which was on my car for 3 days. do not recommend this business at all.

Within two days, my check engine light and oil light came on, and my car began making a rhythmic clanking noise. I immediately stopped driving and had the vehicle towed back to the shop. The tow truck driver even noted there was a pool of oil under my car. When the vehicle was inspected, I was told there was no drain plug on the oil pan, which would explain the oil loss. However, instead of clearly taking responsibility, I was given multiple inconsistent explanations, including claims about engine recalls and poor prior maintenance, neither of which applied to my vehicle. I have documentation showing my previous oil change was only about 2,200 miles prior. I was also told that a regional manager would be coming to inspect the vehicle and that I would be contacted when he arrived. Instead, I received a call around 1:30 PM stating the car was "fixed" and ready for pickup, without ever being notified that the regional manager had actually reviewed the vehicle Although the shop eventually refilled the oil and stated the engine is "fine," I am left with concerns about potential long-term damage due to oil loss, as well as a new noise when using the A/C that was not present before. I will be going to a Hyundai dealership to check if there are any damages. This experience was stressful and disappointing. I expected a routine service, but instead dealt with a potentially serious mechanical issue and inconsistent communication. I strongly recommend others document everything and ask detailed questions when dealing with this location.

I originally went to Goodyear for a vehicle inspection knowing that the Goodyear tires on our Jeep Liberty were the original tires and would need replacement if not that day, in the very near future. The technician assigned to our vehicle preformed a very thorough inspection and in addition to our vehicle needing tires, he advised that the brakes were worn and needed replacement to make the vehicle once again safe to drive. I also worked with Kevin Farley (Assistant store manager) regarding the work needing to be done and the pricing who also was very professional and friendly. Prior to any work being done, Kevin, Joe & I visually inspected my vehicle together and it was obvious that the tires and brake pads/rotors needed to be changed immediately! As you would suspect this was not going to be an inexpensive repair but I felt after a little friendly negotiation I received a fair deal and authorized the work be done. Like everyone else I too would like to make the best (cheapest) deal but parts and labor do cost money and like any business they are in it to make a profit. After replacing the brakes/rotors and mounting the rims with new tires, one of the wheel-locks shattered as they were placing the rims back on the car leaving a portion of the lock on the stud:-( The portion left was within the recessed area of the lug nut hole and was a BIG issue since it was unaccessible. The Goodyear technician worked very hard trying to remove this broken piece without damaging my alloy wheel or the stud but without success. After hours of trying that day (and the following day) they finally needed to use a torch to remove the broken piece on the stud which damaged the rim and hub stud badly. Since our vehicle was there again the following day without my presence, Joe Ancona kept me updated by telephone which was greatly appreciated. My first concern was to have the car repaired but in the back of my mind I was concerned about who would be paying for this repair and discussed it with Joe. Joe advised me that this was not a good situation for his shop but his #1 priority was that our vehicle was repaired correctly so we would continue to be "Goodyear Satisfied customers" and he would do whatever needed to satisfy us. Later that day I received a call from Joe and he advised that the repair was done and to please come down and pick up the vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle, it was completely repaired with a new rim (YES...A NEW RIM), new hub stud and new lug nuts with a total due for the wheel lock repair reading $0.00. We all know that every business has negative issues but most reviews normally only address the negatives and not positive ones like this so felt it was my responsibility to post this positive review. I would once again like to commend Joe Ancona and Kevin for their great customer service and their responsibility to protect the great reputation of the Goodyear Tire Company. Thank you Joe & Kevin!

I called them and they said if I could leave it they'd take care of me on the holiday. I did go online and reserve tires and an appointment just incase. I dropped it off at 9am, Janice was very helpful and gave me a great price. I decided to change all 4 tires and get an alignment because I was due anyway for new ones. My van was done by noon , picked it up and went on my way. Great fast service , tires feel nice and so glad they were open on a holiday.

I had a nail deep in the tire on my 2024 Mazda CX 30. I went back to the Mazda dealer several times. The dealer could not find the reason why driver side front tire was loosing air.Every week the low tire pressure warning came on. It drives you nuts. I kept filling the tire every week. For months it was add gas and air. Mazda dealer could not find the leak. I went to Bellmore tire and auto. They removed the wheel and soap bubble tested both rim interfaces, the tire valve and found no leak. Now here is the key to an excellent tire technician. The technician Orlando soap bubble tested every tread throughout the circumference of the entire tire. Rotating the tire on the balance machine. When they got to the last tread circle they found a small nail deeply imbedded below the tread surface. You could not see it by just casually scanning the tire. They extracted the nail, put in a plug and the leak stopped. Moral of the story is deal with knowledge and go to people who work to obtain results in solving problems. Alan Bellmore NY read more

As a single mom I try to save money when I can, I went to Bellmore Tires because I was told I could get used tires for my car that were very affordable. I bought two front tires for my older Ford Escape. A few weeks later I went to my Mechanic to have my Ford inspected. He told me he couldn't pass the car because the two front tires have dry rot and are very dangerous. He said, "they can blow out at anytime, you need to remove them." I have since called the Better Business Bureau and reported these low lives. Stay far away from them. read more
