I went here today and have been using this business for years. Today was the first time I had an issue. The service was great up to the part where they "lost" my Audi rim cap and plastic lug nut covers. The worker first said the rim never had it on, then said it's lost and he can't find it. After speaking with a higher up the worker and another employee found the Audi rim cap, but never "found" my lug nut covers. One was also missing from a rim that wasn't even serviced on. Reason I still gave 5 stars is because I like the owners since they are polite and professional. The tire I got was brand new and a better deal installed than the Audi dealership for the same tire. Maybe it was a mistake and they just lost the lug nut caps but "losing" my Audi logo rim cap then finding it after giving me multiple no's was very disappointing. As a loyal customer and fan of the place I was put off. First pic is the rim with the missing lug nut covers and the middle Audi logo rim cap had to be given back after I demanded it was on the rim when I arrived and the worker is wrong saying it isn't and is lost. Second pic is how another rim looks with the plastic lug nut covers. Wasn't cool losing the stuff especially since I bought a new tire with installation and paid $300+ read more

I have been going to TOLI Tires for over 20 years. The original owner is still there. He has a wealth of information about repairing tires and tire technology at his fingertips. His son is walking in his footsteps and has made his business to know as much as he can that his father knows. Great people working for them as well. I get an average of one nail a year into my tires. They don't waste a minute taking the tire off and repairing it the proper way. I never have to go back for a rework. I paid $20.00 for a plug for my tire. I was told by the owner " what do you expect on a Sunday". He also stated that cheap labor days "are over ". Very rude, racist, and dickish. Spoke this way because he saw a woman by herself. This business should not be open. i went to get 4 tires flipped, i jacked up my own car because i drive a low car and they didn't seem too comfortable with it. they said it will cost $90 without balancing the wheels. i have paid less at this same location. after i pay and they finish it's like i was pressured into giving tip. you raise the price from last time, pressure into tipping and the reasoning is because "it was a lot of work". quality and customer service have been going down. read more

Avoid this Terrible business, I bought a BRAND NEW tire for my trial and the next day it was flat . When I went there they started making excuses knowing I bought the tire there the previous day and wouldn't replace it without charging. Fantastic experience here (even though it was right in the middle of celebrating mine and the bf's 5th anniversary). Unfortunately, I had run over something nearby on Merrick Road and this was the closest place to have my tire repaired. They were very polite, efficient, busy (but had plenty of people working to cover), and I was very pleased. Out within 20 minutes AND the guy showed me that the gash was completely repaired. 10/10. Hopefully I never have to come back, but if anyone asks me where to get a tire repaired, I'll absolutely send them here. Thanks!!! read more
