Great service. Very fast and reliable. Did the job for the price quoted. Definitely will use again.

I am so glad my brother recommended this company! They were great communicators about meeting up for my four new tires. The price was less than three other places I quoted! Demian, The tire expert who installed my four new Michelin tires was kind, easy to work with, incredibly capable and quick. I will definitely be using them again and will recommend to others. read more

Carlon responded on the weekend when they were closed and provided great customer service. On the day of install the technician called say he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come early. He asked what air pressure I would like and used a torque wrench to tighten the lugs (not over-tightening like some tire shops do...). Excellent service, I would highly recommend. read more

I came to Mobile Tire Shop at the recommendation of my mechanic Bruce. I wasn't comfortable taking my car to an outdoor tire shop to get 4 new tires, but I was in need and I needed it fast. I went to YELP seeking out tire shops with affordable rates and did not have any luck. Mobile was the most affordable for the same tires I asked for on Yelp. I was quoted $150 each. When I arrived Jerry was genuinely kind. I'm serious Yelpers! He was very kind and respectful to me. He told me to sit in the car so I wouldn't be cold waiting outside while he removed the back tires. My first trip there they were only able to provide two back tires. He had to order two front tires for my car. He would call me on Monday to let me know as soon as they arrived, and he did. He took the back ones off quickly and came back 15 mins later with two new tires and ready to be mounted. The same happened on Monday. It cost me a total of $420 for 4 new weather tires on a Honday CR-V. Jerry made sure to show me how bad my tires were. I needed to replace the back tires ASAP. I had a rip on the inside of the tire. I had know idea and If I were to drive long distance I would've ended up in a possible accident. Thank goodness I got the work done asap. If ever you need new tires or even used please go to Mobile Tire Shop you won't be sorry. read more

Email back and forth with Carlon was seamless. Didn't upsell. Great prices on the tires. Installation showed up as scheduled with a call 30 min ahead to let me know they were enroute. A week later, my car's app says the tire pressure is holding up. Seems like everything is good to go. read more

I can't recommend this business enough. Scheduling was super easy on the website, and I got a call immediately from a very friendly customer service representative who confirmed the time, location, and service. Lorenzo the technician was very friendly, professional and fast, and took care of the issue perfectly. I will most definitely use Mobile Tire Shop again in the future, whether it's for a quick tire patch, or a full set install. read more

I first used this company four years ago when I ordered tires through tirerack and they were very professional in their service. Recently, my wife's car had a flat and I called them at 8:45 in the morning. They were able to order two new tires, covered by insurance, and installed them the next day. Chris was awesome and I can't thank him and the company enough. These guys are a class act and I hope to only use them for all my tire needs going forward. read more

The service rep came and did a wonderful thorough job !! I highly recommend them for your vehicle's tire needs

The sweetest lady answers their phones and helps out with anything you need. The individual they sent to change my tires did everything with a smile and positive energy on a terribly hot day with no complaints. I could not recommend mobile tire shop more for the excellent experience from beginning to end. read more

Amazing experience. I had purchased tires from Tire Rack, but forgot how annoying it is to lug 4 SUV tires to a shop and then have to wait for them to be able to get to you. I didn't even bother to go through Auto Dealer service center. So... what to do... I booked an appointment with Mobile Tire Shop. I was able to book an appointment for the same day, on a Sunday no less, at 11:30am for 2pm and they were there at 1:45pm. I had all four tires changed out and balanced. Stephan was courteous, professional, clean, and fast with excellent clear communication. A bright young man, I wish him and this business much success. read more

Very happy with the service. Levy is polite, professional and efficient - an excellent installer.

Amazing! Never go to a tire shop again. Prompt efficient and super nice to deal with. Could never have imagined that getting new tires installed could be this easy and pleasant. Special shout out to Vivian who did a great job on a rainy/sleety morning. A real champ! read more

Good communication, appointment-making and -setting. Use case: Installed new wheels shipped from an online retailer. It was a seamless experience with a sparkling result. We liked dealing directly with the owner. Oh yeah, did I mention convenient? p.s. Where applicable, if you plan is new wheels, make plans for wheel disposal, through MTS or other means. read more

Found mobile tire shop (MTS) via tire rack and I'd order my tires. Had MTS come out and they installed my tires. Come to find out my spare was causing my TPS to go off. They've came back three times and I was convenience that it was the new sensors. Again, after check my car and my sensors with three different handheld programmer devices. MTS wanted to do the right thing and told me if this doesn't work again. They would come out and chance my sensors again. I highly recommend these guys. read more

What a great company. Ordered the tires at TireRack.com and used them as the installer. Excellent on the phone to schedule the appointment. The technician arrived exactly on time. He replaced five tires (including my full sized spare), replaced my TPMS sensors, reprogrammed my car ECU for those sensors, and rebalanced each wheel. All this in about 90 minutes. A "CHECK SYSTEM" light that was lit for two years is now gone. Please give these folks your business! read more

During the quarantine I inconveniently ran over a screw and had a leaking tire. These guys came quickly, fixed it in 20 minutes in the rain, wearing masks, and the price was so reasonable. A++++ service. Professional and attentive service. Had to replace all 4 tires. Will always support local. Shout out to Carlon!

I was in Brooklyn and got a flat tire late at night on a Saturday. Had a moment and realized I didn't have a spare. Looked up repair shops and I came across Mobile Tire Shop. Found the nearest parking spot left my car there and sent them an email. They got back to me first thing in the morning. Kenny was super helpful and knowledgeable. Reasonable price for a new tire including the service. Thank you baby Jesus adulting is tough. read more

These guys are the real deal. Professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Kenny was top notch and a great guy as well. It was nice to have a car situation without someone trying to like trash. Lifesaver!!! Thank you, Mobile Tire. Professional, courteous, fast, very fair pricing. Enterprise gave us a car with a tire that went flat while it was just parked in front of our house, and corporate still wanted to charge me for changing it - only to the spare so I, me the customer, could drive it to a garage for repair. Or they'd change out the car entirely, but I'd have to re-dinfect it. Also it should sit 3 days during Covid19. So I called the amazing Mobile Tire, got a price from them fully wholly worth it to me to get done by THEM, what any rental car company should do, and that's come to the car at my house (in PLG) with the matching full size tire, and change it out. It took them 15 minutes. read more

I just had my tires installed by Mobile Tire Shop. They called 30 minutes prior. 2 gentlemen showed up. Real cool, friendly. Took them 15 minutes to install 4 tires. I kept my old tires and rolled them over to my place and they saw me doing this while they were leaving and stopped to ask if i needed help bringing those over. They had no obligation to do so. Gotta give credit where credit is due. Reliable service. Friendly. Reasonable prices. Definitely recommend these guys! read more

Amazing service! Called in on a Sunday morning asking if they were available and they were. However, please be aware that on Sunday's they don't do their mobile services and you're going to have to drive over to their shop on Utica Avenue in Brooklyn. This didn't matter to me anyway since I live in the financial district and the mobile services would have been more troublesome. Anyway, I got there as soon as I could to replace four tires and tire pressure monitor sensors (I purchased my tires and sensors elsewhere) and balance all wheels. Everything took about an hour but you can tell the guy was trying to get me out of the shop ASAP because it was so hot. All in all I was told I only had to pay $100. I was shocked. Unfortunately one of the sensors I purchased was faulty so I paid an extra $75 for them to swap it out. What I wasn't expecting them to do for me was program the new sensors to my car, I thought I would have to go to a dealership for that (a $250 job by itself). I am extremely impressed by this place and will definitely be going back. I didn't get the name of the guy who was helping me but he was super friendly and informative. It also helps that they don't charge you a leg and an arm for services like this. 5/5 stars!! read more

I just had the easiest most wonderful tire repair experience of my life. (Weirdest sentence ever!) 1) I woke up to an extremely flat tire. It sucked! 2) My neighbor once mentioned this business, so I decided to give it a try. Having someone come to me to fix my tire, seemed ideal. 3) The guy was there in less than 10 minutes 4) My tire went from being extremely flat to extremely fixed in 10 minutes and two plugs later. 5) I was not ripped off because I am a girl. The guy didn't even try. Love that! 6) The repair guy was cute, muscular, friendly & super respectful. I'm considering putting more nails under my tires next weekend too. The very last sentence was a joke. Everything else is not. I highly recommend this business & I'm happy to have discovered it for myself. It's one of life's nuisances made simpler & who can't appreciate that? read more

Carlon was schedule to be here at 9:00am. I got a call at 8:30 saying he was a little early, told him i'd be right down (has anyone been inconvenienced by service that is too early?!?!). By the time I got down 5 minutes later, my truck was already up on jacks. I sat outside while he changed the tires, had some coffee checked some email. He was done. Tires balanced, on, whipped out the iPad I paid in cash. Done and done. It's 10:30am now as I write this review. Carlon was done roughly in 45 minutes, since that time. I went to the ATM, dropped off laundry, got the same truck that just had it's tires replaced washed and accepted a couple of packages from USPS all with the same truck that just had the tires replaced. My weekend duties are done and I plan to cook breakfast for my wife and daughter and go enjoy some of this crazy weather. Let me be absolutely clear... Anything involving my tires will be immediately relayed to C&C. It's just that simple. If this was any other tire shop i'd be sitting around waiting watching some paid advertisement wishing I could be doing something else. I am not ever going back to anything else. My crossfire will need new tires so i'll be calling C&C again when the time comes. All family and friends will be relayed here. Never going back to the way we used to do this.. Never.. It's like when the iPhone was released we all use touch screen devices now. Never going back. Carlon, thank you. I'm stingy with 5 stars, i'm a 4 star only type of guy, even when I really really enjoy the service, for 5 stars you have to be beyond exceptional in my book. This is five star service. read more

These guys are top notch. Ordered my tires from tire rack for my Audi S4 and it got sent to c&c in no time. Got a call from the boss and told him I have to leave for vacation the next day and he sent his guy immediately to install my wheels. All was swell and installation was a breeze. 8 days later I got back from vacation and saw that both my tires went flat. Called c&c and someone came down right away to diagnose the problem. Apparently it was a loose stem valve issue which was a common manufacture defect that causes a slow leak. All 4 wheels were removed and thoroughly checked and I wasn't charged for it. Now that's professionalism. I will definitely call again for any sort of tire problems. Highly recommended. read more

This is a revolutionary innovative way to go about changing or repairing your tires. They come to you by just making an appointment. No hassle of bringing your car to the shop, not to mention waiting around for an appointment or waiting for your vehicle to finish. Carl is a very friendly and professional fella. Prices are very reasonable. I would not change or repair my tires any other way. read more

This place is AMAZING. I literally cannot image ever going anywhere else for tires ever again. Very friendly, you email to pick out tires, then he sends you an invoice you can pay online, when the tires come in to him, he makes an appointment to come to you. I came across C&C after a particularly trying experience with one of their competitors, Mavis Discount Tires. I needed 4 new tires for a cross-country drive and went to Mavis thinking that I would get a good deal. Whiles I did purchase the tires from Mavis, they weren't able to install them on my vehicle because their lift wasn't working! Seriously!?! Your business is selling and installing tires, but your lift doesn't work? Truth be told, it was one of Mavis' employees that recommended that I cross the street and use C&C for the installation. And man, I can't tell you how grateful I am for his recommendation as the guys at C&C were wonderful. Not only was I attended to immediately, C&C prices were comparable to Mavis and the service was impeccable. Both the guy with the dreads and the older gentleman double teamed the task and had my new tires mounted and balanced in less time that it took Mavis to get them from the stock room. Honestly, had I know that C&C was literally right across the street, I wouldn't have gone to Mavis and would have purchased the tires directly from them. Nonetheless, I'm happy to recommend C&C to everyone and will be purchasing all my tires from them in the future. Great service, great staff. Highly recommended! read more

This service is amazing. My valve stem was just blowing out air so I was left with a flat in the morning. Fun! Flat tire on street cleaning day. Called these guys to see if they would come out. They told me someone would come by in 30 minutes. He showed up right on time and got to work. He gently hitched my Benz up, got the tire off, switched out the valve stem and ensured there were no leaks in the tire otherwise. All done in about 10 minutes! Next time I need to change my tires I'll use them, since you can order wholesale tires to them and they will bring them out to change them wherever you are. Service is super friendly and way better than dealing with a shitty tire shop. No upsales, just service. Dope! read more

Immediate, reasonably priced, excellent service! I'll be back for more.

C&C is so great that I finally created a Yelp account after years of using it, just to write this review. Living in New York, I've come to expect little when it comes to timely and polite service. I discovered C&C on tirerack.com when I noticed there was an option to ship my new tires to a tire service shop. C&C was one of the first listings in my area. The "mobile" part of their business name intrigued me. I called them up and found the customer service rep. to be polite. She took my info and said that the service technician would call me to schedule the appointment. About 15 minutes later, I got a call and schedule my appointment for the following morning at 8AM before I had to leave for work. I told him my tire size and he told me it would cost $25 for my particular tire and $20 for the on-site service, just as it's listed on their website. The next morning at 7:40AM, I got a call from Collin, the service tech. He was twenty minutes early, which was better for me. I told him my car was parked outside. When I got outside just a few minutes later, he had already jacked the car up and removed the wheel with the bad tire. The whole thing took just 20 minutes. I peeked inside the van- there was equipment for balancing the tire as well as a computer hooked up to another machine that spun the tire, I assume to check the balance. Talking to Collin, I learned that he's the owner of the company, and that he's been in business for two years. My total cost of service for replacing one tire was approx. $43. There was a $3 tire disposal fee that he was happy to remove as I could dispose of it myself. I was so satisfied and pleased with his service I told him that I would tell everyone I know. It's difficult to find a reliable service for anything that relates to your car, and it's hard to know who to trust. I would definitely recommend Collin and C&C to anyone, and I'll definitely use him again for any future tire replacement services. The convenience and great overall service are priceless. read more

I purchased my winter tires online and learned they could be shipped directly to the Mobile Tire Shop -- they'll come to YOU for service. We spoke briefly before the appointment to arrange a time and place, and the morning of the installation I got a call asking if I was open to meeting even earlier - which I readily agreed to.
