The owner Renny is a nice man, pretty funny too. They have lots of tires in stock and can get pretty much anything in a day, sometimes in an hour or two. I have fancy, expensive (Yikes!) run-flat tires on my BMW SUV. When I needed a tire in a hurry they had it there in two hours. I don't know how they did it but I was grateful. All of the staff are terrific and haven't changed much over the years. A great place to get new tires!

Reviews don't lie and this place definitely didn't disappoint!…read more This was conveniently across the street from the entrance of the development in which I live so being able to drive my car over to get looked at and walk home was fantastic. I called John before I headed over and briefly told him what was going on. He said I could bring it over anytime so he could take a look. When I walked in, he knew who I was already from our conversation and my car. He told me he had brakes to work on for another truck but that he was going to take a look at mine right after. He called me back within 2 hrs I believe and told me what he found. He told me how long the repair might take and he'd call when it was ready. Not too long after I was able to walk over and get my car. He told me what he saw and even took pictures of what was under my car and what he had to fix. I'm glad that my car was able to be fixed when it could have been a lot worse! John was SUCH a friendly and awesome mechanic and I was relieved after everything was done. I've found my go to mechanic for sure and I'd highly recommend him!

I feel as though this is a place you can go to and not get ripped off. I can go in for a simple oil change and leave without the mechanic telling me I need 5 other things done to my car. There are times when he does let me know when I should start planning to have work done, but it's seldom. There are times, like today, that I asked he check my front tire because it seemed to be low on air and I had just filled it a few days ago. He checked it, said he didn't see anything in it and also said the back was low, so he filled both. Also informed me my inspection was past due! Oops! Oil change was $30! In and out. Jake and his team provide competitive pricing, great workmanship and excellent customer service. No up selling. No pressure. Just honest service. Today my wife got a flat on the way home around lunchtime. A screw very close to the sidewall. Not repairable. A quick look at the other tires. She needs all four. So I called Freedman and spoke with Tony. He provided a competitve quote when I asked when could she bring the car in, he said anytime. Today is good. She got there around 1:30 and was on her way home about an hour later. Doesnt get any better than that. Wife super happy. Me too. Happy wife, happy life!

He joked that he'd have it done in one hour on a Saturday -- which they close at 1:00, something he did not tell me. I left and called two hours later to check on my car. He said he wouldn't have time to work on it today and asked if I could walk there because "it should be time enough since they close in 20 minutes." I rushed over. He said I owed $80 and that it would go toward my final bill for the "diagnosis." I paid, and we made an agreement that I'd drop my car off the next week. He promised it would only take a short time. I let him know I needed the car for work and that I'd be using a family member's car in the meantime. He once again joked about how easy of a fix it would be and told me not to worry -- it would be done before the week was out (this was Thursday). I dropped the car off. Saturday came, and the car still had not been fixed. I let them know I had to come get it. When I arrived, I asked if I owe anything? They responded, "Nothing, today." They asked me to bring the car back the following week because they were waiting on a part. I never brought the car back because I was displeased with the constant joking about how fast it would be, yet no work was done besides the "diagnostic" -- which I had already supplied to them upon arrival, and paid for. I am still driving around with a check engine light on, and they continue to bill me OVER $300. FOR WHAT?? When I call, they constantly say "they're busy right now and can't talk." My family has used them for many years, and I was told to go here. They have witnessed what Jake and his team of scammers have tried to pull on me. He will not be receiving any of our business again, and I hope people take this as a warning. If you want to get scammed and still have a broken car, this is your place.

We tried filling it with air, but it wouldn't hold, so I suggested this place. At first, I thought it was the same Ideal Tire I had patronized years ago under the previous owner, Frank, who operated here for a long time. When we arrived, I was surprised to see the building had been completely renovated and expanded beyond just tires. They now handle all kinds of engine work as well. The ownership has since changed and is now APAC-owned. The initial service technician had difficulty communicating with us while we asked questions, whether due to a language barrier or simply not wanting to engage much. After about 10 minutes, a younger employee named Joey came over to assess the situation. Long story short, my sister's tire was completely shredded. They replaced it with a used Pirelli tire, balanced it, and got her back on the road for $103.
