This review is based upon the outstanding service I have received. Entourage is an amazing company and I'm greatful that I had an amazing experience with this company. I requested a tow truck and Manny came and picked me up. I felt comfortable. Both of my doors were hit badly and Jay explained what will transpire and how he will fix it. I also had other issues as well and he took care of the problem. Jay is a man of his word!! My car looks absolutely the same as if I just bought it. I will never take my vehicle to any other mecahnic. You will NOT regret taking your vehicle to entourage!! Shout out to the mechanic who fixed my toyota rav 4. Jay thank you so much for your honesty professionalism and ladt but not least loyalty. Take your car to "Entourage" you will bot be disappointed nor ripped off. The communication at this place was horrible, they had my car for a whole month, they didn't tell me they were waiting on my checks in order to start ordering parts... who pays for service upfront??? Do the work and then you get paid... these guys are clowns... promised to reimburse me for my rental and then don't answer the phone when it's time to pay. They weren't even licensed, sent my car to another body shop to do the work. Stay away unless you're ok with not having your car for a few months. So disappointed! read more
