    I definitely contemplated in writing this review. But I want to save anyone the hassle of coming here and the headache I had. And because i went here because of the "great" reviews i saw here. The lack of communication I had with Doug was insane. I left my car at the shop to be fixed through my insurance. A month went by with no updates only the updates I would get when I messaged him. After a month the rental was up and I still did not have my car. The car was not finished because the parts did not come in. I understand that parts are hard to get in now but if it would have been communicated I wouldn't have taken out the rental and still had my car until they came in. Then got the rental. So after a month my car was not done. I picked it up and was told to bring it back when the parts came in. A month went by and i hear nothing from Doug. I texted to see if they came in and they had.... Would have been nice for that to be communicated. I brought the car in and found out that only one of the parts came in not both. So I would have to return yet again. I left the car there and was told I could pick it up at 5. 5 came around and then it was pushed to 6. All this with me asking him what time and him not updating me. It was super frustrating. I had to go back several times. He promised to polish my car. And when i got it back the work was terrible. Scratches and swirling all over my car. The grill that was worked on was barely hanging on. The bumper was not clipped in properly and the paint was already chipped. Terrible terrible job. I take pride in owning my car and he really didn't seem to give the "Quality" as titles and expected. Finally the headlights came in and they were put on. Again I dropped my car early in the morning and then was delayed picking it up I texted i was on my way to be there for the pick up time and he said he wasn't done. All these times having to sort getting dropped and picked up was not easy. The car was driven to the house. The next morning I drove the car and it completely died. An hour away from my house in the middle of a busy road. Battery would not restart and wasn't working to be jumped. I had to call a tow truck. The tow truck asked me when I got the lights done and he said that it was probably the electrical they did. I dropped it back and it was just that. I didn't have my car again. Doug did pay for a rental for me for this inconvenience. Which I respect and appreciate but this whole back-and-forth and not communicating and shotty work was terrible. Till this day my car was not 100% fixed. Every time I brought it back to fix an issue another issue would come up. This was absolutely the worst experience ever. He talks a good talk but when it comes to communicating and getting things done it just doesn't happen. I eventually had to pick up the headlights and install them myself because I didn't trust leaving my car over there again.

    Before anyone comes for me, hear me out. I used Tint World about 7 years ago. My experience then is…read morenot the experience I had recently. I didn't read the recent yelp reviews which I paid for significantly. Let me start by saying, scheduling the appointment is quick, fast, and easy. The woman I spoke to was pleasant. When I arrived, the gentleman helped me pick out the tint I wanted. My interior is very light so I wanted 5% to protect it. The gentleman confirmed and I waited for 2 hours. When it was time to pay, the woman that was helping me went over the warranty and aftercare instructions. I noticed she kept mentioning 20% tint but didn't really think too deep into it. I went outside and realized the tint was wrong! I went back in to ask if the tint was indeed 20% as I'm really not sure how tint is supposed to look in contrast to light interior and she confirmed that they did make a mistake. She offered to make it right but couldn't do it that day. I had to work the next day so I needed the car. I told her the earliest I could bring it in was 3 pm. She was reluctant but stated that even if her employee has to stay late, it's on him since he made the mistake. Next day, me being the considerate person I am, I moved my schedule around and offered to take the car in around 1130 am. She was very appreciative. I got there, she stated I would be there a long time because they're treating my car as a walk in. I remained patient and said I'll Uber home and come back. They had my car the ENTIRE day! Instead of me inconveniencing them, it didn't matter that they inconvenienced me. I guess no good deed goes unpunished. I also feel that I should've been compensated for my Uber trips. I don't think I'll be returning unless I have to tap into my warranty which gives me pause because I read other reviews that they don't honor them. I'll cross that bridge when I get there but hopefully it won't get to that point. On my Infiniti, the tint lasted for 7 years with no issues. For that and the prompt response they get some leeway. They do need to do better though.

    I recently had 4 wheels swapped. had to go back several times to have the Tire Pressure monitoring…read moresystem programmed. After 3 visits to have it programmed and several attempts to do it myself using the factory instructions I took it back to the dealership. 1500.00 bucks later, they found the sensors were installed in the new wheels were backwards. i called tint world to state my case and asked for a call from the owner, after a frustrating conversation with the person I dealt with, the owners son. Never heard from them. I have since had two Stero systems installed in my sons cars and scheduled a body wrap elsewhere. Mikeyb
