Not a place where you come in for an oil change and they make up some other repair you need 2. Fast. Usually, I come around 10-11 on a weekday, and for minor items, you're in and out in 20min; for bigger issues, maybe you leave it a few hours. 3. Quality. I had my Volvo bumper partially pulled off years ago and went to the dealer. They "fixed" it, but it popped out again a few weeks later. Clinton Collision fixed it for short money and it's held for a couple of years ago. 4. Helpful but not pushy. Things like, "Hey, you don't need new brakes/tires now, but you might want to think about it in six months." Seems like a family-owned business, which is always a plus. Highly recommended! read more

I called mid afternoon on a Monday as I was having problems with a cylinder in my engine. I brought the car over for them to inspect and they were able to fix within a few hours. My first experience was about 2 months ago, and that was ok. Today was so frustrating. I booked a week ago for an appointment through Openbay, then called 3 days ago to confirm. They said they didn't get the service write up from Openbay, so I emailed them what I received, then they said ok no problem, bring the car on Thursday. Today, I came in there and they said they didn't get the parts needed. The service was for oil change and valve clearance adjustment. The guys said my car doesn't have it. What?! Lol. I was containing my laughter. I even showed them a video of how it was done. They said they'll open the cam covers and will charge me even if the service isn't done. After that, I know I couldn't trust them. Oh and they did an oil change for full price. $110, while Openbay says it's only $80.10. I was really hoping that this shop would be my go-to since my first experience was ok. After today's experience with them, I'm definitely not going back. read more

Saddiq Irfan and his brother are running a business that caters to White supremacy and their people. Like the rest of you, I chose this place because of the good reviews. But I see they get them by paying people to write them. I went to inspect my car after repairs. My car bumper was lumpy and loose that it would flap in the wind if I were to drive it. The adjuster from the insurance company stated that the bumper needed to be replaced. Once I brought this issue up, the owners who go by aliases (which they may change) Alex and Billy that "Nothing is wrong with it." Not only is that not true, but I found them trying to play on my intelligence to be completely disrespectful. They practice gaslighting customers. I said I would like it looked at again because of those issues. At that point, they said they would. Leaving the shop, I called an adjuster who said they were cutting corners. He stated the bumper isn't new, and they tried to paint and smooth it out, so I would not know. I called the shop back and asked for more clarification. At this moment, Alex (Saddiq) began to use curse words at me so much that I could not gain any recourse. He said to take it to someone else. My car cost exponentially more than that to fix. At this point, I knew they were cutting corners and wanted no parts in these dishonest practices. They called a couple of days later to say the problem was fixed. The insurance company called on my behalf and stated the two owners were "tagging teaming him by putting him on speakerphone." I went to pick up my car with the guy at Enterprise. We waited in their lobby as "Billy," the other Irfan brother, talked on the phone. As 15 minutes passed, he never acknowledged us. A woman who appeared to be a customer and his ethnic background stepped in after us. She left out and waited in the body shop. He left and began handling three customer concerns before mine. Once he came back into the waiting area, I asked, "What am I waiting for?" He stated in a harsh tone and with a digested look on his face, "I am helping this customer," they left out the waiting area. The guy from Enterprise (who is also Black) was in utter disbelief of the disrespectful behavior from "Billy" and disregarded stating, "He needs to learn how to talk to people." Once "Billy" came into the office, I said, "Do not ever disrespect me again. My ancestors fought hard for people like you to come to this country and enjoy the fruits. Please give me my car keys so I can go." The entire shop crowded around my car as I left the shop. It was scary. I was embarrassed, abused, shamed, etc., and immediately thought about how poorly my ancestors from Alabama were mistreated. Please do not patronize this place; there are better options. Summary: Do not be fooled by the reviews. Clinton Auto Collisioncuts corners, the owners are anti-Black, they can appear to be nice but is not kind and will mistreat you before you know it, and you will have more problems to fix before you come. read more

When I arrived I was told there was actually no issue and I had inadvertently child locked the window from rolling down (shout out to Honda safety features ).
