    They deserve a 0 star rating for my experience, but I'll give them 1 since my car was eventually fixed. Let's get to the story... my Mercedes Benz GLA 250 was initially picked up from my residence on June 21st to be worked on. Upon speaking with Kelly, I was told that it would take two weeks in total for the car to be fixed. Throughout this time period, I was promised updates on my car after the Geico adjuster cut the check. After the two week period ended on July 5th, I still haven't heard anything from this woman. After I attempted to call on multiple occasions for an update, she apparently fell off the face of the earth. It wasn't until I reached out to the gentleman (Jay) that referred me and later contacted her for Kelly to finally return my calls. Instead of apologizing for the lack of communication, she gets defensive and tells me that they are still awaiting parts and that it's not her fault. I proceed to tell her that I'm not upset about the parts not being in. What I'm upset about is the lack of communication and her defensive attitude. She tells me that my car should be ready by the end of the week and she'll provide me with updates. Interestingly, she told me that if I have any questions to call or text her directly- which is what I was doing and being ignored. SMH. That brings us to July 8th. Of course, my car is still not ready and the updates she promised were nonexistent. I called for an explanation to be ignored yet again. Jay contact the owner who later said that I should expect my car by the following week - July 15. Kelly calls to let me know that my car is ready and that they'll drop it off by the end of the day. She also made it a point to state that they also fixed the scratched bumper on the right side of my car. Now, it has been nearly a month since they've been "working on my car." My car arrives and of course the job is not finished. The scratches on my bumper were still intact. Obviously I'm fuming and I call and text her again to get no response. I decide to keep my car since I can't get in contact with anyone. I phoned Jay and he was able to get in contact with her and the owner (do you see a trend here?) The owner told Jay that it was an oversight and that my car will be picked up on Monday to be fixed and returned by the end of day. Kelly finally calls me back and says that she didn't look at the estimation report that clearly shows that the rear bumper was scratched (Its the lack of attention to detail for me). She also said that the mechanics refer to the estimation report upon doing repairs. So clearly, these ppl can't read. I sent screenshots of the estimation reports along with the scratched jumper to show her that it was listed on the report. She apologizes and says that the same thing the owner said. Monday July 18th came and this woman did not reach out in regards to sending over the flatbed to pick up my car. I called and texted in the morning and didn't receive a response until 3:41pm. Instead of apologizing, she says if Wednesday is feasible for pickup. I asked about Tuesday and received no response. After the same song and dance, Jay, myself and Kelly get on three way and she explains that Wednesday is the only day since they are working on other vehicles - despite the fact that they had my car and didn't complete the job so I have to wait for them to finish work on other vehicles. Smh. Wednesday comes and of course I call her to learn that my car can't be picked up because the painter was out for the day. She then says I have to wait until the following Monday, July 25, for my car to be fixed. Kelly said she will call me Monday morning to arrange the pickup. Monday morning came and went without a call. I called around noon and she apologized saying that I have to wait until Tuesday. My car that was picked up on Tuesday with a promise of an EOD return was delivered on Wednesday afternoon - taking five weeks in total. My apologies for the essay, but this should be enough for you to avoid this place at all costs. As for No Limit, employ sensible individuals that understand the importance of following through with customers instead of making excuses. Stop over promising and under delivering.

    the shop represents itself as LIARS....I came the same day to see this horrible job being done, and the car been here for two month

    This company is the WORST!!!!!! I HIGHLY don't recommend them. They got paid for the job first before they fixed the vehicle. They tell me every week the car is almost ready, it's going on two month. The front desk Laura told me my car was getting detailed to come in the same day to check on the car to come and see was pieces all on the floor. The inside of the car was full of dust... take my word this company are LIARS!!!!! I would never recommend them EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I went inside to tell them why they lied they said "oh um we told you we will call when it's ready" how a CAR is ready when all the parts are on the floor and the car is on a lift, 2 months they had my car and they haven't even touched it. Never again

    So this review is LONG overdue! (Sorry! I was really busy!) But, I am really impressed! On November 10th I drove to 99th ave in Queens Village to look for a body shop to fix my car. (If you know that area, you know that it's a strip of shops.) I stopped at 2 shops to get a quote. I didn't like the vibe from those shops so i moved on to the next "No Limit". From the moment my husband and I entered, we felt welcomed. We spoke to the guy behind the desk and instantly felt that this place can do the job. A few moments later the owner came, looked at the car and gave us a price and a time frame. He kept his word, and I was able to receive my car that Tuesday before Thanksgiving ... I would definitely recommend No Limit.

    Let start by saying, scammers! At the beginning everything appeared to be good. I started to get…read moresecond thoughts when the receptionist texted to let the insurance company know that the car "was there" already in their shop. When I told her otherwise and questioned, if they're doing this to ask for storage fees, she said no! We don't charge for storage. I told her I don't like to lie and I will bring the car when I get a date. Somehow, they ended up calling my husband to drop off the car because they need it to have the car there and would let me know when the appraisal would come to do the inspection. No one called me and unfortunately my husband dropped off the car. I should of trusted my instict! I told my husband that the place sounds fishy and I don't feel comfortable with their tactics just wasn't right and we would go pick up the car the following day. Aside from needing the car since we had to travel. I ended up calling to let them know that the car will be getting picked up and I would take it to a different place. I was told that now I have to pay for charges incurred, Im thinking okay well for less than 24 hours it won't be insane as long as I can take the car not knowing that the estimate was done that morning. When I get hit with the bill, 2,450.55. According to them 30% of whatever they got for appraisal, fees for Labor, storage, administrative, etc. Mind you the car was dropped off on a Thursday afternoon at 1:15pm and went the following day to pick it up at 1:30pm. This guy Eddie, said well if you would of told me to try to get more money from insurance and said to go half, we would of come to an agreement and split." He said that the agreement I signed they can change it whenever they feel like it because it'sbot what it says! I ended calling the insurance to alert them of the scam this people are doing and that's when I was told that the appraiser had already done the estimate that morning. No wonder they are growing their business scamming people asking all cash for money so they can avoid paying taxes and other fees. This guy guy came up with all sorts of excuses. I'm being charged because I don't want my car to get fixed there, that they have to pay for this program which takes them time to do the appraisal (mind you insurance does the work and sends their people), that he has to get paid, the lady has to get paid, that they have to order parts, when it was just appraised only hours. The only thing they did was to take money out, easy money. Be awared, please take your vehicles to a place where it's registered directly with the insurance company! Yes, you do get a star for SCAMMERS!

I've been to Meadowbrook Collision twice in the span of 3 years - both times bringing a practically brand new car to have its rear bumper replaced due to some inconsiderate a-hole ramming into it and speeding off into the night. My husband trusts these guys, and they've always done amazingly efficient and fantastic work! This time it was for my brand new C300 that had less than 1K in miles, so new that they had to wait for parts from Germany to be shipped over. They kept us informed as to the timeline, and when it was finally ready I drove my rental vehicle over to pick it up! They actually take care of the return of the rental car for you so it's so seamless. I'm such a big fan!! My car looks like the day I drove it off the lot - it looks like it hadn't been in an accident and it was washed and vacuumed, AMAZING service. I hope I'm not back here any time soon, but love that there's an auto body shop that I can count on if another jack-ss rams into my car again!

It's because I don't have to pretend that I know what I'm talking about for fear of being taken advantage of. Why is that? Because the owner, Marge, is simply a truly good person. She is beloved by her staff, her neighbors, me, and all of her customers. People come in and don't rush out. They sit down, grab candies or pretzel rods, and hope Marge can hang with them for a bit answering any and all questions. Marge is just extremely likable, good soul. Long/short, she has decades experience, completely honest/transparent, and she tries every angle to SAVE YOU MONEY at every step. I'm a married Nurse Practitioner with three grown kids. All five of our cars are fixed by Marge and her very sweet employees. You have to trust me.
