He is clearly someone who has no education on how to keep his…read moreword nor what even a bank check or money order made out to the name he specifically told the bank to make it out to. When I came to pick up the car( which wasn't even ready and was promised to me 3 weeks prior, he held it hostage and wouldn't give it to me because he said the bank check was no good as it was made out to the wrong person /Company! It was made out EXACTLY as he specified ( with 2 bank teller witnesses overseeing it) and made me, a physically disabled person, very sick emotionally as well as mentally which caused me a good deal of physical pain. He lied from the beginning and throughout the whole process. My car was picked up from him on my 65 th birthday in the first week of December, 2022 and today, February 2nd. 2023, as I edit my review I still do not have my car. His dishonesty has cost me quite a bit of money as my insurance contract with Progressive, only allows them to afford me a car rental for 30 days. Any days after the 30 day period , I am responsible for paying to Hertz. I would never trust this person again. You can't trust Tony. I only used him because he had a 5 star listing but I can't imagine hid clients having such a wonderful experience. I even had to call the police several times to try and intervene. As of a day ago, he insisted that that I pay with "normal green cash" or I won't get my car. GEE, I WONDER WHY SOMEONE ( WHO IS ONLY A WORKER NOT THE OWNER AS HE CLAIMED HE WAS- and I now know this as my lawyer had to get involved. WOULD DEMAND COLD, HARD CASH ONLY and fabricate such stories upon getting a CERTIFIED BANK CHECK from WEBSTER BANK, a bank that is 100% totally legitimate and has many branches throughout this country. Obviously the man is extremely ignorant about basic business practices and should have only a position as worker and not manager since he is clueless about what is the equivalent of the US dollar.

I was stuck early one morning with a keyless entry Ford Edge SUV (with what I learned later was…read morelikely a failing battery). I couldn't open the doors or start the car. The physical key was also giving me problems so I couldn't even get into the vehicle. I contacted other locksmiths, but Mark was came in at a great price and tried to walk me through testing the key fob, swapping its batteries, the physical key and anything else that could be wrong. Luckily for me the battery came back to life enough for me ro be able to take the car to Mark. There he did some diagnostics and told me it was likely a failing battery and not the key fob. Well, I was grateful for that as it meant I didn't need to replace the current key fob. But I don't like to be left unprepared so I asked him to program a second key fob while I was there. I had bought one previously but put off getting it done. Mark quickly cut and programmed the new one. It worked as good as the original. Anyway a long annoying morning ending up pretty great as I now knew what was wrong, was able to get into my car and get it started. And I got a new key fob done for a great price. Mark is a super nice guy, professional and quick and I totally recommend him.
