I came in for a tire and rim. I was told a price for a used tire and a price for a new tire. I was also told it was the same price for cash or credit. After I gave my credit card , I saw a $22 credit card charge. He refused to undo the charge and also refused to give me a receipt for the tire. Turns out I got a used tire for a new tire price. The guy who had helped us did it in a quick manner. Between owning a vehicle with run flat tires & living in New York with crazy potholes..tire problems can be a nightmare. After given too much run around by my tire & rims insurance, I decided to give this place a try. On 07/10/19, I spoke to Jr, he pointed out the problems & without any pressure - he recommended what was needed to be done. I was pleased that prior to commencing the repair, he was able to provide the price without add on surprises. Jr came across very knowledgeable with their services. In fact one of the rims sustained 3 cracks, and he was honest enough to tell me that he could fix it but it will not hold very well since I need to replace the rim. At that point, he did not try to sell me rims or any unnecessary parts. In fact, he encouraged me to deal with the tire insurance. For me, that came across as honest business. Today, I returned to replace my brakes. Since I shopped around for prices, I know that Affinity provided me a good deal. I dealt with Manny and he explained that rotors needed to be changed. He showed me the problematic part, but did not pressure me to pursue the service like I didn't have a choice. Both gentlemen provided excellent customer service. I am pleased with the overall work. Come here for any car needs! All the 1 star reviews are totally unfair, either they were busy(which shows how many people trust them) or that they have a little irregular hours. Both of these can be resolved with a quick call to them before driving over. I came in for a wheel allignment but ended up getting a bunch of other stuff that needed to be fixed for a fair price. They noticed a dent on my rims and fixed them up and noticed my brake disk was uneven and fixed those. He really worked with me and was very helpful even offering ice cream as I waited. Wish I could give this place zero stars! Hours say Sunday till 5PM. Went in at 3PM. Big giant sign on door that says open, door was also open I walk in to a rude manager/customer service rep who said "DON'T YOU SEE WE ARE CLOSED... WE HAVE A DOG" so basically don't go here because you will be basically threatened with the potential of being bit by a dog and treated very rudely. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Had my camry 2015 worked on in this location 4 days ago. CHINO recommended that I needed new ball joints new shocks and new swaybar's or links. Didn't expect anything at first I've been there once I really trusted these guys. I paid close to $1000. I didn't mind at the moment as long as I got my car back in good condition. That same night, after I took it out of the shop, it was squeaking like MAD from the left driver side. Couldn't return it because they were closed. The next day, He says he doesn't know what's going on he eventually realizes that the metal plate behind the rotor was rubbing on the rotor from the inside. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE MORON. The next day everything seemed fine but when on a quiet road I still heard part of the squeak. I take the car to him he tells me to come back in four hours. Horrible. HE EVENTUALLY makes time and checks for the continuous noise. he takes out the parts such as brakes the rotors and he still can't figure it out but when he put the brakes back he puts it back WRONG. I was then forced to take it to another mechanic because there was a new sound that sounded as if a piece of metal was touching the rotors. The new mechanic said that your guy damaged your car and as he was working on the ball joints he most likely hit the right axle which is now leaking. CHINO THE MECHANIC and IGNASIO the manager, are crooks. I took my car there for a few routine changes they couldn't even do that right instead they cost me another $300 to get a new axle. BEWARE DONT TAKE A CHANCE WITH THHESE GUYS CHINO CANT EVEN PUT A PAIR OF BREAKS WITHOUT SCREWING THINGS UP. YOU'll BRING YOUR CAR FINE THEN LEAVE WITH ALL SORTS OF NOISE COMING OUT OF YOUR CAR AND REPAIRS TO BE DONE. If you want a real honest trustworthy mechanic go to 2103 Webster ave and ask for ZIHAD. We met Lenny the mechanic, my Wife ask him to change the 4 tires and also we need it a wheel alignment, he got to work and told us all you need are 3 tires, he also took time to check if anything else needed to be fix... Put in two new rear tires. Old ones were bald.. but never a problem with tire pressure... ever since they put in the new ones, the left rear has a slow leak, and must put air in that tire every 2 weeks. Besides they have a bad attitude, like they're doing you a favor. Went to a more reputable place 3 blocks away, they said they didn't put enough glue between tire and rim when mounting... bunch of idiots work here. read more

Went there to get a wheel alightment. The guy tells me I have one car to finish then I have to eat so maybe 30 mins and I said fine. I went there after 30 mins, another guy comes to me oh I had this car before waiting so another 30 mins. Since I was a neighbor I said that's fine here is the car and I'll come in an hour and get the car. I go after an hour he has a big van in there before my car and tells me oh sorry I had this van too. I just took the car and left. Don't reccomend this place at all. Shitty as workers, if you know them then you go first but if you don't they play around with your time like you a piece of cake. read more

i needed a wheel alignment and a full spare for my brothers car and remember this shop on boston rd as i was making my way to white castle a few blocks away . plenty assorted new and used tires for all cars and trucks plus 40 bucks for a wheel alignment is a really good price. they also do brakes and general repairs and service all at fair prices . all the brand name tires here with prices that is cheaper then mavis tires. i got a wheel alignment and a full spare use tire for the trunk at a combined price of 90 bucks and the tire looked brand new. i dropped off the car and told the guy at the shop that i would be back in about an hour while i made my way to white castle a few blocks away and when i got back i was all set and on my way , they even checked my brakes and honestly stated that i still have about 3,000 miles to go until i need brake service. sometimes it's not easy to find honest car repair shops but this place has a good reputation as i been told verbally from the locals in the area. good certified mechanics, fair prices and the latest technology to get the job done right the first time,that's good enough for me. read more
