I had an accident with an out of stater. Matt and Chris went above and beyond to help make my experience less stressful. My car was towed from Queens to Freeport. I already give that 5 stars! They kept my car until the out of state insurance company was able to send an adjuster. Another 5 stars! They were patient waiting for me to hear from the other insurance and guided me on how to use my insurance since we were not getting any answers. Another 5 stars! They waited for my insurance company to come out for a second adjuster to come and see the issue. They helped me finally get a rent a car and made that process seamless. I got into a pretty bad fender bender and was told by the other driver's insurence company that they would cover the damages. I had the option to pick whoever I wanted to repair the damages. I found meadowbrook collision online and saw they had great reviews so I choose them and I'm so glad I did! Mat and the whole team were amazing! I recently had a rear end collision on the Grand Central Parkway with over $8,000 in damages. I brought my car to Meadowbrook Collision and after they repaired my car I went to pick it up. My truck was involved in a hit and run and was thought to have suffered minor damage. In fact, the shop identified that there was more than just damage to the body.
