I just finished my photo inspection there. Nice customer service, they are friendly, trustable, and responsible!

I needed to replace a spoiler on my Mustang and Ricky gave me a reasonable price. When I brought the car home and opened the truck lid I heard a loose bolt rattling in the lid from the old spoiler and I also notice light scratches on the paint of the trunk. I contacted Ricky via email as I couldn't speak because of being on voice rest and expressed my concerns he never responded. You get what you pay for at this place. I suggest if you want quality work go somewhere else, if you want inexpensive fast cheap work this place will do. Needless to say I will bring my cars some where else for my future auto body needs. Very poor customer service. Ricky has poor communication skills. I brought my car to Ricky to get an estimate and he was nice enough to take my car apart and take a look at it. Ricky estimated it would cost more than the insurance company had initially given me. He submitted a supplemental form and when the insurance adjustor came to inspect the car, and it was decided the insurance's estimate was initially too low, and that the car was now totaled($3,400 in repairs). During this week Ricky was on vacation and was not at the shop. I decided to keep the car, took the money from my insurance, and went to pick my car up. Ricky was still on vacation and I was told I could come back the next day as Ricky would be back at the shop and would be the one to help me. When I phoned Ricky the next day, he was incredibly rude and he belittled me asking why "I brought him a totaled car." When I had explained what had happened he acknowledged he forgot about the supplemental form and that he didn't even know the adjustor came to inspect the vehicle. His team did not inform him of what happened with my vehicle. We both understood this was a mistake on his part for forgetting. At that point Ricky became very salty over his mistake. He kept asking me to tell him how much I got for the vehicle and I said I didn't think it was relevant as I was willing to pay whatever to get my lights and blinkers put back on. Once I told him I wasn't going to tell him he immediately became offensive again and refused to work on my vehicle! I understand nobody likes to be caught with a mistake, but that is no excuse to stay angry and refuse service. If Ricky would take the time to listen to his customers and maybe even do a briefing on the cars he's working on, he could avoid more issues like this in the future. You shouldn't accuse the customer of fault when you don't have the facts. read more

You know the saying first impressions last forever? We were first time customers at this location and Ricky did not make a good first impression. I don't even know where to start with this guy. First, there was his rudeness over the phone when my mother asked for the status of the vehicle since it's already been a week and several days of not hearing anything. If you can't stand customers asking about what's going on in the repair of their vehicle then simply close down your business. Then as soon as we got the car and left their shop, imagine our horror when we found out one of our license plates was missing. WTF!?!? So we had to go back up there immediately 2 minutes after finding out. Then he has the nerve to accuse us that the license plate were already missing when we took it to the shop. Wtf, how does that work!?!? FOR YOUR INFORMATION, we're Asians if we found out one of our license plates was already missing before we took it to your shop: WE WOULD'VE TAKEN CARE OF IT ALREADY! So don't insult our intelligence by accusing us that it was us who lost it. The car was in your possession for over a week. You thought we were born yesterday don't you? You think we're stupid and naive? He probably gave it to one of his friends as he said that the plate was used by another vehicle in some tollgate. Yeah right it was stolen. One of your mechanics also told my mother that nobody is gonna steal that plate. So fucking aggravating. You know the stress my poor mother had to go through for that nonsense? She's too old for that shit. You charge $4,300.00 for a service and that should not happen. If you lost a simple, friggin plate, you will most likely lose our car (or somebody's car) too. Then we had to go through the hassle of getting new plates at the DMV, then I had to go find tools to put the plate back, then the hardware to buy a screw, and screw the plate back on with my injured shoulder. All these wasted energy, all these wasted time that we'll never get back because of their screwup. And the icing on the cake, was the front right bumper still has a dent that he said he was gonna fix when we first brought the car to him but he did not, and there's this also this clearcoat scratch underneath. It was a half ass job. We will never do business with him again. And we will also avoid the repair shop next to him and the 2-3 repair shops right across him. read more

I found this place on yelp and decided to give it a try. I had a busted door and a busted fender. Ricky walked me through the whole insurance claim business. Also once he knew I had a baby and didn't have a rental he moved my car to the front of the line. I got my car back just in time for a snow storm and they even cleaned it for me.
