They only get 2 stars because there are a few of their employees, the ones who actually drove a taxi before who show some empathy. Management focuses solely on maximizing profits, with drivers needs and interests coming maybe 4th on their list of business responsibilities. Their employees have all been brain washed to fear management. Driving there, you're asked to operate within the constraints of an employee i.e work schedules whilst for anything situation that can potentially cost them money, you're an independent contractor.
