This is the second time, I've done work through this shop and I have to say that it is without a doubt one of the easiest if not best shops I've had to go to. I recently got into a collision with another vehicle and speaking with Karol at this location, she assured me everything would be handled in a quick and excellent manner. She was always ready to answer any questions I had for her. Very informative and helpful, there was no part of the process that I wasn't informed about. My vehicle was not driveable at the time and Karol quickly scheduled a tow truck to come down to my house in Queens to pick up the vehicle and bring it back. While this time, I did not get a rental from their shop, the last time they provided me with one, it was an extremely clean and great vehicle. The claim process for both the accident and rental was handled quickly that time. The shop did a great job fixing my hood and was kind enough to buff out any little dents I had on the vehicle out of their own pocket. The car was returned to me like new. This time around, unfortunately, my vehicle was not salvageable but Karol assured me that they would help me in ensuring that the maximum value would be provided for my car. And she came through helping me not lose out on valuable investments I made into the vehicle as well. If I had any complaints, it would be that the shop is too far away from me. :( If it was closer, I'd go there for all the little things I have. But as I said before, TNS has no problems getting your vehicle to their shop if it is necessary. TNS Auto Group was a Godsend. Someone hit the side mirror of my 2008 Corolla while I was parallel parked, and Jimmy, the TNS Auto Group representative that I had the fortune of speaking with, first gave me a quota over the phone. Then I brought the car into the shop where he gave me a complete breakdown of what he would do in that situation, Plan A to Z: Quick Fix, to Plan A to Z: A Permanent Solution. On top of being kind enough to tape up my mirror the day I brought it in so that I wouldn't get a ticket, Jimmy went through all the options for replacing the mirror, how to prevent something like that from happening again (transferable dash cam), and then to fixing up some of the paint chips on my car. I placed an order for the replacement mirror and within 24 hours, the car looked better than ever, with the new mirror in place working better than ever. All in all, it's safe to say that any questions car-fixing-related (and I am relatively naïve when it comes to cars), I will probably give Jimmy a call because you get the feeling that he has your best interest in mind, that his service includes his knowledge and expertise which extends beyond just the one or two transactions one may have at TNS. I recently was in a care accident back in December 2016. I recently got my car repaired due to me having to pay out of pocket. I stated there was engine damage to my car that needed to be repaired. I was assured by Jimmy if it related to the accident he will repair the damage. Upon looking at my car he stated there were four sensors that were malfunctioning and he will repair the two sensors the other sensors were fine he cleared the code and explained how the same thing happened to him. Needless to say none of the sensors were fixed upon receiving my car. I spoke to the owner, Henry, who stated he will repair the sensors I only had to pay for the parts. Jenny the receptionist was a God sent. She was really understanding and accommodating. They all were Jimmy included. He was very respectable and calm while I was clearly upset with the news I received. I will be taking my car back there in the future, if I get into another accident, which I don't plan on doing anytime soon. They made the experience eventful. When it comes to customer service they go above and beyond and if I could give them 10 stars I would. Someone hit my car while it was parked, driver side was damaged. Luckily the damage wasn't too bad and I didn't have to replace original parts and it was a good thing since my car was almost new I bought it late 2014. All I can say, as soon as you walk in the TNS, you feel like the place is operating very well, I literally felt I was doing service on my car in real Nissan dealership. Very professional, organized, accurate with the diagnostics and matching the color of the car, very effective in doing the job in timely matter for the consumers. I went through Geico claim to fix it and paid deductible $500, rest Geico paid. Imagine how unlucky I get when next few days someone hit my front signal light again while I was parked. Brooklyn busy area with no parking, people just push cars to get in tiny spaces, horrible for new cars. So I came back next few days to replace signal light and again but this time without any claim and they offered me discount because I was their customer previously. I was very pleased with the results and how you can negotiate to make it affordable. Special thanks to Henry, he seems very knowledgable and helpful with competing jobs on my car. I was recently involved in a pretty bad collision in my 2018 Dodge Challenger. This is the place recommended to me by my insurance company. The employee that dealt with my case was named Keeran and I have to say, he was extremely kind, attentive and knowledgeable. I was pretty upset with the condition of my car and he honestly made it a very stress free experience for me. He explained it would be a big job and may take up to two weeks. Given that I use my vehicle daily for commute to and from work, I was fine with the evaluation I just wanted to get the work started as soon as possible. After dropping my car off I was pleasantly surprised that Keeran would periodically update me on the status of my car so I was never in the dark about the estimate or progress. I was happy to learn not only was my car ready a few days ahead of schedule, she was good as new! No complications and they guarantee the work for the life of my vehicle. We have just used TNS Auto Collision for the second time in 6 months. Both times they have been incredible, their standard of craftsmanship and customer service has left me very pleasantly surprised. Our first damage repair with them was a rear end fender bender. So it was a fairly simple, order a new part and respray. But they still had to match the color which can be tricky, they nailed it first time and it was perfect. Our latest incident involved a side swipe, both passenger side doors were scratched and dented. We dropped off the vehicle on Monday, TNS gave us the estimate within 2 days, we approved and picked up the completed repair by Friday lunchtime. Great job, great service - Angel was our diligent contact and he made our journey through the process smooth, he even gave us his personal cell phone number in case we had any questions. Kenny the manager oversaw everything and was incredibly conscientious. The car looks as good as new and we couldn't be happier. All I can say is wow!! It was my first time dealing with a body shop when it comes to my vehicle, unfortunately someone vandalized my 2009 Nissan Altima so I decided to go see Henry & Calvin at TNS Auto Collision. It could not have been a more simpler process, Henry assured me everything would be taken care of as he could tell I love and take great care of my car. Calvin then took over after a brief introduction, and everything was handled without a hitch!! Rental car, pick up service and all - I couldn't believe how fast and smooth things went. So... my car had so many random scratches on it from this idiot that my whole car had to be painted over, not only did they do a freaking awesome job, but they also added a rear wing spoiler that I had been meaning to put on my car as well. TL;DR: Nothing short of amazing. Hopefully won't ever need to return but they will have my business should it arise. Staff: They were immediately helpful and offered superior service to my questions and needs. They also offered snacks, drinks and have a restroom if necessary. Service: The front part of my hood was dented in and needed to be fixed and painted. When I dropped off my car and got an estimate, they were able to have me drop off my car then, and have it returned by the next day evening. That same day, I got a call in the evening telling me the car was already repaired. What?! My first ever experience getting a car back before it was promised. I went to get my car back and inspected the work. I could have never known a dent existed before then. What they did was artwork. They fixed the nearby area that had rock chips and waxed down the whole hood. I could not be more grateful for an amazing job being done with no additional headaches involved. These guys took care of me from start to finish. Seriously they handle everything. Plus it's the cleanest body shop I've ever seen with free coffee, snacks and computers for you to use, feels like a dealership. So I was in an accident where the other party was completely at fault. All they needed from me was the car, a few pictures of the accident, the police report, and my insurance info which was all simply texted over to Henry. No need to make subsequent unnecessary trips. They did all the insurance work for me including talking to the insurance companies. What little I actually had to discuss with the insurance, he walked us through it. On the day of the accident a rental was already arranged for me and only 2 days later they started work on the car. 5 days later my car was on the road looking better than before it got hit, they even threw in some extra scratch fixing and detailing. One of the best auto shop in NYC. I was recommended by my old neighbor in queens (currently living Upstate) , they said to ask for Keeran. Few months ago my windshield was crack and the clip under my hood broke. Due to the pandemic and since I work in the ER it was tough getting it fix or even look at. Not only I was scared to drive my car but also feared it would flip backwards while driving. After making a few calls the store associate Keeran was able to get me in for service at the same day. His attitude and care was exactly like my neighbor said, well respect and knowledgeable. Within a few hours my car was good to drive and strict instructions was given which he did follow up on few days later. I mean which mechanic shop would do that. Efficient, effective and experienced is what happened in our three time service with our Lexus. All three were a lease and Lexus Finical has never communicated any repairs or damages to fix; because TNS concealed it so well it was undetectable. Even with the COVID-19 pandemic, the timeframe it took to repair our last car was successfully and beautifully done. The repairs were invisible: that bumper looked effortless and the rim shined then ever before. After our car was side scraped and rim completely tarnished along with a pushed it bumper; the car looked immaculate afterwards. Perfection and customer service/support took two days. During this pandemic and I was able to get my car serviced in two days; shows the dedication and service. Really fantastic service! The front desk is always friendly, courteous and accommodating. They have a wonderful lobby and even better staff! We had situation where a neighbor bumped into our stationary car hard enough for the fender to fall off. We were literally given a next day appointment during which we were able to drop off our car and pick up a rental (all in the same place). The Enterprise rental person was even kind enough to warm the car for us while we sorted out our documentation (this was early January right after the snow storm). The adjuster was super fast and the person that worked on our car, Angel, always kept us updated on the progress. He also kindly explained what the repairs were as well as some of the paperwork involved. Overall, I had a really good experience after a stressful situation. A total scam ,Geico sends me there after they recommended TNS auto as a Geico affiliated body shop to fix my Lincoln ..I ask them several times if they're able to repair my car and I was assured by TNS ,no problem.. They give what seemed to me a very low estimate which Geico agrees to ...Then TNS turns around and say thay cant do the job ,due to the paint being matched. So how in the hell are u qualified to give an estimate on work your unable to do..Reason is that Geico sent me there knowing all this to get a low ball estimate and TNS is in it with them. This Auto shop is absolutely amazing. My husband's car needed some work due to an accident. We were referred here by our insurance company. We were greeted here by Frank, he was great. This past June 2020 (Of Course) a tree fell on my car and damaged the hood,bumper,windshield and a few other dents...I called my insurance and I was given the top 3 Geico certified shops so I went with this one,I am so glad I did because the work was amazing. I brought my mom car to fix here in January of this year and i can say this place is excellent.The car turned out excellent it was damaged in the back from a rear end accident.
