Work is good so far, actually my car is still under cleaning phase. It took a bit longer since they said the supplier had sent them a wrong part. But still behind schedule for what we re-appointed. I was told that I could have picked up my car by Wednesday regarding the mistake, yet it's not ready to even Thursday. Price, let's say sounds fair but way too expensive. We talked about fixing the door, for the presumed estimate of 2,000+ by insurance company, and I pay the 1,000 of my deductible plus 200 for the rear bumper. A 1,200 payment out of my pocket. However, the insurance company gave a 3,000 estimate, which is way higher than our expectations. I tried to negotiate the price since the insurance company pays more than our calculation. They might not need the extra money from my pocket to do the job. We had a consent of $1,000 over the phone, never the less, by the time I need to make a payment, they told me it's 1,200, not 1,000. They claimed that the thousand they approved is only for the door. No matter how much I explained, the result was negative. I still paid a 1,200 out of my pocket, meanwhile, they earn an extra couple hundred bucks from my insurance claim. They are good business by means of making a profit and maybe the service quality, if your pocket is deep enough they are one of the best repairs. But for me, it's too obvious that you put all the extra insurance payment into your pocket. By the way isn't auto repair somehow a fixed cost with considerable small changes after a professional inspection? P.S. If you could just do what you said on the phone I was about to give a 5-star comment. One star as it's the lowest score, another for the repair job so far. read more

This is by far the best auto body shop I ever have been to. I dropped my 2014 Sienna this past Sunday and Henry the guy that helped me said it will be available the following Tuesday. I got a called Monday afternoon from Henry saying that it was already fixed and ready to be picked. Great and efficient service over all. read more

Dropped off my GMC Acadia 4/4/17 to be repaired through an insurance claim. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Even the gentleman at the enterprise car rental section was very helpful in upgrading from a car to an SUV. I dealt with Mahmudur who was very much on point with his knowledge of what I needed to be answered. Just picked up my car from repairs today (4/14/17) which it was actually ready yesterday. Dealt with angel. So far everyone I have dealt with from the girls at the front desk to the guys in the back have all been very helpful and very pleasing to deal with. Everything came out great with my repairs and I have no complaints at all with my experience from beginning to end. If my regular mechanic ever goes out of business I'll probably be making this my new place. read more

I brought a 2000 BMW Z3 after sombody backed into my car. TNS did a phenomenal job replacing the front hood bumper and headlights, as well as repairing some small dents the car had accrued over the years and a full paint job. The price is fair, the work ethic is excellent. I worked with Robert and Eddie and the whole team at TNS took very personalized care for my car. In the end the car literally looks brand new, and feels amazing to drive. Cannot have asked better, cannot recommend anyone else. read more

I cannot say enough about the efficient and professional way both GEICO and TNS took care of the damage to my car. Benz sign at the back of my car was broken & my father was about to give me my 110th shelling about it. I called these guys & I was asked to come in before 3PM today. Went in at 12:30, got out @ 12:40. Not only the service was totally free, but the it was perfect. They also took the time to look at my car and tell me all the things that were wrong. Will definitely go back to them to get everything done! They are very courteous & made me feel comfortable. Thanks so much, guys! read more

I have been dealing with Auto repair shops and mechanics for over 45 years and if you took ALL the great service I have ever experienced and rolled it together, then QUADRUPLED it, you would only scratch the surface of what Henry provides, at TNS Auto Group. His prices, his customer service, the level of expertise, the speed and quality of repair and the friendly attitude of Henry AND his staff, are second to none. If you live in Brooklyn (or even if you don't) PLEASE believe me when I tell you that whoever you currently use for your auto repair needs, cannot compare to TNS. I cannot offer enough thanks, nor can I find enough superlatives to TRULY convey what a pleasure it is to find a business of this caliber....It's a shame that I can only offer a 5-star rating! read more

Had my truck sent in for repairs and at first I was told that it would take anywhere from 7-10 days to repair. Dropped by truck off on a Sunday and it was ready on Friday. Was very happy with the repairs and the work looked amazing. They also cleaned the car and apologized that there was pollen on the car which there was nothing anyone could have done. Will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs repair work done on their car. read more

Slow repair process even though it's suppose to be an "GEICO ARX" my vehicle was in the block for a couple of days just sitting there and not even being worked on. Updates were slow , you have to call to find out your vehicle status cause apparently everyone is busy. Got my car back at 1 week 1/2 when it was suppose to only be a 4-5 day job. Strong suggest another shop if you're looking to have it done in a timely matter . read more

Tns body shop they r the best. I used them first for my 2016 Range Rover and their job came out perfect and I went back to them to fix my 2017 Honda Odyssey. There customer service is excellent. First think I liked about them was they have everything. I didn't need to go anywhere els. I just made a appointment at TNS and I dropped the car off and picked up my rental simple. They took care everything. My rental was ready for me, Geico Insurence was there so it's like 1 stop shop. Also there was few small things I asked to get it done and they did it without cost. I highly recommend Tns Body Shop. They r the best. . read more

My experience at TNS was super positive but then a month later became super negative. I have given them 2 stars based on their communication, speed of repair and convenience. I brought my car here after being rear ended in the Battery tunnel. GEICO recommended this shop as it is guaranteed by them (thank god). They repaired the back and front end of my SUV. One month later I suddenly saw part of my rear bumper hanging down and melted to the tailpipe... great. I call TNS and they tell me I can bring it in but it's most likely my fault but they'd do me the courtesy of "taking a look". He went on to give me statistics on these faulty repairs telling me 90% of the time it's the customer's fault. So, with a sour taste in my mouth I contact GEICO and take my car elsewhere. The adjuster quickly ruled it body shop error. 3 days later it's fixed and looks great. Fast forward 2 months and now the front fender is FALLING OFF! I now will have to go through this process all over again because TNS not only used cheap aftermarket parts but also left out vital clips to keep the vehicle together. TNS: Stop sacrificing quality work for speed. Lame-sauce. Never again. read more

TLDR: Henry claimed the "wrong part came" for 3 months so my repair never happened. After 3 months decided to go somewhere else to fix it. Save your time and go somewhere else. I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to TNS because the latch to my hood was broken. At first, Henry was very nice and explained to me how the hood latch works and told me the parts I will need. I told him okay let's do it and he said the part would probably come next week. I came next week he told me the wrong part came and that he would call me when it comes. About 3 weeks later, I still didn't get phone call, so I decided to go in again and asked. Same story,"wrong part came, we will call you when we get it". Now that it's been a month I had to go back to school so I decide to just wait for the call. My dumbass believe them and thought that the part was actually going to come. 3 months laters, I still get no call and I decided to go somewhere else. Basically if ur issue is small/minor, they probably won't do the job for you or stall it for a LONG time. Henry seemed nice but he just keep giving me the same excuse every single time. read more

I can't say enough good things about TNS. Friendly courteous staff, clean waiting area with coffee, timely work done BEAUTIFULLY - they even vacuumed the interior from my kids mess. I've gotten into quite a few accidents these past 4 years and I'm glad I was recommended to this shop by a friend. I was a bit hesitant because I usually go to the dealer for everything and didn't know how my car would turn out since it's a brand new C63 AMG. When I got to the shop, Karol greeted me and told me she will help me take care of everything from A to Z. I'm so glad she was the one that helped me because she did everything for me. From reporting the claim for me to updating me on what's going on with my claim/car. I did not have to do anything. I literally just gave her the information and accident details and she took care of everything. The only thing I had to do was to go there and pick up my car (which looked brand new, as if it was never in an accident). After the first time Karol helped me, I've recommended all of my friends and family members to go look for her whenever they needed anything. She is so helpful. She took time out of her schedule to give us advice on insurance related issues. I definitely recommend TNS! Look for Karol, she will help you take care of everything! ;) read more

Where do I start? So had an incident where my car was hit in the rear passenger door area a few weeks after the factory delivered it and thought taking it to a BMW dealership would bring it back to NEW ... Mineral White 2017 X5. Well Life Quality sent it to TNS Auto and it came back 2 different colors - both the passenger side door and the M rims which only one rim in the rear was supposed to be refinished. TNS sent my whole car to Kwik Silver instead of one M wheel. So because they could not get the refinishing inner color of the wheel right they decided to paint the front wheel. What a hot mess. Ok back to the door- it was yellow !!! I was told it would not get better than that and I would have to look at it in the light. I couldn't accept it and went back and forth with the dealership and TNS ... they told me to send my car back and instead of the door being yellow my whole passenger side is yellow. After reading many reviews from other bmw mineral white owners and techs, TNS could have played with the paint mix to get the yellow tint OUT, instead Jay from TNS said thats the computer match. Well the computer was wrong so it was TNS responsibility to PLAY with the colors.5,000 charge paid by Geico. My car is so mismatched and I am truly unsatisfied with the work. read more

Came here not expecting much but was I wrong. The receptionist in the office was very professional and greeted the moment I stepped inside. I originally just wanted to compare prices for some body work needed to be done for my front and back bumper. After consulting with Henry, I was sure that it was the best price I can find. These guys took care of me from start to finish. Seriously they handle everything. Plus it's the cleanest body shop I've ever seen with free coffee, snacks and computers for you to use, feels like a dealership. So I was in an accident where the other party was completely at fault. All they needed from me was the car, a few pictures of the accident, the police report, and my insurance info which was all simply texted over to Henry. No need to make subsequent unnecessary trips. They did all the insurance work for me including talking to the insurance companies. What little I actually had to discuss with the insurance, he walked us through it. On the day of the accident a rental was already arranged for me and only 2 days later they started work on the car. 5 days later my car was on the road looking better than before it got hit, they even threw in some extra scratch fixing and detailing. Thrilled with the repair and I can't recommend them enough. You need to come here for your auto work! read more

My brand new 2013 Nissan Rogue had been hit by another driver and their insurance company asked that I bring my car here for inspection.I initially met TJ and I was so impressed by their staff's professionalism and their facilities that I decided to have my car repaired there. Robert helped with all the paperwork and kept me updated with my claim. When he told me that it would only take two days to fix my bumper, I got a little worried that it would look like crap. However, when Carlos handed me the keys, I thought it was to a new car. They restored it to its original condition. Even the paint job matched perfectly, I honestly couldn't have been happier! read more

Lol So... Lol... I bring in my corvette to have it fixed...10k+ later... I pick it up so they can tell me to bring it to Chevy so they can bleed the brakes... Lol... A block later I hear rattling.. I call Henry and tell him.. he says bring it back we'll look at it... So I first go to Chevy bleed the brakes pay out of pocket which then Henry used my receipt and added it to the insurance bill. I bring my car back to Tns and they don't know the problem... More lol... Says bring it to Chevy they'll have it fixed so I did... 4 weeks later I get my car.. insurance was charged about 2600... Chevys fee was only 2100... I didn't tell Henry I knew that. So I ask Henry as if I didn't know... How much did Chevy charge he says the full amount. Then I tell him I already know it was only 2100 that's including taxes. I told him IF ANYTHING I deserve the difference no? He replies with well uh insurance paid more because we also did a diagnostic...lol... Didn't you guys cause the problem lol and you're charging the insurance (well me) to look at the problem you caused.. Just to tell me you don't know what the problem is? Lol listen everyone I never and I mean ever have written a review in my life... Good bad or inbetween. I haaaad to write this so no one else gets stuck with this bull. I never even cared to read any reviews and I learned my lesson. Don't be me. And for the insurance companies... Careful they offer cash back to the customers P. S. I deal with salespeople all day everyday I know a good one when I see one. There's a difference between a shark and a snake. One is respected. I would've flipped but I rather then be in peace than to be right. read more

This is the second time, I've done work through this shop and I have to say that it is without a doubt one of the easiest if not best shops I've had to go to. I recently got into a collision with another vehicle and speaking with Karol at this location, she assured me everything would be handled in a quick and excellent manner. She was always ready to answer any questions I had for her. Very informative and helpful, there was no part of the process that I wasn't informed about. My vehicle was not driveable at the time and Karol quickly scheduled a tow truck to come down to my house in Queens to pick up the vehicle and bring it back. While this time, I did not get a rental from their shop, the last time they provided me with one, it was an extremely clean and great vehicle. The claim process for both the accident and rental was handled quickly that time. The shop did a great job fixing my hood and was kind enough to buff out any little dents I had on the vehicle out of their own pocket. The car was returned to me like new. This time around, unfortunately, my vehicle was not salvageable but Karol assured me that they would help me in ensuring that the maximum value would be provided for my car. And she came through helping me not lose out on valuable investments I made into the vehicle as well. If I had any complaints, it would be that the shop is too far away from me. :( If it was closer, I'd go there for all the little things I have. But as I said before, TNS has no problems getting your vehicle to their shop if it is necessary. If you go down their feel free to ask for Karol as she will definitely be a great help with making sure your vehicle is back on the road as quickly and at a minimum cost to your wallet. Thank you, Karol!!!! read more

Been here twice for two different reasons but both times, they took care of all my concerns. Being a relatively new driver can be intimidating especially when things all go to shit. I have never had a better experience with an auto repair! Last year around Christmas our 8-month-old parked Subaru was sideswiped by a postal truck and pretty mangled. After a bunch of back and forth with our insurance company and a handful of tow companies and third rate collision shops I came across TNS online and based off their overwhelmingly positive ratings on Yelp and Google since nearly every other shop had overwhelmingly negative ratings and reviews, I decided to take our car here. It was a new car and I was really frustrated with having to deal with all of this but everyone at TNS was warm and professional. They weren't trying to make boastful jokes or talk down to me. They walked me through what they were going to do and answered all my questions in a way that I had total faith in the people I was leaving my car with. The manager Henry was always helpful when I called with questions and great about keeping us informed. The repair was done around Christmas and New Years so there it wasn't the best time to get parts but these guys really did everything they could to get the work done. I would also like to comment that the shop is CLEAN! I've really never taken my car anywhere that had this kind of upkeep. The waiting room is comfortable and they have complimentary coffee and cookies for while you wait. Lastly, the work they did was superb! There was no evidence that anything has happened to our car at all! It was as good as new. They really did an exceptional job. They mostly had to replace damaged panels and parts but there was a place they had to cut a piece off and weld a new part in its place and I couldn't tell there was a cut at all. I'm very impressed with this shop. I also took my car here recently when my mirror was knocked off and they put it back on and sent me on my way within about 20 minutes with no charge! I can't recommend this shop higher. TNS is simply the best shop I've ever dealt with! If you need any collision work done, you won't find a better place! A+++ read more

This review is long over due as I bought my car in a few months ago. My experience going to TNS Auto Group was so positive that I wanted to share with whomever would read my review. I am usually very hesitant to bring my car anywhere other than the actual dealership, but I knew what happened to my car, I had to find an auto repair shop. I wanted somewhere close to home but more importantly find a place where they spoke more English than Chinese. While looking online, I read about TNS Auto Group on Yelp. Since it met my criterias, I decided to go for a consult, figured if I didn't feel comfortable, then I would go somewhere else. When I went to TNS Auto Group, I was greeted by Henry. He looked at the damage, explained in detail the process of what would happen, how long it would take, how they would take care of everything for me in terms of submitting the claim on my behalf and dealing with the insurance company. Payment went from the insurance company directly to the auto shop and I didn't have to do anything except wait to hear when my car would be ready. My car got 'kissed' by a delivery truck and left a big scratch/hole that would eventually rust and damage the car more than it already did. Plus, it just didn't look right!! I thought it was too good to be true, BUT they did exactly what they said they were going to do. After a week of leaving my car there, I was informed my car was ready to be picked up. I was completely surprised to see my car. At first I didn't realize it was my car because they did such a fantastic job. You could not tell there was ever any damage done to the car. The staff did such a great job with the paint job, matching the color, replacing the damaged area, etc. The entire process was seamless and I am very impressed. The establishment is big, clean and looks organized. The receptionist staff are friendly, professional and most importantly, polite. Although it's not a place I would want to go back to, ("going" means something is wrong with my car), but IF my car ever requires any exterior work, I would absolutely go back to TNS Auto Group. I have spread the word to family/friends and will continue to rave about them. Henry - Thanks very much to you and your staff for doing such a great job!! read more

TNS is top notch and displays a level of quality service that is superb. I wish more merchants can learn from their professionalism and client service model. My Dad had an accident in Brooklyn and I had to find them a reputable auto body shop. I live in Jersey and all the logistics were done over the phone and email. The highlights and quality touch points to service and to provide excellent parts and execution were all there. I spoke to Karol. She was always there for me and most of all, listened to my questions and concerns. She worked through the logistics with the insurance people and followed up with diligence. Her professionalism and courteous conversations were impeccable. Big kudos to her! As for Henry, another well professional individual that represents TNS. I met Henry for the first time when I picked up the car with my dad. His focus is to serve his clients and to offer the best possible solutions and commitments to his work. He is a very personal individual that loves his job and works real hard with lots of hours during the week. Anyways, it's been a pleasure to have my dad's car services by TNS. They replaced our front bumper. Pretty soon after we got the car back, the top seam between the bumper and body of the car started to open up. It started squeaking when the car was in motion. Before we could get the car back in to TNS to have them repair their repair, the undercarriage of the bumper became detached and started dragging while we were on the highway. TNS insisted that we must have hit something that caused the undercarriage to detach; apparently something big enough to tear off a part of the car but invisible enough that none of the four people in the car noticed it. And they said that's what had caused the seam to open up, even though it had started opening up and squeaking before we hit the alleged large-yet-invisible object. They made us pay full price to repair the undercarriage, and, to add insult to injury, when we got the car back, the top seam of the bumper was still not fully attached to the body of the car. Shoddy work that they don't stand behind. read more
