A computer mount was left spinning despite being told it was secure, and on another visit, a mechanic refused to use carbon paste on a mount, which didn't feel appropriate for the component involved. What's most concerning is that this wasn't a one-off experience -- it's been a pattern over time. When communication and attention to detail are lacking, it starts to impact both safety and trust, especially on longer rides. Update (Jan 2026): I later found out that a tubeless setup I paid for had barely any sealant in the tires, which explains why a flat wouldn't seal. Another shop had to fix it. At this point, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. I'd recommend double-checking any work before leaving.

They examined the car and found additional mechanical damage that was not on the insurance company estimate. They had the insurance company come back and do a new estimate. They also had the insurance company pay for a new bumper instead of fixing the old one and to get new parts instead of using used parts. Mike's did a great job on the car. They fixed all the damage and did a great job painting all of the damaged areas. The car looks great. I would recommend them for all of your auto body repairs.

He could have easily oversold me things I didn't need but more often than not tells me that what I have is good enough. Definitely a trustworthy business compared to a lot of bike shops that would take advantage of people like me. His prices are fair and the mechanic he has goes above and beyond the call of duty every time he's touched my bikes. Definitely recommend this place.

Then When lifting my car to get under it, they put the lift legs on the wrong part of my under-car and ended up BENDING my car body. And SCRATCHING my brand new paint from Negligence. Workers look DRUNK and fully SMOKED out with cigarettes, smoked inside my car the other day too. Then when i noticed what they did (denting) to my car, I told them and they began to CRITICIZE us and yell. Leonid Granovsky (Lonya the tall big boss) KICKED us out. No apologies were given and No money to fix the damages was given. Leonid stated "it's just your fender. You will be okay"..."If you want a good job done on your car you should have went to a different place". Then the boss drove our car out of the shop and shut the gate on us. Said "Pretend we never did anything and you were never here" as we left. HOW can a LICENSED mechanic shop do this ? I have full video footage of them yelling at us, proof of all the damages they did.
