Went for a nail in my tire, I was in and out of there in under 10 minutes. I should have figured given the name. Good pricing, do recommend read more

I've gone to Rush Tire Shop several time and have consistently gotten great service. They get my tires right and back on the road each time.

Come here often to check and fix our tires. Given we live in the city, our tires get beat up fast! Pros: - Main guy is super friendly and transparent. Good service. - He patched one tire twice and it it eventually gave up. When plugs didn't work he swapped out a tire for $175. - Patches are $25. Highly recommend! read more

Excellent customer service, quick response time. They went above and beyond. I would 10/10 recommend

Brought over my car after getting a flat from driving on a screw they plugged it and fixed it in 15 minutes cheap and easy highly recommend

Service went well. Needed to replace all my tires. Price was good and finished in a timely manner

Over priced. Selling trash used tires. Nasty attitudes bad customer service. I come here cause it's near my house and every time i come they charge a different price for the same tire. Avoid this place at all cost read more

I have been coming to Rush Auto Tire Shop for 9 years because the service and pricing is great. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Daniel, the owner, is quick to answer questions and has always been extremely helpful. I originally came to Rush because they were able to mount a set of 22" wheels, when other shops couldn't (the wheels required reverse mounting). I've entrusted the shop ever since and have recommended them to many friends and family members. read more

They were able to order specialized tires for my BMW at a discounted rate with fast shipping and the staff were very welcoming. Overall great experience, and great to see businesses like this still exist for the community read more

Friendly and prompt service putting on a used tire. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Employees are very rude. I went in for a tire change and my vehicle was damaged by the hydraulic jack used to lift it. When I noticed I drove back to the shop to show the employee, but a different one was there. I showed him the damage and asked what can be done. He became very defensive and said "well I never touched your car". I asked if we can look at the cameras, to which he responded "no we got no cameras" then walked away. I already did not want to return to this shop because the initial employee that helped me was very rude and sarcastic. read more

Rush Auto Tire Shop - Dent - Tires Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

Would give this place 6 stars if I could. Problem: I grazed a curb with my Porsche at around 25mph but this was enough to knock a front wheel out of alignment, steering wheel tilted 15 degrees, PSM error lights came on, loud cracking noise if I turn wheel too far. First I brought the car to a couple local Manhattan auto shops, all said something is bent, one shop quoted me $3.8K for to buy replacement knucke and two tie rods to fix. After I questioned him he took off the knuckle and reduced price to $1.8K saying the knuckle is not THAT bent, talk about shady lol. That shop also said that they should be able to order the parts and have it fixed by next day. This gave me the KEY clue that probably nothing was bent, because Porsche parts are notoriously difficult to get next day. Solution: So I looked around for a shop to realign the wheels only and called Rush and spoke to Ramon. To my surprise they had the latest Hunter equipment to be able to do a Porsche alignment (typically needed to be done at dealership for 4x the price). I brought the car in the next day, they first thought something was bent too but upon inspection one of his guys said nothing looks bent so they'll do the alignment to see if it'll fix the issue. 1 hour later, the car drives straight and smooth as new, no noise, nothing. Total cost was $110! Outstanding work, no upsell, no scamming customers like the Manhattan autoshops. They'll have my business for life or as long as I live in NYC. read more

I came here today after looking up the nearest tire shop after I discovered I had a slow leak ok my tire after driving over a nail. The awesome positive reviews stood out on Yelp and that's all it took for me to come here to get my tire fixed. The shop was easy to find. The service was awesome! Chucky was more than happy to help and was able to patch my tire for $7 in about 5 minutes. I strongly recommend this tire shop after the experience I had. They were very personable and didn't take advantage of me. I know this because I had another nail that didn't go all the way in and they didn't charge me for repairing that puncture because it wasn't problematic. That second nail puncture wasn't causing a leak. read more

Such a great experience with them today. I wish I got the name of the gentleman who helped me, he was top notch. Very quick and reasonably priced. If I need another flat tire replaced I will be back for sure. Thanks for the great work and customer service today! read more

This place is excellent. My experience: 1. Fast service: in and out for 4 tires in 45 min flat; 2. Quality: They have this new computer alignment system, for a top-notch wheel alignment after mounting new tires; 3. Friendly: Staff is great and very friendly; 4. Good price. My Tip: I used the Mavis discount tire website to do the review (they have consumer ratings on the tires). Then compared prices to Rush auto. My preferred tire was $45 cheaper at Rush (and I needed 4!). So that was an easy deal. 5. Fast order: Selected the tires on their website, and they arrived the next day in the shop. Faster than I thought it would be. Exceding expectations. Can only recommend them! read more

I got a flat upstate, and the tire the local shop had available didn't match the tires I already had on. Another tire didn't have the correct tread level anyways so it was enough for me to finally get 4 new tires for my AWD car and I put them on at this shop. Excellent service and very friendly. My car was in and out in about 30-40 minutes and it looked great. Feeling confident to hit the road again. Would definitely come back. read more

My experience at Rush Auto Tire Shop was excellent The visit there was during the summer and I received great service I needed to mount a 285 x 35 x 18 tire on an 18 x 8 rim It wasn't easy but they got the job done! I'll definitely go back soon 5 stars read more

So happy with my service from Rush Auto Tire Shop. I had a flat on my Benz CLA. I was able to order a new tire pirelli tire from their website which had great selection and the best prices. The new tire was shipped from their warehouse in 2 days and I was able to get my car serviced immediately the next day. Diego was very responsive via email and very accommodating. Super fast, reliable and friendly service with reasonable prices! Definitely would recommend! read more

I had a great experience here. The price they quoted me was fair right off the bat, and because I was buying all 4 new tires, they threw in a free alignment. The work was done immediately and everyone was very friendly. Highly recommended. read more

Read the reviews and so decided to come here to fix my bent rim because I didn't want to deal with repair shops ripping me off. And like what previous reviewers said, they were really honest. The guy I spoke to (Diego?) said that they can fix the bend but he said that it won't be perfect. He said that it is best that I go to another repair shop to get my rim straighten. A lot of places can bend it back for you but not many have the machinery to straighten it so he told me to call other places up and ask specifically to "straighten rim". I walk out already but because I really like his honesty. I came back and patch my slow leaking tire. I will update this review if anything comes up regarding this patch tire. read more

I got new tires this Saturday and needed to get them mounted/balanced. Went to a place in Queens originally and was told the wait would be almost two hours to get my car in. I called up this place since I was going to be in the area later on in the day, and was told to just come in, there wasn't a wait. Got there in a half hour and they started on my car right away. Within a half hour, I had all four of my tires mounted and balanced. The guys here were super nice as well, and it was much cheaper than other places I checked out. Total for all 4 mount/balance was $60, and another $3 each to discard my old tires. Tax with credit card came out to $78. Highly recommend this place for a quick tire swap or fix! read more

These guys are amazing. I had a flat tire on a Sunday when most shops were closed. As soon as I pulled up, they said "don't worry about it. We'll take care of it." And they did! Prices are extremely reasonable and I was on the road in 10 mins. Highly recommended. read more

I'm writing this review on behalf of my friend. One evening, my friend was driving me home from work and her tire felt flat. Seeing that it was already 8pm at night, we needed to get her car fixed or else it could have been worse. It was late at night and the only option I found on Yelp was this place. When I called, a friendly man greeted me and told me he was open. Within 5 minutes, we were there. This place is a humble business with an owner who is sweet, honest and does good work. We ended up chatting with him while the tire was being fixed and I loved how real he was. He was kind, didn't try and upsell...was just a good guy! I told him I was going to write this review because I was moved by how helpful and friendly he was. If I had a car, I would definitely be going here to get all my tires done! Her flat was fixed in 15 minutes for only $14. read more

Great service and nice people! Switched all tires and didn't charge for checking the alignment!

I had a slow leak in a front tire and I made an appointment online. When I arrived Chucky greeted me at the door and immediately diagnosed the problem. I needed a new tire and everything was fixed and I was on my way within 45 minutes. The friendly service and efficiency was worth every penny for a new tire. read more

The guys at Rush Auto Tire are the absolute best! They could train everyone else out there how to run a tire shop, or a business for that matter. I ran over a crazy pothole on the Long Island Expressway, damaging 2 of my tires. Every other tire shop could only fit me in the next week. I called the pros at Rush, they had what I needed and had me in and out in 25 minutes for a great price. Super friendly crew and I'll definitely be back. read more

This establishment didn't do the work I needed. They were also too far from me. Not sure how I didn't see that before! Nonetheless, it was nice of Daniel of this establishment to at least send me a message letting me know that and even included a referral. Thank you! read more

My rim was bad. Huge Brooklyn pothole ate my wheel up, leaving 3 dents, the lips flared out and a hole pinched through tire sidewall where it bottomed out. Ugh.. Roadhazard Insurance has me covered on the tire, but for the rim, my tire spot said they don't do rim repairs. Found Rush on Yelp, and headed over.. The staff at Rush got my wheel round again in less than 30 minutes. Can't say enough on how impressed I was on the work, surely thought the rim was going to scrap. Will definitely use Rush again for my tire needs. read more

Background - needed a tire rotation, and did not want an appointment, etc. 1. Asked a place in Crown Heights cost for tire rotation, was quoted $40 (Classon/Dean) 2. Looked up yelp, found this place, highly rated, called them, and was quoted $20 Positives: -Fast, reasonable english -Focus on Professional: When they put the tires back in, they put second bolt diametrically opposed to first one; none of the bolts were completely tightened, until 4 were in. All of these are efforts to ensure that the screw and bolt on the tires do not get damaged. This is long-term thinking, and crafts-man type work -Focus on Professional: Note the towels on the car jack, they ensure that car does not get scratched. Fact that they are on every jack in the shop, again, speaks to their attention to detail. I loved the fact that the rate for all activities, and most products (ex. flat fix, tire rotation, new tires, old tires, patching, etc) was clearly written, in chalk, on a large black-board. No wondering if you are getting the insider pricing, or what they think you can afford.... Will definitely be back. read more
