Brought my truck to him for a replacement tire. said the used tire he was giving me was really good condition. tire blew on on the highway 2 days later. when I went back to him, he asked me what I hit to which I replied nothing, I drove the vehicle to work for 2 days on the 495 which is perfectly paved with no potholes. he put another used tires on my car and charged me the same price and again said it was a great condition tire. two days later I went to Firestone in Massapequa for an alignment and they informed me the tire he put on had a massive bubble that was splitting, and the tire had severe dry rot. went back to Tony and again he asked me what I hit to which I replied dlnothing, I had simply driven to work 3 times on the 495, and he insisted I again hot something. this guy is selling dangerous non road worthy tires and accusing customers of hitting things when you bring the vehicle back to him. please see attached picture of the 2nd tire which was on my car for 3 days. do not recommend this business at all. read more

If I could put 0 i would. Simply put, Tony is an arrogant asshat. Who knows...maybe his frontal lobe has shrunk so much that he forgot how to treat people. Anyway, he yells at girls who are trying to get their tire fixed ( while all they did was park in a clearly marked parking spot LOL) Clearly he shouldn't be in charge anymore and just be a behind the scenes guy. Old fashioned doesn't mean rude. He does not treat people like family, and you sure as hell shouldn't come here. Sunrise tires is where it's at. read more

Absolutely appalling experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. My car had to be towed to this shop, which is already a stressful situation for anyone. Instead of receiving even the bare minimum level of customer service, I was met with hostility, yelling, and complete disrespect. The person assisting me actually yelled at both me and the tow truck driver. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a business. Rather than offering solutions or treating customers with basic courtesy, they chose intimidation and aggression. If this is how they treat people who are relying on them for help, I can't imagine how they treat others behind closed doors. There is absolutely no excuse for speaking to customers this way. Save yourself the stress, time, and aggravation. There are plenty of repair shops that value professionalism and respect their customers. This is not one of them. read more

I got my brakes done here a few months ago and I just took the car in somewhere else and they told me that the guy didn't replace the rotors and that they're badly rusted and when I went back to the shop, he said the rotors don't need to be replaced and that they don't do rotors there... Which was a bold face lie, considering there's a sign right out front that says full brake service... Which includes rotors... As they are a part of the brakes... So he wasn't willing to change the rotors and after that he was so rude he said he wouldn't even change my tires I needed to go somewhere else, but really he just didn't wanna be accountable even though there's false advertising involved and I paid for a service I didn't receive, and now I still need the service done as my car is unsafe to drive. read more

They helped me right away. I didn't have an appointment. He was kind and explained everything to me . 5

As a previous worker for the owner Tony i would never reccomend anyone to get tires here. I had gone to collect my last paycheck after leaving to work elsewhere and Tony had threatend me saying if he sees me on the street he's gonna break my face, besides that i had done a bunch of work on his personal vehicle as i'm a Certified mechanic and a certified NYS safety inspector for vehicles and he tried telling me i had broke a bunch of parts on his car AFTER i had replaced a bunch of previously broken parts. Tony is extremely rude and disrespectful and basically told me i was good for nothing because i would enlighten customers that needed questions answered. Aswell as him selling used tires that had no treat/bubbles/plugs on the sidewall. If there was a way for me to put 0 stars i would. stay away from this place and get your car worked on by CERTIFIED mechanics. read more

I have been going to Tony's for I don't know how many years but as long as I can remember well over 10 years now for every vehicle I ever had. Every single time I get treated so well. The owner does his best to give me a good deal so that there's a win-win. Every other shop I've ever tried to go to has always tried to rip me off so to tell you the truth, I don't know where I'd go if I didn't have this tire shop. Always good quality, tires, new or used. I've never had a bad experience. read more

I can't say enough good things about this shop. It's hard to find a place that's honest, knowledgeable, and truly puts the customer first, but that's exactly what you get here. This is a family-owned business, and you can feel the difference the moment you walk in. No upselling, no gimmicks--just straightforward service, fair pricing, and quality work. They got me in and out quickly, saved me money, and made the whole process completely hassle-free. Tony and the team really know their stuff and take the time to explain what you need (and what you don't). It's clear they care more about building trust than padding the bill, which is exactly what I need. If you're looking for a shop that values your time and your wallet, Tires by Tony is it. I won't be going anywhere else! read more

I had a flat on one of my 32.6" tires. My good friend recommended a tire repair place in Ronkonkoma. I was there for over an hour and they could not find the leak. My boss who lives in Massapequa suggested Tires by Tony. My tire was in very good condition and retails for $500.00. I was nervous when the technician jabbed the tool they use, into my tire under one minutes time of him looking at the tire. I have to say, the guy has a good eye bc he found the leak. I also have had no issues with this tire since. I 100% recommend this place. They're not extremely welcoming or warm & fuzzy but who cares so long as they do the job right! If you have a flat, go here! read more

The owner was too busy having a conversation with another gentleman instead of selling four new tires which I just went over to Mavis and got the tires that I needed. The guy didn't seem to care so I guess he has enough money if I can give it a zero I would. read more

Patient and excellent service. Highly recommended. Talk is cheap, I've recommended several customers to Tony.

Been coming here for years with no problem. Two days before Christmas some thieves tried to steal my tires. They got all of my lug nut locks off but got spooked and ran away before actually taking the wheels. We put glue in the grooves of the wheel lock as a deterrent until my new ones came. I told the guy taking the tire off (that coincidentally had a screw in it) that he needed to use a torch to heat up the glue in order to get the key on the lock He definitely didn't do this but I had no idea that he destroyed my key Four days later I went back to the shop because the patch from the screw hole was not holding. The owner told me there's no guarantees and walked away from me and was so nasty The worker then could not get the lug nut off my truck because they had previously destroyed the Key and told me that I did it. I had to take my truck to Mavis to have the lock welded off the truck and Tony's refused to pay for the removal or even fix the faulty patch. read more

I have used they're service numerous times and the service is always fast and fair. I strongly recommend them for tires and flat services.

Terrible! Owner was so rude! He told me he couldn't give me a price over the phone for 4 new tires so I drive there and he starts yelling about where I'm parked. "Why are you here!" Rude and disrespectful. What a sh*t hole!! read more

Very accommodating and overall a pleasant experience. Highly recommend supporting small businesses!

This is the BEST place for tires. Honest treatment, fair prices and great service. Cant ask for more. Have been here a few times over the past 10 years and it's always been a pleasure. Today I went in for a flat and on a budget I got a used tire. I said I should probably get two and he checked other side and said it was fine and didn't need it. Most places would just take the extra money, but at Tony's I know I can trust them to treat me right. Thanks! read more

Pretty solid place. They almost always have availability to get your tires serviced quickly. I've been there twice and they helped plug up my tires that seem to just always find their ways over screws and nails. The only small issue is that after they plugged up the tire, they filled it up far above the PSI needed which could've been a real hazard. read more

I've came here before and never had a problem but today I went to go get a used tire and there was nowhere to put my car except in front of the bay which was completely unattended... They proceeded to come inside ask who's white car is that cursing at me, calling me all types of insults and names and told me they will no longer sell me a used tire... Insulted me on the way out... Tony was no nonsense and honest. They get the job done fast. They know their business. Highly recommended.

He is the nastiest man I've ever met. I asked him if the tire was balanced after he patched it. He said yes it's balanced. I said oh I thought you had to put it on a machine and balance and he said "I said it's balanced". I said don't yell at me ,I'm learning and he said "you know what don't come back anymore". He said "I don't take shit especially from women". I said I won't come back he said good don't! I told him everybody says this about you you're nasty. I love this guy. He's the best of the best when it comes to getting great tires at a great price. Go bring your car. Talk to him and you will walk out extremely happy. This is a gentleman. This is a friend and most of all he takes care of all of his customers, the bad reviews are probably his competition knowing that they can't compete against this guy and his business. Tonys son works here. Come take a look at the shop. It is spotless. This is the way of business should be run. 10 stars read more

Never thought in a million years I would be blown away by a tire shop, but here I am. I've been going here for over 10 years and I never really gave them the appreciation they fully deserve. They are affordable, efficient and honest. These are all the things I look for in any service business. I drive from Lindenhurst and pass several tire shops on the way just to get to Tony. They always have my tire in stock for the best price (trust me, I've done my homework) and they will always patch the tire if they can. Absolutely the best tire shop on long island! read more

Been going there for flats forever. Saw a totally different side of the owner. Was there for the last time as owner was rude and accused me of accusing him that he didn't fix my flat the last time in. Imagine after being a repeat customer for years! He wouldn't let it go and continued to yell the entire time I was there. Unfortunate, as it is a convenient place for me, but I will not be spoken to the way I was while there..... read more

Zero Stars- had to ask a quick question if they would be available today, as I was on my lunch our. The old man was sooo rude, snarky and dismissive. I've been there once before and they did a fine job but I will never recommend or go there again. There is such a thing as customer service. This place stinks of remnants of a bygone era where the Mafia was in everything from sanitation to tire sales. Why? Because the f you attitude and lack of care I got at this place makes me feel like if I even remotely complain I'm going to get whacked by the silenced end of a 45 sticking out of a Newsday. Don't get tires here. Unless your kink is role playing being yelled at by your high school girlfriends racist grandpa over a issue they caused in the first place. I give the place a 9/11 because "Tony" wouldn't let me forget how he's been selling tires for 30 years. Good for you, you know a lot about Rubber. Too bad your dad didn't wear one. read more

I LOVE this place. You are in and out in like 7 mins. No bullshit waiting around like at Mavis or those other shitty places.
