That's why I was shocked by how things went this time around. When I asked Mike about doing some new custom paint work, he cut me off immediately and said, "I'm not f***ing doing it." I tried to keep it professional and asked if he could at least recommend someone else who might be able to take on the job, but he flat-out refused that too... just said "Nope," and walked off. The whole thing was rude, unprofessional, and completely out of line, especially toward a returning customer. I've never been treated like that by a business I've supported before. It's disappointing, because my past experiences... particularly when Karen was involved... were always great. But after this, I won't be going back.

Outstanding Professional Service - Highly Recommended…read more I have used Don several times for work on my 2020 BMW X3, and every experience has been excellent. About six months ago, Don professionally installed my Thinkware U3000 Pro front and rear cameras. A couple of months ago, I returned to him for installation of the brackets and wiring setup for my Uniden radar detector. His work has always been extremely clean, precise, and professional. Most recently, after having new window tint installed, the dash cameras had to be removed and then reinstalled. Even though Don had a very busy schedule, he went out of his way to squeeze my car in and reinstall the cameras on the freshly tinted windshield. He took great care with the new tint and made sure everything was properly positioned, secure, and working exactly as it should. What I appreciate most about Don is his attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work. He treats the vehicle as if it were his own, takes the time to do everything correctly, and is always professional and helpful. After several different installations, I have complete confidence in Don and would not hesitate to bring any of my vehicles to him. Excellent workmanship, outstanding service, and a true professional. Highly recommended!

Definitely mentally unhinged. The owner was more worried about fighting and arguing that they did "nothing wrong." Instead of just fixing what they got paid to do. Moving forward, I'll actually start writing positive reviews for places I like, and Heavenly Bodyworks will be the first because they have single-handedly renewed my faith in how businesses should be run, both in professionalism and service. Long story short, I thought I could fix cracks and scratches on a first-gen Porsche Boxster from watching YouTube videos and completely flopped. In my panic, I drove my car to Heavenly Bodyworks based off of previous reviews I've read here on Yelp and was absolutely thrilled at the job they've done (see before and after pics). My car looked brand-new and my only regret is that I didn't go sooner. Junior, Crystal, and the rest of the staff are extremely helpful and beyond fair - an absolute gem and rarity in an industry notorious for sketchy business practices. I've been back several times since then for smaller jobs (car handle that didn't open from the inside, blown headlight) and each time has been a pleasant experience. I really hope I don't have to come back any time soon (because that means I messed up my baby somehow) but at this point, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car.

I'm in the military and needed my 2016 Tundra cleaned inside and out to ship overseas. I called multiple shops, but none of them had any availability. My wife found DR Detail on Yelp and they had great reviews, so I hit them up. I told him I had to turn it in by 2:30pm the next day. I was also staying at a hotel, but he said that was no problem for them as they have their own water storage tank for their pressure washer on their mobile van. I asked them for an interior deep clean along with an exterior wash, which was templated online to take about 3 and a half hours. They came this morning at 9:30am and finished by 11:30. Their prices were also the best out of anyone I talked to. I have a yellow Labrador, and his fur was weaved into the floor mats and in all the nooks and crannies. They were able to remove all traces that my dog was ever in my truck. It's pretty amazing to say the least.
