I've been going to this tire shop for a few years now mainly because it's close to my office and…read morethey've usually been able to squeeze me in without an appointment. This time around I needed a full set of all-season tires on my sedan. I called ahead, they quoted me a price over the phone that seemed fair so I dropped the car off in the morning. The good news is that they did have the tires in stock, which isn't always the case these days. When I called to check on the status around lunchtime, they said the car was already done and ready for pickup. I appreciated the speed. The total came to $720 which was right in line with what I was expecting to pay, so no surprises there. Here's where it gets a little frustrating though. When I got in the car to drive home, I immediately noticed that the tire pressure light was still on. I turned around and went back in, and the guy at the counter apologized and said they must have forgotten to reset the sensor. He sent someone out to fix it which only took a few minutes, but it was an extra stop I didn't plan on. Then, when I got home, I did my usual walk around to check the lug nuts and noticed that two of my center caps had small scuff marks on them that weren't there before. They're not cracked or broken, just scratched up a bit, so it feels petty to go back and complain about something cosmetic. But when you spend over seven hundred dollars, you kind of expect your wheels to look the same as when you dropped them off. The tires themselves are fine, the price was fair and the main job got done quickly. But the sloppy finish with the sensor and the scuffed center caps left me feeling a little underwhelmed. It wasn't a bad experience, but it also wasn't the kind of service that makes me excited to go back next time. I'd probably shop around a bit more before returning.

This spot has been my go-to for a few years and a few cars. Unfortunately, my tire pressure monitor didn't alter me to the flat I had and I ruined my tire. He handled every customer with calm courtesy and a professional attitude. He even called me the next day to make sure everything was okay. I really appreciate Rubber Brothers and recommend them highly!
