Brought the car in the following week to get it repaired and the repairs were done quickly. Everyone there was super friendly and did a great job. The facility is very nice as well. Slow repair process even though it's suppose to be an "GEICO ARX" my vehicle was in the block for a couple of days just sitting there and not even being worked on. Updates were slow , you have to call to find out your vehicle status cause apparently everyone is busy. Got my car back at 1 week 1/2 when it was suppose to only be a 4-5 day job. My experience at TNS was super positive but then a month later became super negative. I have given them 2 stars based on their communication, speed of repair and convenience. I brought my car here after being rear ended in the Battery tunnel. GEICO recommended this shop as it is guaranteed by them (thank god). They repaired the back and front end of my SUV. One month later I suddenly saw part of my rear bumper hanging down and melted to the tailpipe... great. I call TNS and they tell me I can bring it in but it's most likely my fault but they'd do me the courtesy of "taking a look". He went on to give me statistics on these faulty repairs telling me 90% of the time it's the customer's fault. So, with a sour taste in my mouth I contact GEICO and take my car elsewhere. The adjuster quickly ruled it body shop error. 3 days later it's fixed and looks great. Fast forward 2 months and now the front fender is FALLING OFF! I now will have to go through this process all over again because TNS not only used cheap aftermarket parts but also left out vital clips to keep the vehicle together. TLDR: Henry claimed the "wrong part came" for 3 months so my repair never happened. After 3 months decided to go somewhere else to fix it. Save your time and go somewhere else. I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to TNS because the latch to my hood was broken. At first, Henry was very nice and explained to me how the hood latch works and told me the parts I will need. I told him okay let's do it and he said the part would probably come next week. I came next week he told me the wrong part came and that he would call me when it comes. About 3 weeks later, I still didn't get phone call, so I decided to go in again and asked. Same story,"wrong part came, we will call you when we get it". Now that it's been a month I had to go back to school so I decide to just wait for the call. My dumbass believe them and thought that the part was actually going to come. 3 months laters, I still get no call and I decided to go somewhere else. Where do I start? So had an incident where my car was hit in the rear passenger door area a few weeks after the factory delivered it and thought taking it to a BMW dealership would bring it back to NEW ... Mineral White 2017 X5. Well Life Quality sent it to TNS Auto and it came back 2 different colors - both the passenger side door and the M rims which only one rim in the rear was supposed to be refinished. TNS sent my whole car to Kwik Silver instead of one M wheel. So because they could not get the refinishing inner color of the wheel right they decided to paint the front wheel. What a hot mess. Ok back to the door- it was yellow !!! I was told it would not get better than that and I would have to look at it in the light. I couldn't accept it and went back and forth with the dealership and TNS ... they told me to send my car back and instead of the door being yellow my whole passenger side is yellow. After reading many reviews from other bmw mineral white owners and techs, TNS could have played with the paint mix to get the yellow tint OUT, instead Jay from TNS said thats the computer match. Well the computer was wrong so it was TNS responsibility to PLAY with the colors.5,000 charge paid by Geico. My car is so mismatched and I am truly unsatisfied with the work. read more

I was a bit hesitant because I usually go to the dealer for everything and didn't know how my car would turn out since it's a brand new C63 AMG. When I got to the shop, Karol greeted me and told me she will help me take care of everything from A to Z. I'm so glad she was the one that helped me because she did everything for me. From reporting the claim for me to updating me on what's going on with my claim/car. I did not have to do anything. I literally just gave her the information and accident details and she took care of everything. The only thing I had to do was to go there and pick up my car (which looked brand new, as if it was never in an accident). Lol So... Lol... I bring in my corvette to have it fixed...10k+ later... I pick it up so they can tell me to bring it to Chevy so they can bleed the brakes... Lol... A block later I hear rattling.. I call Henry and tell him.. he says bring it back we'll look at it... So I first go to Chevy bleed the brakes pay out of pocket which then Henry used my receipt and added it to the insurance bill. I bring my car back to Tns and they don't know the problem... More lol... Says bring it to Chevy they'll have it fixed so I did... 4 weeks later I get my car.. insurance was charged about 2600... Chevys fee was only 2100... I didn't tell Henry I knew that. So I ask Henry as if I didn't know... How much did Chevy charge he says the full amount. Then I tell him I already know it was only 2100 that's including taxes. I told him IF ANYTHING I deserve the difference no? He replies with well uh insurance paid more because we also did a diagnostic...lol... Didn't you guys cause the problem lol and you're charging the insurance (well me) to look at the problem you caused.. Just to tell me you don't know what the problem is? Lol listen everyone I never and I mean ever have written a review in my life... Good bad or inbetween. I haaaad to write this so no one else gets stuck with this bull. I have never had a better experience with an auto repair! Last year around Christmas our 8-month-old parked Subaru was sideswiped by a postal truck and pretty mangled. After a bunch of back and forth with our insurance company and a handful of tow companies and third rate collision shops I came across TNS online and based off their overwhelmingly positive ratings on Yelp and Google since nearly every other shop had overwhelmingly negative ratings and reviews, I decided to take our car here. It was a new car and I was really frustrated with having to deal with all of this but everyone at TNS was warm and professional. They weren't trying to make boastful jokes or talk down to me. They walked me through what they were going to do and answered all my questions in a way that I had total faith in the people I was leaving my car with. The manager Henry was always helpful when I called with questions and great about keeping us informed. The repair was done around Christmas and New Years so there it wasn't the best time to get parts but these guys really did everything they could to get the work done. I would also like to comment that the shop is CLEAN! I've really never taken my car anywhere that had this kind of upkeep. The waiting room is comfortable and they have complimentary coffee and cookies for while you wait. Lastly, the work they did was superb! There was no evidence that anything has happened to our car at all! It was as good as new. They really did an exceptional job. They mostly had to replace damaged panels and parts but there was a place they had to cut a piece off and weld a new part in its place and I couldn't tell there was a cut at all. I'm very impressed with this shop. I also took my car here recently when my mirror was knocked off and they put it back on and sent me on my way within about 20 minutes with no charge! I can't recommend this shop higher. TNS is simply the best shop I've ever dealt with! If you need any collision work done, you won't find a better place! A+++ read more

This review is long over due as I bought my car in a few months ago. My experience going to TNS Auto Group was so positive that I wanted to share with whomever would read my review. I am usually very hesitant to bring my car anywhere other than the actual dealership, but I knew what happened to my car, I had to find an auto repair shop. I wanted somewhere close to home but more importantly find a place where they spoke more English than Chinese. While looking online, I read about TNS Auto Group on Yelp. Since it met my criterias, I decided to go for a consult, figured if I didn't feel comfortable, then I would go somewhere else. When I went to TNS Auto Group, I was greeted by Henry. He looked at the damage, explained in detail the process of what would happen, how long it would take, how they would take care of everything for me in terms of submitting the claim on my behalf and dealing with the insurance company. Payment went from the insurance company directly to the auto shop and I didn't have to do anything except wait to hear when my car would be ready. My car got 'kissed' by a delivery truck and left a big scratch/hole that would eventually rust and damage the car more than it already did. Plus, it just didn't look right!! I thought it was too good to be true, BUT they did exactly what they said they were going to do. After a week of leaving my car there, I was informed my car was ready to be picked up. I was completely surprised to see my car. At first I didn't realize it was my car because they did such a fantastic job. You could not tell there was ever any damage done to the car. The staff did such a great job with the paint job, matching the color, replacing the damaged area, etc. The entire process was seamless and I am very impressed. The establishment is big, clean and looks organized. The receptionist staff are friendly, professional and most importantly, polite. Although it's not a place I would want to go back to, ("going" means something is wrong with my car), but IF my car ever requires any exterior work, I would absolutely go back to TNS Auto Group. Brought my Pilot here to get our bumper repaired after getting clipped in the back, separating the bumper from the wheel well. I met Henry and Jimmy at TNS. Jimmy took care of us, was completely professional, and transparent. He assessed the damage, gave us a couple ideas on what could be done, quoted a few options to us. After agreeing on what we wanted to do, he picked up the parts from Honda and managed to get it done ASAP. I can honestly say I trust their integrity and service -- above and beyond!. They replaced our front bumper. Pretty soon after we got the car back, the top seam between the bumper and body of the car started to open up. It started squeaking when the car was in motion. Before we could get the car back in to TNS to have them repair their repair, the undercarriage of the bumper became detached and started dragging while we were on the highway. TNS insisted that we must have hit something that caused the undercarriage to detach; apparently something big enough to tear off a part of the car but invisible enough that none of the four people in the car noticed it. And they said that's what had caused the seam to open up, even though it had started opening up and squeaking before we hit the alleged large-yet-invisible object. They made us pay full price to repair the undercarriage, and, to add insult to injury, when we got the car back, the top seam of the bumper was still not fully attached to the body of the car. Since my last review on this business I was contacted by the shop manager. They apologized for any inconvienence I experienced and asked for one more day to work on my car as to repair it to my liking. I agreed and picked up my car a day later to find that it was repaired much better than before. Although attention to detail and craftsmenship are still an issue at this body shop I am very pleased with the willingness to work on satisfying a customers concerns. I still would never do business with this body shop ever again. The prices are outrageous and if you don't know how much your part costs prior to going in to do business they will rip you off. I hope this review will help someone out there looking for help like I did. I recently I had an accident with my brand new 2016 Honda Odyssey driver's side door. I didn't even have a first oil change with this vehicle I brought brand new and was visited with this horrible event. My first stop was to TNS auto. Base on all the excellent reviews I read on Yelp, I was confident of this establishment in providing me with all the help and much needed assistance I was desperately seeking. My first meeting with Henry from TNS auto was no surprise to me at all. He was excellent in every step of the process. Exactly how he was mention on many reviews with Yelp.One thing that drew me to Henry and TNS auto was the attention to detail. I am the type of person that little things matter. I put on door moldings myself shorting after taking delivery of the above mentioned vehicle. Without me pointing to the moldings, Henry addressed the issue right there. I was pretty much blown away with his attention to small details. I would've drop the car off to them right there and then if I was going through my insurance! Since I was at fault with the accident and no damage was done to the other vehicle, I decided to fix my own vehicle and not go through with insurance. The vibe i got from Henry was excellent, comfortable to talk to, straightforward and honest. But since TNS was my first stop I owe it to myself and others a shot at providing me with a quote. Henry quoted me a total of 2,500 at first and was able to knock it down to around 2,200. Turns out the damage to the driver's door was too extensive and the door needs to be replaced. My next stop was to ABC auto repair. The owner didn't even email me with a quote. (Review on Yelp will be done soon) My last stop was to Sea Breeze. Sea Breeze earned my business. ( Review to follow). The reason why TNS auto would've earn AND lost my business was because of Henry. I was so impressed by the way Henry handle our interaction I decided at the end of the day to give my business to TNS auto. The following day I emailed Henry with how impressed I was with him and how much I want him to handle my vehicle repair. In the email I thanked him for being a perfessional and how good he is with the smallest of details. I waited, and waited. There was no reply. Two days later I called his office and left a message with the receptionist. I waited, again! I waited some more. Two day after that I called again, then waited. Nothing! Shame! I guess some people can sell themselves very nicely, but in terms of closing the deal, ZERO! Henry have on his business card MBA, not cool! read more
