Fortunately for me I was driving on runflat tires. The service was immediate. They plugged the hole pretty rapidly in a work area that was pretty well lit. I looked like a solid independent establishment. I had only two issues with the place: 1) They were cash only and had no ATM. I had to cross the street where there were two gas stations. The ATM at one was out of order so I had to then walk to the next. Money-in-hand I got back to my car and drove off. 2) The technician inflated the tire to double the recommended pressure. My car is equipped with tire pressure sensors. It detected a tire pressure of 54 psi in the newly plugged tire. I had to stop, for the 3rd time that night, to release pressure until the tire was at the recommended 32 psi. Bottom line: If you're in a bind don't hesitate to go there. They'll get the job done. Just bring cash and know the specs of your car/tire situation.

They pointed out that a bolt on my new suspension backed out (probably on the highway) and it goes to the knuckle joint of the wheel and that it would not align without it. Long story short they helped me get what I needed. I came back today with the bolt and to get the alignment. I also asked for new tpms sensors as I got new rims and tires and now it wasn't working. I assumed the other shop that did it left my sensors in my old set. So, TPMS $75 a pop, they could have easily taken my money and said they installed it, but instead they pointed out that they were indeed there but the other shop didn't reprogram them. I did see the poor reviews on Yelp but I decided to take my chances and see it myself. The place was quite busy for a Sunday and there were 4 other people before us. The wait didn't feel too long. The service was quite prompt as soon as I got there. There was a middle-aged man who didn't speak any English and seemed to be an apprentice at the store. He started the job on the car and an older gentleman finished the rest. Another gentleman (who seems to be the owner) helped speed up the process and we were done in about 30 mins. They mostly have used tires priced between $40-$100. He gave me a few tips on changing tires and other MINI advice. Was glad to have found this place, not the greatest customer service in the world but would certainly recommend their quick and efficient service.
