Drop off did take some time (I think at least 10min to wait for the guy to show), but return was really easy... just leave the key at front desk of the body shop. Only complaint is that it too much longer than expected. Was promised 1-2 weeks turnaround and turned out to be almost 3. And last few days I had called to find status and was told its just being detailed, but it still took a while. Which is a little strange.

When I enquired about that charge they said "that's what we can get some customers in the area" Yikes-- didn't even fix the issue on my car either!
