My Chevy car was hit on the rear left door, so I consulted with Jason who provided several potential damages and repair plans via the phone call. I drove the car to the repair shot and met Jason in person and he explained with more details about the potential fix needed. He also coordinated with the enterprise car rent and promised my car should be ready by next week's Friday or no late than Saturday. He drove the car to my home address since I was not convenient that Saturday. He showed the repair and let me do a full testing before his leave. He promised he will contact me once the minor issue parts delivered to his store, he will get their engineers to fix my car minor issues without waiting time once I drove my car to his shop. There is no extra charge from his side and he helped to identify my rear window cannot lift issues and ordered a replacement part today, he would contact me once the part delivered. He saved us the fee for rental the car at enterprise since he allowed us to pick up my car rather than waiting for the minor parts to be installed. Therefore, a lot of victims are first generation immigrants, most are not fluent in English. Vehicle owners please be aware. This place is a scam. Everyone should absolutely avoid getting their car fixed here. If you go there for an estimate, they will deceive you into signing. Then, the insurance money will be directly transferred to this shop. After taking the money (which will already be in their account after two weeks), they will tell you that the original parts for the car are not available. In reality, because they are not a high-end car approved/certified repair shop, for cars like Tesla, they simply cannot obtain the original parts needed for repairs. By the time the car owner finds out, it's too late, because they won't refund your money after taking it. I just want to say, if your car is new or original, it won't be worth its original value after being repaired by this shop because 1. They are not specially trained to repair such cars, and 2. The parts they replace are likely to be second-hand. Moreover, this repair shop is utterly untrustworthy. For example, when insurance says you are not an approved Tesla repair shop, they will tell your insurance that they will refund the money. They say they will refund it in the first week, in the process of refunding in the second week, and in the third week they say they cannot refund because the parts have arrived. Moreover, they will directly become unreachable; they won't reply to emails. When you call to ask if they received the email, they say the email (printed on the business card) cannot be used, cannot receive messages. When you go for an estimate, they will tell you, the insurance won't increase, but our insurance went up 20% because TNS took $5297.90 from insurance payout. The scariest part is they took the money without being able to fix the car, then your car insurance goes up, and then you have to spend your own money to get it repaired at an approved shop. If you complain to the BBB, they will say, oh, the car owner knew we were not an approved Tesla repair shop. Think about it, is this possible? Who would willingly get their car repaired at an uncertified place, then wait indefinitely for parts, or have their new car replaced with old parts, and then have the car devalue? Meanwhile, the insurance money is in their pockets. They did nothing and got a lot of money. This place even asked car owners for a cash deposit before they received the insurance money. I said I could only give a check, then they just let it go. Finally, I want to say, never sign any document they give you. If you have insurance, you can request that the insurance only communicates with the car owner. If the car is already paid off, you can have the insurance directly pay the car owner for the repair compensation. Shops like TNS specifically scam Chinese people. Everyone please be aware. I will continue to complain to government departments, I will sue TNS in small claims court, and I will also ask local officials for help to get my insurance payout back. If you have been deceived in the same way, you should take the same measures. Editing this to add that I will be missing church this weekend for the second time because of their incompetence. I still don't know why they removed the rubber from my windshield wipers, they said they would order the parts for me but I never heard back. I finally had time today to look into buying replacements, if I order them they won't be here until Monday but they're twice as expensive in the store and it will be raining Sunday so missing church again. They keep calling and texting asking for feedback on how they did, then doing nothing in response. They created multiple safety hazards in my car which I discovered while driving, forcing me to cancel my plans on Sunday and have to drive back and wait around for the repairs to be made today, and then gave me absolutely nothing is compensation. I brought my car here after the catalytic converter was stolen because it's a preferred repair shop with my insurance. Or was. Hopefully not anymore since I told my insurance company about this incident. When I picked up my car Saturday I was so pleased with the punctual and polite service that I wrote a five star review while waiting for the payment to clear. Then on Sunday I was happily driving to church services in CT since I finally had my car back and heard a scraping sound. Fortunately I wasn't on the BQE yet, though I had been on the Prospect and thankfully nothing happened there, so I pulled over to a gas station and I had to get down on the filthy ground in my good clothes and new coat which now needs to be cleaned to see that there was a piece of metal drooping from the middle of the car. I don't know as much as I wish about cars but I do know it's not safe to get on I95 and drive 65 mph with a loose piece of metal flopping on the bottom of my car so I was forced to cancel my plans, including errands that I needed to run with my car, turn on my hazards and slowly drive back home. I texted the shop a photo and was told the skid plate had come loose and somehow they already knew that it was because the screws attaching it were rusted, so it seems like this is something they observed while working on my car. I was told that the mechanic had not secured it back in place after moving it to replace the catalytic converter. I was told to come back whenever is convenient. There's really no convenient time to take an hour out of the day to drive over and sit in the garage while mechanics fix some thing that should have been attended to before I left the shop on Saturday, but when I got in touch to let them know I was coming over I found out that the mechanic was about to take their lunch hour so I had to rearrange my afternoon. And while driving over today, I realized that my windshield wipers were not working properly, visibility was very poor in the the rain, so much so that I stopped using them because it was easier to see without the mess they were making. I hadn't thought to check my windshield wipers after my catalytic converter was stolen but once I arrived I looked and the rubber, which admittedly had been coming loose when I left the car, had been removed but not replaced. I mentioned this second serious safety issue that they had created to them, as well as the fact that I had to cancel my plans on Sunday, my clothes were made filthy when I had to almost lie down in a gas station, and I was significantly inconvenienced by having to make a return trip and was offered as compensation ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, not even apology although an apology alone really would not have been adequate after all of my wasted time. Now I'm concerned that the rest of the repair wasn't done properly if the mechanic couldn't be bothered to take a moment to confirm that screws that they had already noticed were rusted were adequately secure. This past October 2020. My Audi was struck on the driver side door and rear left quarter panel. Geico recommended TNS Auto Collisions to take care of the repair. These people are extremely unprofessional, No communication was made at any point while they had my car hostage foe 34 days. I stopped by TNS to check on the status of the car, I kept getting the run around, I see my car sitting in the shop along with at least 25 other cars not being worked on. They assured me at least 3 to 5 times that it will be finished in 2 to 3 days. This went on for 3 weeks. I finally get my car back after 34 days just to see my car filthy inside, the engine bay look as it went through desert storm, scratches on my trunk lid, my driver side door not closing correctly. I returned the next day to TNS to show them the damage they caused. They acknowledged the damage and asked me to return the next day so they can take care of it. I come the next say and the saud they could not fix my car that day and asked me to come back the following week. I obliged them but this nonsense when on 3 times before I flipped out on them and said that they did not respect my time and they were just giving me the run around again. They took the car in at 9am after I flipped out and said it would be done by 5pm. I arrived at 4:45pm of course the car was not ready. I waited for 2 hours and finally recieved my car. I stupidly did not inspect the entire car. When I went to get my car out of my garage the next day I see my Carbon Fiber Lip Spoiler cracked in half. I just had enough of these people that I gave up. I know they would have said it wasn't them and that it was there already. They already gave me the song and dance a few other things they broke (Dash Cam) and lost ( Tire pressure monitoring sensor). I had an excellent experience, getting my car repaired at TNS Auto Group. Anson was very courteous and responsive. He called me when the parts were received and let me know that the scheduling they had promised was on point. Phoebe, at the desk also communicated information about the insurance claim. The job looks excellent. It is a 2022 Subaru Wilderness and there was damage to parts of the front end. There is no difference in the color of the new parts, and everything was assembled perfectly with the panels being even with the existing parts. Drivers beware, especially Geico policyholders and owners of brand new vehicles! If you want to preserve the integrity of your car and your hard-earned dollars, DO NOT ENTER this auto shop. After my experience and reading past reviews, I am noticing an alarming pattern of shoddy repair work. I simply cannot understand why Geico continues to refer its policyholders to this shop. Let's start from the beginning! As you all know, when you park your car in the street and not a private garage, your vehicle is left exposed to all of the elements - including bad drivers. After discovering a dent on the left passenger door, I took the car to this shop and was told that it would take a week to repair because they had to remove the side panel. Unfortunately, one to two weeks later, that dent was back. You can imagine how pissed I was that I had previously filed an insurance claim for the bodywork, paid my deductible, and yet was back to square one. Instead of repeating the costly process, I fixed it the issue myself with a suction cup. You read it correctly, a plastic suction cup and incurred no additional charge. Auto Shop 1 - Me 0 Round Two began after my car was damaged by debris, more specifically rocks, on I-87 that was simply unavoidable on the exit ramp. My 2018 Honda Accord did not fare well, sustaining damage to the undercarriage, the front right tire, and the alignment was off. I somehow managed to wobble 50 miles from upstate New York to this shop. Little did I know that the car would not be released to me for another two months. Why? Neglect. Since I have been driving my car for nearly a year, I know how it normally operates and sounds. I mentioned that my car did not sound the same when I turned on the ignition, but apparently, my feedback fell on deaf ears. They spent the first 30 days ordering the necessary parts for the top-level repair then later called me to tell me that they just realized additional issues involving the ignition that they needed to fix. Rewind! Did I not mention that already? Why are you now "catching this issue?" So now what should have taken 30 days was now stretching into 60 days and my rental was only covered for a short period of time. As a way to appease me, Henry offered a free paint job and to cover the difference of the rental through my deductible as a result of the delay in repair caused by their own neglect. Unfortunately, it was not in writing and Henry started to back peddle from his initial offer. I had to pay my full deductible plus I had to add an additional $80 to the $100 deposit for the rental that I had to surrender. Auto Shop 2 - Me 0 The end, right? WRONG!!! I could not drive fast enough to leave all of the BS behind, only to return 30 - 60 minutes later after realizing scuffs and scratches on the body of the vehicle. Great paint job (*insert sarcasm*)! They passed the buck and put the blame on the hazardous streets of Brooklyn. The repairs were made immediately and I drove off for a second time only to return the next day, because a panel was loose leaving wires exposed under the gas pedal. Of course, it was not their fault. Maybe it was Brooklyn again? It was later repaired. Auto Shop 3 - Me 0 Based on this experience, I would highly suggest taking before and after pictures. As an authorized GEICO repair shop, everything was handled by the shop and the claims adjuster and I was filled in every step of the way. They even had a rental ready for me on-site. I got my car back earlier than expected and they did an amazing job, especially the color matching since my car is a unique color. I have to admit this was one of the best experiences I've ever had working with an Auto Body Shop. My wife was involved in an accident in our 2010 Audi A4. The other driver was at fault and there insurance covered the damages and rental car while the work was being completed. In short, dropped off car, met with Henry, discussed damage (very nice & friendly), he even called Enterprise Rent-a-Car who met us at TNS minutes later. TNS has a nice large waiting area with free coffee and snacks as well as a large tank if beautiful fish. Took no time at all. Returned 1 week later, left rental with TNS (didn't have to return to Enterprise office, a plus) and the car looks beautiful, like new. He even buffed out some minor scratches on my hood as well that were not due to the accident. The service here if very friendly (in person) but not very efficient on the phone especially when leaving a message and expecting a call back. You will not get a call back, so just take the inconvenience of walking into the store from your busy schedule to communicate what you really need. The place has a nice office area and lobby with beverages and treats for your convenience as you wait for your car. Despise any miscommunication, TNS can guarantee you great results. Do not come back to this place if you did not tip the adviser after first visit, otherwise you will pick up your vehicle in shamble conditions. It happened to me summer of 2016. First visit was pleasant experience. I dropped my Honda Odyssey there for Jimmy to fix front end damage which costed $1500. During the time to pick up the vehicle, I told Jimmy that I need to drop off me brand new 2016 Toyota Camry which had left rear side swiped, and I did show him the vehicle. I didn't tip him for the first job because I knew I had to come back in couple weeks for second vehicle and I will tip him together. Unfortunately, after I dropped my brand new 2016 Toyota Camry and it's in immaculate condition, except left rear side swipe, I picked up that vehicle with scratches on front driver side, gas cap was not tighten, rear bumper was dull, left rear door had lot of scratches inside. I called Jimmy to confront him about the issues. He corrected the issues and also said "your English is terrible". Cost of vehicle to have TNS repaired was $5500 and left in shamble shape. In my opinion, if you fail to tip the adviser after first visit, DO NOT come back to have them work on the your vehicle again, otherwise your second visit experience will be same like mine or worst. My intention was to tip Jimmy a big tip after second visit because just couple weeks in between and the cost to repair would be more than the first vehicle. However, that experience was so unpleasant and will not recommend anyone to come back again after first visit not tipping. DO NOT go here if you like being tossed around and disrespected. GEICO recommended this body shop when my car was involved in a hit-and-run. After being inspected by the insurance adjuster, I paid the deductible and got quoted about one week to possibly two weeks for the repairs to be completed. The workers did not seem to want to be helpful when I had questions. They were too busy joking around and chatting with each other, in the shop and in the front of the shop. I spent almost three hours waiting in the shop for them to put things in order. They ended up taking nearly 4 weeks long to complete. I had work to do and I needed my car back ASAP so they offered to pay for a rental. Ironically after offering to pay for a rental car with Enterprise that also works in their shop, they suddenly worked at superhuman speeds and called me back the next day that the repairs were finished. Sadly, none of this was in writing and they did not honor their word. I had to pay for the rental myself. So not only were they dishonest about their work ethics, they did not even completely finish the job! My wheels were unaligned and unrotated. I couldn't drive it, I had to wait another hour after arriving for pickup for them to send it to get fixed. They left GARBAGE, actual GARBAGE in my trunk, along with my damaged parts. Not only that but they called me a month later to ask if I would be willing to bring the car in for inspection for GEICO so they could prove that they did more work than what was quoted so they could claim more money from GEICO. After all that trouble, they dared to ask me to return to get them more money from the work they did. Work that wasn't even as "perfect" as they claim and others seem to claim. The hood wasn't aligned right and has a huge gap between the fender as opposed to the side that was undamaged. TNS & 63 Auto Body are of the same people. Both are immoral and dishonest. Great service, rental place on the spot so didn't have a day with out a car. Came here 2 times with my 2011 Altima. First time my car was parked and a car hit my car while parking. Came to tns cause of yelp and it was a great experience, they gave me a good price, 2nd time I came here cause my car was parked and there was another car aside from me and I guess a car thought he can squeeze in to pass and scratched all of the right side of my car. I must have bad luck, but anyways. I brought the car to tns since I've been here already. I met PJ and he was really helpful explain everything to me and did all the paper work. So I dropped my car off to Henry thinking that I only needed a new bumper, turns out there was more damage done on my car during the accident. Henry walked me through the whole process and what needs to be fixed. He pointed out and explained what the parts were, of course I know nothing about cars. Do your research on this shop b4 you take your vehicle... And its sad to say their affiliated with Geico. So i was referred by Geico. This place took over 10 days to fix my car... Finally calls me to say the car is ready... i pick up the car and start it and it has warning signs on my screen... Billy then says take the car and come back at a later date because whoever programs the cars is out at the moment. Then the Geico Adjuster Tyler tells me the same thing... So they're basically sending me off in a dangerous and hazardous vehicle... Then to add insult to injury they stole my lotion, a roll of quarters and every piece of loose change i had. Its sad that they're running a business like this and its sad that Geico refers them. read more

All I can say is "wow!!!" I am extremely happy with the level of work, service and professionalism at TNS auto. My 2015 Outback was hit by a school bus and needed an entire new left passenger door. They kept me up to date, through the entire process and the repair work was top notch. I literally can't tell that the door is new. Top notch paint job (I can't tell it's not from the factory) and all of the parts were put back on perfectly. Luckily, since no one was hurt in the accident, it's like it never happened. Drop off was painless, the office was clean, neat and efficient. I was updated on the process by text and call. Henry, the general manager is fantastic! He stayed late so I could pick my car up and is just a really nice guy! Just to compare, I had my previous car repaired, years ago from another body shop and it was a difficult process. I had to keep pushing the other body shop to fix little things that should have been completed (bringing the car back for days at a time). When was said and done, they performed a poor level of service. For example, when the shop returned my car, there were paint flakes, which needed to be repainted, hoses dangling, mirror not completely repainted and just a poor level of work. The manager made me feel like he was doing me a favor, fixing the repairs so the car looked new (which it never did). The owner actually told me they have dust in their spray booth so it can't look factory. I disagree, At TNS, every thing looked perfect and my car came back like it was fresh off of the factory line! Work is good so far, actually my car is still under cleaning phase. It took a bit longer since they said the supplier had sent them a wrong part. But still behind schedule for what we re-appointed. I was told that I could have picked up my car by Wednesday regarding the mistake, yet it's not ready to even Thursday. Price, let's say sounds fair but way too expensive. We talked about fixing the door, for the presumed estimate of 2,000+ by insurance company, and I pay the 1,000 of my deductible plus 200 for the rear bumper. A 1,200 payment out of my pocket. However, the insurance company gave a 3,000 estimate, which is way higher than our expectations. I tried to negotiate the price since the insurance company pays more than our calculation. They might not need the extra money from my pocket to do the job. We had a consent of $1,000 over the phone, never the less, by the time I need to make a payment, they told me it's 1,200, not 1,000. They claimed that the thousand they approved is only for the door. No matter how much I explained, the result was negative. I still paid a 1,200 out of my pocket, meanwhile, they earn an extra couple hundred bucks from my insurance claim. They are good business by means of making a profit and maybe the service quality, if your pocket is deep enough they are one of the best repairs. But for me, it's too obvious that you put all the extra insurance payment into your pocket. By the way isn't auto repair somehow a fixed cost with considerable small changes after a professional inspection? P.S. If you could just do what you said on the phone I was about to give a 5-star comment. One star as it's the lowest score, another for the repair job so far. read more

Dropped off my GMC Acadia 4/4/17 to be repaired through an insurance claim. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Even the gentleman at the enterprise car rental section was very helpful in upgrading from a car to an SUV. I dealt with Mahmudur who was very much on point with his knowledge of what I needed to be answered. Just picked up my car from repairs today (4/14/17) which it was actually ready yesterday. Dealt with angel. So far everyone I have dealt with from the girls at the front desk to the guys in the back have all been very helpful and very pleasing to deal with. Everything came out great with my repairs and I have no complaints at all with my experience from beginning to end. If my regular mechanic ever goes out of business I'll probably be making this my new place. read more
