The main issue is it's been a year and a half. The truck is not my only vehicle meaning I don't drive that truck every day. I drove it but again not every day nonetheless why are the tires already bald and they seem like they're splitting like they're coming apart these are supposed to be brand new continental tires. They should not last only a year and a half and again the mileage put on the vehicle after the tires was minimal so I'm thinking where they real continental tires. They definitely look brand new when I got them, but were they truly continental tires? How do I know? Did anyone else ever experienced this?

I've used this place for years but lately its service quality has taken a dive. I was there a couple of months ago and the guy assigned to my vehicle was completely unfamiliar with the process. To make matters worse, he lost my wheel lug keys -- not returning them to the car thus making it impossible to service my tires. When I went over today to get the mechanics to remove the lug locks (all five tires), they said it would cost $35 per lock to remove! What a rip-off!!! It's evident that the owner is hiring cheap inexperienced people and you're taking a huge risk in using this shop. Not worth it. Go to a reliable tire shop who makes sure their mechanics know what they're doing.
