When I was unable to remove the lug nuts to fix a flat tire, AAA sent CTS Towing out to assist me…read more CTS' owner, Phil Cardaci himself arrived. He pointed out that in my efforts to remove the wheel-lock lug, I had slightly chipped the metal, and then complained that people like me try to do this work before calling a professional. When he then managed to loosen all the lugs, I complimented him with "Nice job! I guess it's all about having the right tools, eh?" Phil's response: "No, just the right brains." I was stunned. When I asked him if he was insulting me or just joking around, he retorted that he deals with "idiots like me every day." Shortly after, he started taking a bunch of phone calls for his business, so I then removed the lugs, the flat tire, and mounted the new tire. I had only just finger tightened one lug and was proceeding to put on another, when Phil walked up behind me and released the car jack, dropping the car down quickly while my hands were still on the wheel, and none of the lugs had yet been tightened. Not sure how Phil has been in business for 40 years, as he was proud to announce, but you should definitely not use his services!

All it says is i just had miscellaneous items throw around inside and dents and scratches on the exterior which i was well aware of. This place was where my car was towed to and i had to pick it up from. I did not elect to use this place nor have I ever been in Irvington Nj my entire life. From what I seen and all the reviews on google and yelp alone they should not be in buisness at all. They stole the overhead interior lights that had my Bluetooth speaker in it and the overhead light in the back seat. There was nothing wrong with my car when the police found it and that's in writing on the report from the police dept for both interior and exterior descriptions. All of a sudden when I go to pick up my car there are these piece missing. Mind you I waited an hour for these people to bring my car out to me. I've picked up cars from tow yards many times in my life and they ALWAYS give the car asap after you pay. Why did it take these evil thieves an hour. The yard is not that big and and they only had my car less than a day. To claim my car was behind so many cars that it took an hour to bring it out to me is a lie. They took this time to remove these things from my car as i waited outside the gate being robbed by people are supposed to be helpful. I do not belive my car was behind so many cars that it took an hour to get it out. Absolutely makes no sense, again the yard wasn't that big and I was the only person there. No one else was there waiting for a car or needing any assistance from them. Now I'm taking further steps because someone has to shut this place down and i have the proof directly from the police dept. It's disgusting how they run this place. Every review shows how they steal from people and even steal identities. Why are they in buisness if they treat people they way they do. It truly is sad. Of course now because I had to give my ID and paid with my debit to get my car back i am worried about them opening accounts under my name.
