Employees are very rude. I went in for a tire change and my vehicle was damaged by the hydraulic jack used to lift it. When I noticed I drove back to the shop to show the employee, but a different one was there. I showed him the damage and asked what can be done. He became very defensive and said "well I never touched your car". I asked if we can look at the cameras, to which he responded "no we got no cameras" then walked away. I already did not want to return to this shop because the initial employee that helped me was very rude and sarcastic. read more

Would give this place 6 stars if I could. Problem: I grazed a curb with my Porsche at around 25mph but this was enough to knock a front wheel out of alignment, steering wheel tilted 15 degrees, PSM error lights came on, loud cracking noise if I turn wheel too far. First I brought the car to a couple local Manhattan auto shops, all said something is bent, one shop quoted me $3.8K for to buy replacement knucke and two tie rods to fix. After I questioned him he took off the knuckle and reduced price to $1.8K saying the knuckle is not THAT bent, talk about shady lol. That shop also said that they should be able to order the parts and have it fixed by next day. This gave me the KEY clue that probably nothing was bent, because Porsche parts are notoriously difficult to get next day. Solution: So I looked around for a shop to realign the wheels only and called Rush and spoke to Ramon. To my surprise they had the latest Hunter equipment to be able to do a Porsche alignment (typically needed to be done at dealership for 4x the price). I brought the car in the next day, they first thought something was bent too but upon inspection one of his guys said nothing looks bent so they'll do the alignment to see if it'll fix the issue. 1 hour later, the car drives straight and smooth as new, no noise, nothing. Total cost was $110! Outstanding work, no upsell, no scamming customers like the Manhattan autoshops. They'll have my business for life or as long as I live in NYC. read more

I came here today after looking up the nearest tire shop after I discovered I had a slow leak ok my tire after driving over a nail. The awesome positive reviews stood out on Yelp and that's all it took for me to come here to get my tire fixed. The shop was easy to find. The service was awesome! Chucky was more than happy to help and was able to patch my tire for $7 in about 5 minutes. I strongly recommend this tire shop after the experience I had. They were very personable and didn't take advantage of me. I know this because I had another nail that didn't go all the way in and they didn't charge me for repairing that puncture because it wasn't problematic. Quality: They have this new computer alignment system, for a top-notch wheel alignment after mounting new tires; 3. Friendly: Staff is great and very friendly; 4. Good price. My Tip: I used the Mavis discount tire website to do the review (they have consumer ratings on the tires). Then compared prices to Rush auto. My preferred tire was $45 cheaper at Rush (and I needed 4!). So that was an easy deal. 5. Fast order: Selected the tires on their website, and they arrived the next day in the shop. I got a flat upstate, and the tire the local shop had available didn't match the tires I already had on. Another tire didn't have the correct tread level anyways so it was enough for me to finally get 4 new tires for my AWD car and I put them on at this shop. Excellent service and very friendly. Read the reviews and so decided to come here to fix my bent rim because I didn't want to deal with repair shops ripping me off. And like what previous reviewers said, they were really honest. The guy I spoke to (Diego?) said that they can fix the bend but he said that it won't be perfect. He said that it is best that I go to another repair shop to get my rim straighten. A lot of places can bend it back for you but not many have the machinery to straighten it so he told me to call other places up and ask specifically to "straighten rim". I walk out already but because I really like his honesty. I came back and patch my slow leaking tire. I will update this review if anything comes up regarding this patch tire. read more

I called up this place since I was going to be in the area later on in the day, and was told to just come in, there wasn't a wait. Got there in a half hour and they started on my car right away. Within a half hour, I had all four of my tires mounted and balanced. The guys here were super nice as well, and it was much cheaper than other places I checked out. My rim was bad. Huge Brooklyn pothole ate my wheel up, leaving 3 dents, the lips flared out and a hole pinched through tire sidewall where it bottomed out. Ugh.. Roadhazard Insurance has me covered on the tire, but for the rim, my tire spot said they don't do rim repairs. Found Rush on Yelp, and headed over.. Looked up yelp, found this place, highly rated, called them, and was quoted $20 Positives: -Fast, reasonable english -Focus on Professional: When they put the tires back in, they put second bolt diametrically opposed to first one; none of the bolts were completely tightened, until 4 were in. All of these are efforts to ensure that the screw and bolt on the tires do not get damaged. This is long-term thinking, and crafts-man type work -Focus on Professional: Note the towels on the car jack, they ensure that car does not get scratched. Fact that they are on every jack in the shop, again, speaks to their attention to detail. I loved the fact that the rate for all activities, and most products (ex. flat fix, tire rotation, new tires, old tires, patching, etc) was clearly written, in chalk, on a large black-board.
