On the day of install the technician called say he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come early. I came to Mobile Tire Shop at the recommendation of my mechanic Bruce. I wasn't comfortable taking my car to an outdoor tire shop to get 4 new tires, but I was in need and I needed it fast. I went to YELP seeking out tire shops with affordable rates and did not have any luck. Mobile was the most affordable for the same tires I asked for on Yelp. I was quoted $150 each. When I arrived Jerry was genuinely kind. I'm serious Yelpers! He was very kind and respectful to me. He told me to sit in the car so I wouldn't be cold waiting outside while he removed the back tires. My first trip there they were only able to provide two back tires. He had to order two front tires for my car. He would call me on Monday to let me know as soon as they arrived, and he did. He took the back ones off quickly and came back 15 mins later with two new tires and ready to be mounted. The same happened on Monday. It cost me a total of $420 for 4 new weather tires on a Honday CR-V. Jerry made sure to show me how bad my tires were. I needed to replace the back tires ASAP. I had a rip on the inside of the tire. I had know idea and If I were to drive long distance I would've ended up in a possible accident. Thank goodness I got the work done asap. Carlon was schedule to be here at 9:00am. I got a call at 8:30 saying he was a little early, told him i'd be right down (has anyone been inconvenienced by service that is too early?!?!). By the time I got down 5 minutes later, my truck was already up on jacks. I sat outside while he changed the tires, had some coffee checked some email. He was done. Tires balanced, on, whipped out the iPad I paid in cash. Done and done. It's 10:30am now as I write this review. Carlon was done roughly in 45 minutes, since that time. I went to the ATM, dropped off laundry, got the same truck that just had it's tires replaced washed and accepted a couple of packages from USPS all with the same truck that just had the tires replaced. My weekend duties are done and I plan to cook breakfast for my wife and daughter and go enjoy some of this crazy weather. Let me be absolutely clear... Anything involving my tires will be immediately relayed to C&C. It's just that simple. If this was any other tire shop i'd be sitting around waiting watching some paid advertisement wishing I could be doing something else. I am not ever going back to anything else. My crossfire will need new tires so i'll be calling C&C again when the time comes. All family and friends will be relayed here. Never going back to the way we used to do this.. Never.. It's like when the iPhone was released we all use touch screen devices now. Never going back. Carlon, thank you. Found mobile tire shop (MTS) via tire rack and I'd order my tires. Had MTS come out and they installed my tires. Come to find out my spare was causing my TPS to go off. They've came back three times and I was convenience that it was the new sensors. Again, after check my car and my sensors with three different handheld programmer devices. MTS wanted to do the right thing and told me if this doesn't work again. They would come out and chance my sensors again. I highly recommend these guys. read more

What a great company. Ordered the tires at TireRack.com and used them as the installer. Excellent on the phone to schedule the appointment. The technician arrived exactly on time. He replaced five tires (including my full sized spare), replaced my TPMS sensors, reprogrammed my car ECU for those sensors, and rebalanced each wheel. All this in about 90 minutes. A "CHECK SYSTEM" light that was lit for two years is now gone. Please give these folks your business! read more

Enterprise gave us a car with a tire that went flat while it was just parked in front of our house, and corporate still wanted to charge me for changing it - only to the spare so I, me the customer, could drive it to a garage for repair. So I called the amazing Mobile Tire, got a price from them fully wholly worth it to me to get done by THEM, what any rental car company should do, and that's come to the car at my house (in PLG) with the matching full size tire, and change it out. Amazing service! Called in on a Sunday morning asking if they were available and they were. However, please be aware that on Sunday's they don't do their mobile services and you're going to have to drive over to their shop on Utica Avenue in Brooklyn. This didn't matter to me anyway since I live in the financial district and the mobile services would have been more troublesome. Anyway, I got there as soon as I could to replace four tires and tire pressure monitor sensors (I purchased my tires and sensors elsewhere) and balance all wheels. Everything took about an hour but you can tell the guy was trying to get me out of the shop ASAP because it was so hot. All in all I was told I only had to pay $100. I was shocked. Unfortunately one of the sensors I purchased was faulty so I paid an extra $75 for them to swap it out. What I wasn't expecting them to do for me was program the new sensors to my car, I thought I would have to go to a dealership for that (a $250 job by itself). I am extremely impressed by this place and will definitely be going back. I didn't get the name of the guy who was helping me but he was super friendly and informative. It also helps that they don't charge you a leg and an arm for services like this. 5/5 stars!! read more

These guys are top notch. Ordered my tires from tire rack for my Audi S4 and it got sent to c&c in no time. Got a call from the boss and told him I have to leave for vacation the next day and he sent his guy immediately to install my wheels. All was swell and installation was a breeze. 8 days later I got back from vacation and saw that both my tires went flat. Called c&c and someone came down right away to diagnose the problem. Apparently it was a loose stem valve issue which was a common manufacture defect that causes a slow leak. All 4 wheels were removed and thoroughly checked and I wasn't charged for it. Now that's professionalism. I will definitely call again for any sort of tire problems. Highly recommended. read more

I just had the easiest most wonderful tire repair experience of my life. (Weirdest sentence ever!) 1) I woke up to an extremely flat tire. It sucked! 2) My neighbor once mentioned this business, so I decided to give it a try. Having someone come to me to fix my tire, seemed ideal. 3) The guy was there in less than 10 minutes 4) My tire went from being extremely flat to extremely fixed in 10 minutes and two plugs later. 5) I was not ripped off because I am a girl. The guy didn't even try. Love that! 6) The repair guy was cute, muscular, friendly & super respectful. I'm considering putting more nails under my tires next weekend too. The very last sentence was a joke. Everything else is not. I highly recommend this business & I'm happy to have discovered it for myself. I came across C&C after a particularly trying experience with one of their competitors, Mavis Discount Tires. I needed 4 new tires for a cross-country drive and went to Mavis thinking that I would get a good deal. Whiles I did purchase the tires from Mavis, they weren't able to install them on my vehicle because their lift wasn't working! Seriously!?! Your business is selling and installing tires, but your lift doesn't work? Truth be told, it was one of Mavis' employees that recommended that I cross the street and use C&C for the installation. And man, I can't tell you how grateful I am for his recommendation as the guys at C&C were wonderful. Not only was I attended to immediately, C&C prices were comparable to Mavis and the service was impeccable. Both the guy with the dreads and the older gentleman double teamed the task and had my new tires mounted and balanced in less time that it took Mavis to get them from the stock room. Honestly, had I know that C&C was literally right across the street, I wouldn't have gone to Mavis and would have purchased the tires directly from them. Nonetheless, I'm happy to recommend C&C to everyone and will be purchasing all my tires from them in the future. Great service, great staff. Highly recommended! read more

This service is amazing. My valve stem was just blowing out air so I was left with a flat in the morning. Fun! Flat tire on street cleaning day. Called these guys to see if they would come out. They told me someone would come by in 30 minutes. He showed up right on time and got to work. He gently hitched my Benz up, got the tire off, switched out the valve stem and ensured there were no leaks in the tire otherwise. All done in about 10 minutes! Next time I need to change my tires I'll use them, since you can order wholesale tires to them and they will bring them out to change them wherever you are. Service is super friendly and way better than dealing with a shitty tire shop. No upsales, just service. Dope! read more

C&C is so great that I finally created a Yelp account after years of using it, just to write this review. Living in New York, I've come to expect little when it comes to timely and polite service. I discovered C&C on tirerack.com when I noticed there was an option to ship my new tires to a tire service shop. C&C was one of the first listings in my area. The "mobile" part of their business name intrigued me. I called them up and found the customer service rep. to be polite. She took my info and said that the service technician would call me to schedule the appointment. About 15 minutes later, I got a call and schedule my appointment for the following morning at 8AM before I had to leave for work. I told him my tire size and he told me it would cost $25 for my particular tire and $20 for the on-site service, just as it's listed on their website. The next morning at 7:40AM, I got a call from Collin, the service tech. He was twenty minutes early, which was better for me. I told him my car was parked outside. When I got outside just a few minutes later, he had already jacked the car up and removed the wheel with the bad tire. The whole thing took just 20 minutes. I peeked inside the van- there was equipment for balancing the tire as well as a computer hooked up to another machine that spun the tire, I assume to check the balance. Talking to Collin, I learned that he's the owner of the company, and that he's been in business for two years. My total cost of service for replacing one tire was approx. $43. There was a $3 tire disposal fee that he was happy to remove as I could dispose of it myself. I was so satisfied and pleased with his service I told him that I would tell everyone I know. It's difficult to find a reliable service for anything that relates to your car, and it's hard to know who to trust. I would definitely recommend Collin and C&C to anyone, and I'll definitely use him again for any future tire replacement services. The convenience and great overall service are priceless. read more
