I've had a few horrible experiences with towing companies however, today it was a blessing. I entered this establishment and everyone there was incredibly kind and helpful. I had just purchased a 2015 zo6 corvette had some damage to front right wheel assembly, inner and outer fender, front bumper and scratches on the hood. I was recommended to go to AIMES Collision by one of the employees that have been helping me from East Hills Chevrolet in Freeport. I met with Paul at AIMES, he gave me a price and a time frame. As the job progressed I had them do additional work at the same time and I didn't ask for any additional estimates of the added work...( something I never do). We highly recommend this place to fix your car. I took my daughter's car to repair bumper. They replaced bumper in one day and where very efficient and friendly. I have been to other collision repair shops, but never experienced this level of professional and courteous service. They are now the only place I would ever go or recommend. Mark is just amazing! I got into an accident in queens, called him. He got my car towed to his place took care of everything since I was really rattled and gave me a rental and let me be on my way and just took care of everything from insurance. At another time someone hit my parked car on a Friday night called Mark at 10pm Friday he met me and the other person on a Saturday morning thought they were closed!!!! read more

Worst body shop I've ever been too, they left swirl marks all over my brand new car and none of the brand new body panels line up as well as color match, aswell as scratches on panels they painted. Hood alignment is also off. I would not go back nor recommend anyone to do so. read more

Worst place!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! I had an accident and i was warned by my insurance carrier to use a Honda authorized autobody shop. Now I see why she warned me. Aimes Collision switched my horn and my battery also STOLE my cleaning supplies from my vehicle. They charged me $4500 to steal my stuff and change Honda original parts to off market parts. I recently got repair work done at a Honda dealer and they alerted me to these issues. read more
