I've had a slow leak in the left rear tire of my 2020 RAV4 Hybrid for months. I took it to another "expert" tire shop and they plugged it, twice... still didn't work. I ended up having to fill up my tire once a week to just be able to drive. Then, one day as I was driving down Eastern Pkwy, I noticed Used Tire Superstore and decided to check it out, after all, what did I have to loose, right? At first, I was a little apprehensive going into an unknown environment, but I'm a New Yorker, what can I say, I saw potential! One Sunday, a few weeks ago after my morning worship service was over, I noticed that I had a flat to my front passenger side tire. After searching for an establishment in Brooklyn, NY to assist with fixing flats my godson and I arrived at this establishment. The gentlemen there were courteous, professional and made me comfortable enough to trust them with fixing the flat on my "baby". Additionally, the price to fix the flat was reasonable. This is hands down the best service I have ever received at any tire shop. I came in one day with a messed up rim and tire and they were able to resolve the problem the same night. They go out of their way and beyond to fix any issues you have with your wheels. All the workers there are phenomenal but, HUGE shout-out to a man there named Mike.
