The Sienna was detailed inside and outside!!!They also powder coated my peeling factory aluminum alloy wheels for a reasonable extra charge and restored them to perfection. Then, I go to check my oil after about 2 weeks and I see they steam cleaned the ENGINE COMPARTMENT WITHOUT CAUSING ANY UNWANTED DAMAGE BECAUSE THEY ARE PROS AT MASTERS! Victor and Bjorn were pleasant, and accommodating throughout the repair process. I dropped my car off on a Monday and was told the repair would likely take about four days. I ended up picking it up the following Monday, so it took about six business days, which wasn't too bad. My main concern was the lack of communication regarding the repair estimate. GEICO's initial estimate was $2,000. When I dropped off my car, I asked for a copy of the repair estimate but was told they didn't have one for me. When I picked up the vehicle, I learned the final repair cost was approximately $7,300. Although I only had to pay my deductible, I was surprised by the significant increase and would have appreciated more transparency and an explanation of the additional costs during the repair process. Overall, the staff was friendly and the repair work appears to have been done well, but better communication regarding estimates and supplemental charges would have made for a much better experience.

I wrote a detailed work order/plan, including a request for photos of the differential magnet, pan and gears for present condition reference (and this was done without any issue). The jobs were completed neatly, within estimated times (based on book times which I had read prior to bringing my 2013 GMC Savana van in). The price was well within normal expectations, both for the time and for the local area. I confirmed the work afterwards by examining the brake and power steering fluids, noting the work area under my hood clean and neat around the fluid storage sections. I also noted that, without asking, they filled my windshield washer fluid. Nice touch. :) I was promptly called when the job was finished and found my van doors locked when arriving, believe it or not something that too many stations fail to do. I was pleased with the work and feel lucky to have such a professional service station so close to my home.

They gave me a husband a hard time when he went in to inquire about it like I he was bothering them. Said if he wasnt called it wasnt done. (Btw it was done). Then there was a phone call from the owner asking the employee if she was ok. Minute after he started conversing with her. My husband is even tempered, laid back and non confrontational. I guess the owner saw he was biracial on the camera, and that apparently made him scared for the female employees safety. (He could hear the whole conversation) Oh by the way my husband works for Suffolk County jail system she was probably safer with him in there. We will drive elsewhere the next time we need a screen fixed or buy the materials online and do it ourself next time since it isn't thay hard. Good customer service goes a long way, unfortunately that's not what we received here. Very unfortunate.

Some of the paint was bogus considering it was already coming off and didn't even match. So I had to leave the car for another few days just to come back and find absolutely nothing was done. I had to keep calling them to find out when the car was ready they'd never even contact me.Then they claim they have to get the paint from Nissan itself. I leave the car for another two days just to come back and find it looking worse than it was plus the "Nissan" paint was sheer, my car is not sheer. Couldn't do the job, should've told me. I felt like I was taken advantage of and that's not a way to run a business. Such a rip off, a day after I found a place in Amityville that makes custom paint for the touch ups and now it looks brand new, best decision I've ever made!

They wait until 2 days before you want to ship to give you a price that you're then stuck with or you have to frantically search for someone last minute. They promised i could put in as many items in my vehicle as long as it was less than 100lbs and below the window line. this was a lie and despite being a lot less than 100lbs and below the window lines, I was charged extra at pickup or they wouldn't take my vehicle. When there was an issue and it really mattered to talk with my agent at freedom auto they did not answer and only texted saying their assistant would get with me asap - and then I never heard from either of them. I'm giving them 2 stars because they did get me a carrier within a week of asking without me having to schedule (basic duty of a broker) and they did send me text updates of the vehicle which came in handy at times. When I did get to talk with them they were nice people as well. This doesn't outweigh the fact that they are costly for not even needing the broker company, lie regarding shipping items in the vehicle, and disappear when you really need them or snag a problem. Summary: find a transporter instead of the broker to save yourself the money and the headache of using a third party middle man broker.

This is the SECOND time, I've brought my truck into Executive Auto Collision. It's also the second time in the past 2 years some moron rear-ended me while texting on the Southern State Parkway. The second the accident happened, I knew I was going to Executive, and I even suggested the other car go too, but he lived in Pimona NY, wherever the heck that is, and it was just too far for him. Anyway, Jimmy and his crew did a great job on my truck, it looks brand new and even smells new because they DETAILED the entire truck, even though it was just the back bumper and hatch that needed repair. I have sent people to this shop before because I know they are going to be treated well and the service is as good as it gets. My friends always thank me because Jimmy has the best staff that make them feel like they just bought a new car, complete with little goodie-bags filled with Travel Mugs, hand sanitizers, flashlights , pens and other assorted knick-knacks. They don't really need to do that because you're just happy to see the great condition your vehicle is in, but I guess the advertising doesn't hurt. Anyway, long story short, take your vehicle there if you were in a major crash or if you just have a scratch that annoys the hell out of you. You're going to be treated nicely and you're not going to pay with an arm or a leg. read more

My brand new BMW 550I xdrive was hit by another vehicle causing damage to the back, side and ripping off the front bumper. I was devastated to say the least. My first thought was to take it to the dealership collision center and have them fix it. Executive showed up at the scene and told me that they would fix my car and make it look brand new again. I was very skeptical, especially with a 90,000 dollar vehicle. I didn't have a ride so I tagged along with them to hear what they had to say. I met Jimmy and his staff at his office. I was impressed by how clean his shop was and how organized they were. I was treated like VIP and Jimmy was very knowledgeable about his craft and explained in detail how my BMW was going to be taken care of. When my car was finished you could not tell that there was any damage done to it and it looked like it just came out of the dealership. I highly recommend Jimmy and his staff to anyone that needs there car fixed. Top of the line work and excellent staff members that will answer your questions to include a rental car shop on the premises. I love driving my car and still catches everyone's eye when they see it. First, I just want to say thank you to the "whole" staff at Executive Auto Collision. My vehicle was hit almost head on by a drunk driver on 11/08/18. Car was given to Executive Auto Collision, Tommy. Rental was supplied. Vehicle was repaired and returned about 9 days later. My car was detailed in and out. Just like another reviewer stated, minor chips and scratched were touched up and buffed out. This was a pleasant surprise. Something that was not expected or requested. Other body shops that I have used in the past, other than a car wash, never detailed after the repair was completed. As a matter of fact, my wife's car was returned with body shop dust on the car dash and interior along with new scratches no where near the original damage. I maintain all of the cars in my family and know what's old or new damage. Sorry for the long review, but I just want to let everyone know that you have a better chance of being more than satisfied at Executive Auto Collision after a repair than most other shops in the area. I everyone at Exectuive collision, and the owner Jimmy has saved my family in crisis on numerous occasions. Several years ago my wife and daughter were in a very bad wreck on the Meadowbrook pkwy(also same morning my house had a pipe burst and flooded). Absolute day from Hell ! I called Jimmy while following the ambulance to the hospital, told him the situation and he said the exact words I needed to hear at the moment, "ok, calm down, take care of your family, I got this" He had a truck pick up my wife's car and secure it's valued contents left inside, immediately. I'll never forget that, Jimmy, Thank you !! Just recently, both of my cars took on damage from two separate accidents. Being busy working parents it seemed impossible to even find the time to get the cars to the shop during the day. Again Jimmy saved us, he sent Tommy (very professional) to our house with a rental and swapped both of our cars out at different times to get them fixed. This is truly as good as it gets when it comes to an auto body repair. After a devastating accident, there is so much to worry about: from injuries, to lawsuits, to car repair. Luckily, I entrusted my car to Jimmy and the boys at Executive and learned rather quickly that once the car was in their hands, I was free to take care of all the other issues associated with a car accident. Words cannot express how valuable it is to be able to leave your car at such a stressful time in the hands of Executive. They were spectacular.... can one really get this level of service in New York, particularly on Long Island, these days? Not in my experience. As an attorney, I regularly see auto body shops take advantage of good people and scam insurance companies and citizens alike.. but not Executive. They are extremely professional, reasonably priced, and efficient. Not only does the car look fantastic, but it was finished two days before the promised date! This review comes long overdue. People are so quick to give bad reviews and seldom take the time to show appreciation and give praise for outstanding service. I've been a customer of Executive Auto Collision for years now and I would never consider going anyplace else. I love this auto shop! And to see that someone would even consider to think otherwise is appalling. AN HONEST MECHANIC! Oxymoron you make think. How could these words be in one sentence?... Easy!!! Jimmy (the owner) has alway provided A-1 service. The turn around time has always been fast and my vehicle comes out looking "showroom" each and every time. They are fast, courteous and work closely with my insurance carrier directly turning my unfortunate repairs into a stress free experience. You want a mediocre outcome, go somewhere else! Fortunately I didn't have to come here for auto damage. Instead a great friend recommended I bring my 2006 Ford F-250 Crew Cab King Ranch Edition pickup truck to be detailed. In case you don't know this vehicle it's the size of a small bus plus I have a high boy cap on the bed. Most places say it's to big for there shop or they don't have time to detail something that big. Well a big thank you to James and his crew. Not only did they accept the challenge but they went above and beyond to make this old truck shine. When I arrived to pick it up I was stunned to see it. I haven't seen the metal flake sparkle in the paint in a few years. Even the inside was perfect. It looked like a mirror showroom finish. Thanks again for the outstanding job. I can only imagine how professionally this business handles there auto body department. After having been in accident, my 11 year old BMW left them looking, driving and even smelling like a brand new car. My key chain had a mini flashlight, there was an air freshener hanging off my mirror and my car came back to me impeccable. Last May, I had a slight fender bender when the lady stopped short and my brand new car had the most damage. Jimmy and his staff were there to be a witness and helped me with a rental and my car was fixed to perfection in a timely fashion. They were professional and my car looked brand new. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Therefore, when I was involved in a bad accident on the PA Turnpike, I had my car towed home to Executive Auto Collision. Best place to take your car for any needs. Jimmy Luca and staff couldn't be more professional and the work they do is amazing. Everytime I have to take my car there they make you feel like family. They help with not only repairing your vehicle but with rentals, towing, insurance issues, tints etc. Also, they are extremely reasonable and are always there to help. Hope this review helps others on making sure if they ever have an accident or any help with their car to use Executive Auto. Worst feeling in the world is having an accident. A comforting feeling in that moment is to know you have a place and person to call and bring it to who you can trust. Getting in an auto accident is a stressful experience for anyone so finding the right autobody is key. From the very first minute I walked into executive auto I could tell they really had their stuff together. The owner jimmy was hands on with me and his staff was professional efficient and courteous. Jimmy handled everything for me from acting as liaison with the insurance companies to setting me up with a loner car. My truck was ready in the time frame that jimmy specified and when I got it back it actually looked like it did the day I drove it off the dealers lot. His detailing team goes so above and beyond that I was amazed at how pristine my truck was when I received it. This review was for some work I had done at Executive Auto in April. My car was a lease that was due back on a Saturday and some dope did a nice number on my car while it was parked in front of my house on Friday. Jimmy sent out a truck at midnight to get my car so they could start it immediately. My car had to be back in the dealership in 10 days or I would be hit with a late charge. Jimmy and his staff did a wonderful job to get my car done in a timely fashion and to ensure it was back in tip top shape. He even returned my car to the dealership to me to ensure it would arrive safely. Jimmy made a nightmare situation an absolute dream for me. It's sometimes hard to find someone trustworthy in the auto body industry but I can say that I finally found a man that stands by his word. This is truly the best auto body shop around. Everything was perfect from the first phone call inquiring about getting my car fixed to the completion of it. Jimmy is so nice and he goes out of his way to do everything at your convenience and to make it an excellent experience! My car was involved in a hit and run and that's all I had to do was make a phone call. Jimmy had my car picked up at my job at the exact time he said it would be and returned it back to me once it was done. My car came out beautiful and you couldn't tell that it was hit! He also had my car washed for me. Take it from me, Executive Auto Collision is the place to call for friendly & helpful staff & also for perfection. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!! In general, I have been to auto shops in the past before I was referred by a friend to Executive Auto, and this is by far the BEST of the BEST! My husband had an automobile accident last month and we had a problem with the people who towed the car to "their" shop and told us we HAD to get the work done by them. Well Jimmy and the folks at Executive Auto Collision couldn't have been nicer to us...they not only picked up the car for us at the other auto body shop...they brought it to theirs and did the work as fast as they could and gave us a loaner car. My husband and I couldn't have been happier with the treatment we received by Jimmy and the crew at Executive Auto Collision especially how they treat "senior citizens" such as my husband and myself...with total respect and kindness! My car was totaled in late November, and Johnny and his team were the most caring and through group of professionals. In a time where I was an emotional mess they reassured me that everything would be handled and put me at ease. They handled everything from storing the vehicle and getting me in a rental car to advising me on how to proceed with the claim. They covered everything from A-Z, and when there were issues with the claim they stepped right in to make sure I was covered and not taken advantage of. They have helped other family members in the past with minor fender-benders and all of their work is so meticulous and polished. I had the rear end of my 2009 Lincoln MKX hit and I was devastated as I had only purchased it 2 weeks earlier and it was totally mint. I had known of Executive Auto Collision from other people and friends that had used them to repair their cars and they were all very happy in their dealings with them. I spoke with the owner/manager Jimmy he was an incredible person and I could tell he could feel my pain in that even though it was not a brand new vehicle it was still my baby to me. He took the time to reassure me they would be able to fix it and make it look as though it never happened and I must say they sure did deliver on that promise. My car was recently severely damaged from being rear ended by another driver. It required complex service because of the advanced parts. Jimmy at Executive Auto Collision was very professional and friendly. I needed to get to work the next day. Jimmy went above and beyond to provide me with a rental vehicle just so that I could drive while my car was being repaired. This is outstanding service and I can't tell you how happy I am with Jimmy's exceptional customer service. He was always available for communication and kept me updated on my vehicle. I've done business with other collision body shops and none have been as friendly & professional as Jimmy and his staff. I have been using Executive Auto Body for years and I have to say that they do the best work out there. Not only are they professional and fair price wise but they make the procedure as painless as possible. They worked with my insurance company when I had an accident which gave me less to worry about and made sure that not only did they estimate me getting my car back in a timely manner but it was done faster then they originally said. One time I hit a pothole during the coldest day of the year after dropping off one of my three kids to school and had the two little ones still in the car and I got a flat tire. Jimmy sent someone in less then five minutes to change my tire and took it in to repair it for me! It doesn't get anymore personal service then that. I highly recommend this business. read more

I rarely review anything but sometimes when you have a great experience when you weren't expecting it- you need to say something. Had the mirror knocked off my car and got prices from 2 other local shops and it just seemed like a lot to me. Tried Executive and not only was the price lower, I had my car back in only TWO days and they gave it a wash and shined it up. So I gave them a dirty car with a broken mirror and got back what looked like a new car for less money that what other places had quoted me. Even the girl who called me to tell me it was ready was nice. The owner, Jimmy, came out and talked to me, along with the shop manager- Kevin, even though it was just a broken mirror. I hope my car doesn't need repairs, but I know where I am going the next time if it does. Highly recommended. read more

I was so shaken up having my toddler in the car- I haven't been in an accident since I was 16?! Someone came out and helped me get it together. Got my car over to the shop. They called my insurance, filed the claim, got me a rental car all within an hour. Over the course of the claim they worked with my insurance (who wanted to total it) to come to an agreement to fix it. Once the parts were ordered I had the car back in about a week. It was fully detailed and hasn't been this clean since the day I got it (kids are gross). Everyone at final touch was so caring and helpful I can't recommend them enough. Accidents are terrible but they made it so much simpler and I will be using them for everything going forward.

Jess took all the info and started handling all communication with insurance and enterprise even before we drove our car there. We got a free car rental and the insurance company accepted responsibility right away! The car we got back looked and felt brand new!
