Never an issue getting my winter rims and tires swapped out for my summer tires and vice versa. No funny business with the price, they hand screw the nuts first then use the gun, check the tire pressure and put air in as needed without me asking. Quick in and out, always two workers. The owner is cool also. If they are closed on the weekend there is another spot close by off eastern parkway but this is my go to. read more

If you don't know where to go to fix your flat, go here. They were the best! They did a great job in no time and explained everything and all for a great price. I was passing through NYC on the way home to Georgia. I had a flat tire and found this location online. On checking for the flat, it turned out to be a cracked rim, not the tire. Turns out this place also repair rims. So in about 45 minutes, they had welded the crack in the rim, remounted the tire, and I was on my way. Glad to say I made it home to Georgia. They did an excellent job on welding the rim. read more

I was just about to head to Costco tire center when someone recommended Jimmys tire shop. I stopped by and within minutes the guys went to work. Got my old wheels taken off, new tires mounted and balanced on larger rims and installed. All took less than 30 minutes. These guys do a great job and while waiting, you can see how much business they get. Car after car. Only gripe is, like any other tire shop, they over tighten the lug nuts with their impact guns. Good luck changing a tire on the side of the road when you can't even untighten the lug nuts. Suggest everyone invest in a torque wrench to get it to spec. At the end of the day, I got the work done in 30 minutes and for a great price.

They literally gave me back two tone gradient wheels and didn't bat an eyelash -- the audacity + on the redo I gave them ample time to make sure they provided me with a high quality job only to receive a job worst than the first job. + $150.00 to repair rashed/bent wheel + powdercoat seemed pricey.... For the quality of work, I'd pay $50/wheel -- I'm being generous with that number. I've had a slow leak in the left rear tire of my 2020 RAV4 Hybrid for months. I took it to another "expert" tire shop and they plugged it, twice... still didn't work. I ended up having to fill up my tire once a week to just be able to drive. Then, one day as I was driving down Eastern Pkwy, I noticed Used Tire Superstore and decided to check it out, after all, what did I have to loose, right? At first, I was a little apprehensive going into an unknown environment, but I'm a New Yorker, what can I say, I saw potential! Anyway, I was greeted with a very friendly, professional service person, who immediately understood my dilemma and offered me a few choices. While I was waiting, the owner, Russal came out and introduced himself, great guy, very hospitable. Anyway, they actually found the exact tire that matched perfectly with the other 3 tires for a very reasonable price to change, spin balance, and mount the tire for under a $100! One Sunday, a few weeks ago after my morning worship service was over, I noticed that I had a flat to my front passenger side tire. After searching for an establishment in Brooklyn, NY to assist with fixing flats my godson and I arrived at this establishment. This is hands down the best service I have ever received at any tire shop. I came in one day with a messed up rim and tire and they were able to resolve the problem the same night. I was just about to head to Costco tire center when someone recommended Jimmys tire shop. I stopped by and within minutes the guys went to work. Got my old wheels taken off, new tires mounted and balanced on larger rims and installed. All took less than 30 minutes. These guys do a great job and while waiting, you can see how much business they get. Car after car. Only gripe is, like any other tire shop, they over tighten the lug nuts with their impact guns. Good luck changing a tire on the side of the road when you can't even untighten the lug nuts. Suggest everyone invest in a torque wrench to get it to spec. At the end of the day, I got the work done in 30 minutes and for a great price.

Mike contacted my tire insurance company, got me an exact replacement, and found & repaired a bend in my wheel. He was working solo that day, due to a staffing emergency.
