If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My car had about $9K worth of damage after a hit and run. I went through my leasing company to Auto Group Collision for the repair. There was obviously significant damage to my car, so I knew the repair would take a bit. I dropped off my car on July 16 and got it back today Aug. 8. During that time, Dennis was in constant communication with me letting me know when the parts were ordered, what was being worked on and updating me on the date I would be able to pick up the car. No matter how many times I called with questions, he was always honest, I could always reach him and he was beyond kind and professional. I seriously cannot say enough good things about this shop. When I picked up my car today it looked brand new! You'd never even know that there was severe damage -- and she drives amazing, too. They had the car detailed so it was spotless and even took a look at my horn, which wasn't damaged in the accident. Thank you to Dennis and the entire staff of Auto Group Collision. Let me start off by saying this is the most professional and accommodating establishment. It's stressful as is to leave your house at 8pm only to see your car was involved in a hit n run. Besides the deep scratches and dents, the front axle was destroyed and the car was immobile. I called auto group collision in hopes they could get a tow truck over to me the next morning but they assured me not to worry, that within an hour they will come pick it up. These people work overtime just to make sure their customer service is top notch which I couldn't complain about. The following morning, one of the guys (Dennis), put me on 3-way with my insurance company to walk me through the entire process. My insurance company told me this type of damage would take a few weeks to repair and get my car back but auto collision had it back to me in 7 business days. Car was washed and looked brand new. Hopefully if you are still reading my rant you understand my appreciation after being carless for those x amount of days and making this unfortunate transition such a breeze for me. read more

A bicycle hit the passenger door on my Ferrari FF (the guy didn't even fall off the bike, so I didn't think it was a big collision), causing the door to be impacted and pushed forward, into and under the front fender. The cost of replacing the door and doing the work through the dealership would have been a 6-figure ordeal, as well as time consuming. I brought in the car to Auto Group Collision on the recommendation of a friend who had a Porsche fixed there. They kept me in the loop each step of the way, and when the door was removed, it was discovered that the plastic where the hinges are bolted into the door, was completely damaged. They went out of their way to find solutions for this, and managed to get it fixed for less than a tenth of the dealership's estimated cost. They even fixed some road rash I had on a wheel, detailed it and re-applied the clear wrap on the door they worked on. It is absolutely perfect and indistinguishable from new. Auto collision group did such an incredible job! My car had very serious damages and within a few hours of the damages occurring my car was already in the shop and was worked on right away. I received incredible service by all of employees especially from the owner who took care of me very well and walked me through each and every step of the way in the most stress free experience. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend using auto collision group, you would not be disappointed! I was scammed and used from so many other repair shops and auto collision group was so honest and upfront with me! Thank you guys again for such a satisfying experience. I had a small fender-bender about a year ago and dreaded getting it fixed because of amount of time and money I always assumed it would take. I visited Auto Group Collision because I know someone who had used their service before and the work was impressive!!! I took my car over to the body shop and from thereon it was a pleasure, the process has headache free, the prize was as fare as could be, and the end product "as good as new"!!! And all this without having to "know a guy who knows a guy".
