Company explicitly stated they do not take credit card, only Cash or Zelle. Don't take credit card but won't give receipts for paid transactions with tax? That's not optional, it's required by law. You also charged more than a normal tow. Out here scamming people. Zelle is not to be used for business transactions either given that taxes may not be properly reported to IRS and the recipient pockets the money as a simple transfer. Based on a response, he is not denying not providing receipts so his company should be reported. Just take proper payments methods and supply proper proof. Company has still failed to provide an itemized receipt of the transaction of the overcharge of fee based on NYC Regulations. read more

They said they open at... 1 PM, and they only accept cash. Asked if they'd provide a receipt, and they said, 'Of course.' The car meetup... happens in a supermarket parking lot. No office. I waited in the cold for 35 minutes. No one answered the phone. They took the money but didn't give a receipt. Promised to email it. Never sent it.
