This place is amazing. I have no words to describe how much professionalism and caring the staff give to their clients. My car was stolen then recovered 3 days after by police literally almost unrecognizable but not totaled. Body and interior were destroyed but Anthony and staff picked it up and took care of all the insurance paperwork and ordered all parts needed from car manufacture . I had to do nothing but pick it up after a few weeks. To my surprise car looked brand new again like nothing ever happened to it . They did such a great job I feel like I have a brand new car. They deserve a 0 star rating for my experience, but I'll give them 1 since my car was eventually fixed. Let's get to the story... my Mercedes Benz GLA 250 was initially picked up from my residence on June 21st to be worked on. Upon speaking with Kelly, I was told that it would take two weeks in total for the car to be fixed. Throughout this time period, I was promised updates on my car after the Geico adjuster cut the check. After the two week period ended on July 5th, I still haven't heard anything from this woman. After I attempted to call on multiple occasions for an update, she apparently fell off the face of the earth. It wasn't until I reached out to the gentleman (Jay) that referred me and later contacted her for Kelly to finally return my calls. Instead of apologizing for the lack of communication, she gets defensive and tells me that they are still awaiting parts and that it's not her fault. I proceed to tell her that I'm not upset about the parts not being in. What I'm upset about is the lack of communication and her defensive attitude. She tells me that my car should be ready by the end of the week and she'll provide me with updates. Interestingly, she told me that if I have any questions to call or text her directly- which is what I was doing and being ignored. SMH. That brings us to July 8th. Of course, my car is still not ready and the updates she promised were nonexistent. I called for an explanation to be ignored yet again. Jay contact the owner who later said that I should expect my car by the following week - July 15. Kelly calls to let me know that my car is ready and that they'll drop it off by the end of the day. She also made it a point to state that they also fixed the scratched bumper on the right side of my car. Now, it has been nearly a month since they've been "working on my car." My car arrives and of course the job is not finished. The scratches on my bumper were still intact. Obviously I'm fuming and I call and text her again to get no response. I decide to keep my car since I can't get in contact with anyone. I phoned Jay and he was able to get in contact with her and the owner (do you see a trend here?) The owner told Jay that it was an oversight and that my car will be picked up on Monday to be fixed and returned by the end of day. Kelly finally calls me back and says that she didn't look at the estimation report that clearly shows that the rear bumper was scratched (Its the lack of attention to detail for me). She also said that the mechanics refer to the estimation report upon doing repairs. So clearly, these ppl can't read. I sent screenshots of the estimation reports along with the scratched jumper to show her that it was listed on the report. She apologizes and says that the same thing the owner said. Monday July 18th came and this woman did not reach out in regards to sending over the flatbed to pick up my car. I called and texted in the morning and didn't receive a response until 3:41pm. Instead of apologizing, she says if Wednesday is feasible for pickup. I asked about Tuesday and received no response. After the same song and dance, Jay, myself and Kelly get on three way and she explains that Wednesday is the only day since they are working on other vehicles - despite the fact that they had my car and didn't complete the job so I have to wait for them to finish work on other vehicles. Smh. Wednesday comes and of course I call her to learn that my car can't be picked up because the painter was out for the day. She then says I have to wait until the following Monday, July 25, for my car to be fixed. Kelly said she will call me Monday morning to arrange the pickup. Monday morning came and went without a call. I called around noon and she apologized saying that I have to wait until Tuesday. My car that was picked up on Tuesday with a promise of an EOD return was delivered on Wednesday afternoon - taking five weeks in total. My apologies for the essay, but this should be enough for you to avoid this place at all costs. As for No Limit, employ sensible individuals that understand the importance of following through with customers instead of making excuses. Stop over promising and under delivering. read more

This company is the WORST!!!!!! I HIGHLY don't recommend them. They got paid for the job first before they fixed the vehicle. They tell me every week the car is almost ready, it's going on two month. The front desk Laura told me my car was getting detailed to come in the same day to check on the car to come and see was pieces all on the floor. The inside of the car was full of dust... take my word this company are LIARS!!!!! I would never recommend them EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I went inside to tell them why they lied they said "oh um we told you we will call when it's ready" how a CAR is ready when all the parts are on the floor and the car is on a lift, 2 months they had my car and they haven't even touched it. Well to start if I could give zero stars I would. My boyfriend brought our car in after it was hit in the street and the driver recommended this place because her husband knew the owner. What a mistake. We left the car and turn around time was about two weeks which is normal for the type of work needed to be done. We went to pick up our vehicle and automatically I saw the errors in the sunlight when they had us pick the car up outside. The left side had to be repainted and it looked as if they just painted it once and called it a day, no gloss or primer to make the paint look shiny. Looked Matte and had zero shine. We were comparing the damaged side to the non damaged size and there was a huge difference, we couldn't even tell if they ordered the same paint color. Next we noticed a detail above the tire where it's a hooded piece and it was caving out and not held in place. We pointed this out to one of they guys that work there and he stated "we tried to order that part" meaning that they didn't bother to order the part and stuck together whatever they had in hopes it would work. I'm glad we did a thorough visual inspection because had we taken the car and left they would've given us the "we are not responsible" excuse. Also be aware that they state to the insurance what they are going to repair and that's not the case. They do the bare minimum in order to keep maximum profit. Our statement they sent to the insurance stated they were going to repair the rear bumper which had minor scuffs and it was not even touched. We pointed this out the the employees and they said they'd work on it again. Seems like they did very little to no work thinking we were suckers and would not notice. We left the vehicle again for two more weeks while they actually fixed the rear bumper and ordered the correct part for the area above the front tire. Be very cautious giving this place your hard worked and earned possession. They won't treat it as if it's theirs and they will do less than what is expected of them to do. Overall we wasted so much valuable time going back and forth to this place. Their lack of effort and honesty should be called out. Tread lightly, and if you are going to give them your business read read read what they fill out to send to the insurance report and make sure they fix everything they state on that report. Do a visual check ten times if you have to. Make sure you hold them accountable and do not drive home with your car until it is fixed 100%. read more

These people were terrible. The rubber under my window is now peeling and they somehow got paint on it. They tried to cheat me out of a hundred dollars AFTER charging me an arm and a leg. They took it upon themselves to add their disgusting advertisement to my license plate. They screwed around with my radio and left the car interior dirty. (If you know that area, you know that it's a strip of shops.) I stopped at 2 shops to get a quote. I didn't like the vibe from those shops so i moved on to the next "No Limit". From the moment my husband and I entered, we felt welcomed. We spoke to the guy behind the desk and instantly felt that this place can do the job. A few moments later the owner came, looked at the car and gave us a price and a time frame. He kept his word, and I was able to receive my car that Tuesday before Thanksgiving ... I am a real person just giving an honest opinion and It's been such a messy experience with this shop, I HAD to say something. I'll get to the highlights, because I will end up writing a essay. I was involved in an accident back in January 2019 with a dumbass driving a passenger van at 85+ mph that resulted in him losing control and t-boning my hatchback. I'll start off the the CONS CONS: - Told the infamous line we'll get it done 2 weeks story and knew that wasn't going to happen. -Car left sitting for 1 month outside there shop (while they "ordered" parts, and another month to work on it) -had to practically be on top of the guys there to make sure things got done. -Special Care only seems to be given to people who drive super-cars aka Lambos, Ferrari's , Aston Martins, Porches etc. Anything below that and good luck getting your car back..... -Communication from/by them is mediocre to non - existent PROS: - They at least fixed the car (2 Months later and took care of the rental after I forced their hand to pay it by having the rental car service agent stick the invoice in their face. I read other reviewers were not so lucky when it came to rental payments - Owner (Jose) at least rectified a blunder by a staff member by fixing a problem that should have never happened the first time ( they could have actually been sued for) before calling back to call them out on there B.S. I was easy going until that point... I could not in good conscience recommend this shop to anyone after my experience.....even if you drive a high end car... that seems to be their ONLY preference. I took my car to have the outside detailed. They asked me to bring it in early 8:00am. So I did, I went by about 3:00 to pick up the car I paid for the car with cash my first mistake. I went to look at the car and I noticed that on my trunk they buffed it to hard and the paint was wearing down to the primer. The shop told me that must have been there becaused they buffed the car by hand. This was a lie because I was told later it was not done by hand. Then I was asked to go around the corner to meet the owner he was there waiting for me, But hen never came out He told his helper that I should call on Monday (Labor Day). I then dropped off my card and asked them to have the owner call me. Never got a call. So I called again. He finially answered, his attitude was very rude. As I was explaining the problem and how I felt that I was getting the ron around. His first words he used was that I was being a bit of a drama queen. Finially he got to see the car. After he saw the spot that I was upset about he then was looking over the whole car. Put all the blame on car, Pointed to spots saying I guess you want to fixs these spots to I said No they where there allready, only the trunk were you buff off the paint. I finially ask are you going to fix these his answer was no I dont belive its my fault. We exchanged words. I then left. I went back to the detail shop to get my receipt showing that I paid the owner shows up and says a few choice words and told his helper not to give him a receipt. I later foud out that he the same thing happened to friend of mine and they refused his complaint as well. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS COMPANY THEY DON'T HAVE YOU BEST INTEREST IN MIND. After my last experience with I wanted to make sure my car was fixed by true professionals. And if i could add stars to the review i would. Professionalism is harder and harder to find in businesses these days. Jose and Alex were easy to contact and made sure to reach out and keep me updated. There office even directly coordinated with the insurance company and made things super easy on me. The quality of work is unsurpassed. I couldn't find a single smudge or defect in the paint. The car was fully detailed and to be honest it looks better then it ever has. Avoid at all costs. A shop to scam you and ruin you for at least 3 months. My insurance company estimated my bill to replace all parts that were broken. Instead of replacing new parts (rim, hood, and side mirror at least 5 thousand dollars) and parts that I cannot see, they simply fixed them with the cost of new parts. My side mirror is still left cracked. Besides that, they promised that they can fix my car in two weeks, it took them almost two months to fix it. I kept calling them to ask that was the car finished because my insurance is not covering my rental bill after a month. They said they will take care of the rental bill. When I showed them the rental bill at the shop when the time I picked up my car, they denied the fact that they were going to cover my bill...I am done dealing with this shop. I went to no limit in Yonkers thinking it was the previous owners . Aisha convinced me to do the work my car needed and assure me the workers were the same even though it was notvthe same owner. My car was hit by a truck and my rear bumper needed to be replaced iys garbage. It was on the appraisal by insurance. On the day I dropped off the car I mentioned to them that I was relocating to Florida. They must of think once she in Florida she can't come back. And they played me and and left the old bumper just tried to repair didn't even paint it. A week later the bumper started popping out of course because the clips and everything else was garbage and it won't stay in place. Not only that but because I was paying with debit card they charged me extra 4% and taxes even though in the appraisal the taxes were already included. I emailed then and all they say it come in to discuss, sure you know I am in Florida how do I come in. As a New York city school teacher on the way to work in Queens my car was the victim of a "hit and run" while I ran into a drug store to buy a birthday card. I searched and called No Limit Auto Body shop which was nearby. They came to my rescue and let me tell you how helpful they were! Believe me this is an A plus business. They towed my car to the shop and drove me to the rental car place. They contacted my insurance and I gave them my key and was given a rental car right on the spot. They did an amazing job on my car! It was a complete "No Brainer" they guided me through every step of the way and completed the job in a timely manner. The best part is you can't even tell where my car it was hit at all. It looks completely brand new and when I picked it up it looked straight out of the showroom with paper mats on the floor and a new car smell. Incredible! I had to take the time to write this because the owner and the staff were so completely on point and hands on throughout the entire process. This was the worse experience iv ever had regarding an autobody shop. They had my car over a month for a fender repair and minor frame repair. Customer service terrible always a run around And lied about being approved by my ins company, which I verified by my ins company after they had my car for 5. Weeks plus. They did an awful job there r actual bugs in the paint and specks of dirt the frame is still wrinkled. They are god awful I don't recommend this horriblenshop at all. Save yourself go somewhere else.
