Missing plastic lug nut covers and in the middle is the Audi logo rim cap I had to ask back for.
    M K.

I went here today and have been using this business for years. Today was the first time I had an issue. The service was great up to the part where they "lost" my Audi rim cap and plastic lug nut covers. The worker first said the rim never had it on, then said it's lost and he can't find it. After speaking with a higher up the worker and another employee found the Audi rim cap, but never "found" my lug nut covers. One was also missing from a rim that wasn't even serviced on. Reason I still gave 5 stars is because I like the owners since they are polite and professional. The tire I got was brand new and a better deal installed than the Audi dealership for the same tire. Maybe it was a mistake and they just lost the lug nut caps but "losing" my Audi logo rim cap then finding it after giving me multiple no's was very disappointing. As a loyal customer and fan of the place I was put off. First pic is the rim with the missing lug nut covers and the middle Audi logo rim cap had to be given back after I demanded it was on the rim when I arrived and the worker is wrong saying it isn't and is lost. Second pic is how another rim looks with the plastic lug nut covers. Wasn't cool losing the stuff especially since I bought a new tire with installation and paid $300+

    Nice garage

Feels like I'm at NASCAR here. They are speedy, professional, and have all the important gear for tires, wheels and mounts. Thanks guys!!

Went in with a bent rim on one side of my car and a bubble in a tire on the opposite side. They solved my issues quickly and professionally.

Quick, cheap service for a reseal of a tire. Nice guys. Only weird part was you pay a guy sitting in a car in the parking lot.

Really appreciated his patience and full transparency. Mikey, Manny and I discussed all the options with pricing beforehand. Having people who care so much is amazing. 1-Star Review…read more Extremely disappointing experience -- think twice before working here or trusting this shop with your vehicle. I'm writing this as a former employee who genuinely came to this shop ready to work hard and do my job. I'm a husband and father who was working to provide for my family, and I always tried to keep God first, treat people with respect, and give customers the best service I could. I showed up early, worked hard, and made sure customers were getting in and out. I wasn't hired to be somebody's personal helper or to simply agree with everything another employee said. I was hired as a mechanic, and I take pride in my work. Unfortunately, one employee, Manny, seemed to have an issue with me from the beginning. I felt like I was constantly being treated disrespectfully and expected to act like a yes-man instead of being allowed to do my job as a technician. If I disagreed with something or had a different opinion, it wasn't welcomed. What really disappointed me was management's response. Rather than hearing both sides and recognizing the work I was doing, my boss chose to take Manny's side and let me go. I actually have the text messages from my former boss confirming that Manny told him I wasn't right for what he was looking for and that he was letting me go. That's what makes this experience so frustrating. I wasn't fired because I didn't want to work. I was working. I wasn't fired because I didn't care about customers. I cared about them. I was fired because I wasn't willing to let another employee push me around or treat me like a dog. As far as my experience with Manny as a technician, I also witnessed things that concerned me. There were situations where sensors were unplugged and parts were being changed without what I considered proper diagnosis first. In my opinion, that's how customers end up paying for parts they may not have needed. A good mechanic should diagnose the problem, test the system, and then replace what's actually defective--not just throw parts at a problem. Manny also seemed unwilling to listen to another technician's opinion. Everything had to be done his way, and shortcuts seemed more important than proper diagnosis. I know the mechanic I am. I know how hard I worked. And I know the way I treated customers. Losing this job isn't what bothers me most. What bothers me is seeing a hardworking husband and father who was trying to provide for his family get thrown away because management would rather keep one employee happy than recognize another employee's hard work. I wish the owner and the shop the best, but my experience taught me that being a hardworking, respectful employee doesn't mean much if management has already chosen sides. Customers deserve proper diagnosis. Employees deserve respect. And neither should have to kiss anyone's ass to get it. 1/5 -- I would not recommend working here based on my experience, and I personally would think twice before trusting my vehicle to a shop where this is how things are handled.
