My vehicle was towed in for repair to a different shop. Harold a long time friend for over 50 years told me about the excellent work at Nassau Collision on Jericho Turnpike in Floral Park. Harold introduced me to Sonny the owner who seemed to be a very caring and knowledgeable individual. Harold stressed the excellence of workmanship that Sonny and Nassau Collision had. Let me tell you Harold was right. Nassau Collisions first and main concern is excellence. My car was picked up today and it looked beautiful. Sonny's concern for safety really impressed me. Harold and Sonny make a great team . They truly both care. Which is very hard to find today. read more

This past week Ricky and his crew worked on my 2013 Volvo S60. They repaired my driver's side front end collision and did a great job within a reasonable amount of time. Had my car done by Nassau Collision and he made a bad situation so easy to handle. From the minute I brought the car in , he handled everything from the adjuster , to the body work. The work was absolute perfection and he went above and beyond to touch up extra scratches and made my car look like new. I wish I knew about him before when we had an accident and the work was not great. If you are looking for a place that feels like a good friend from The time you walk in , this is it read more

My wife and I have taken our cars exclusively to Ricky for almost the past decade. I would never bring our cars anywhere else. He takes his time to do the job right and doesn't cut corners. Our family has been using Nassau Collision for years. But I think the real testament of our faith in them is when we refer family, friends, neighbors and co-workers to them. And we have done that a lot! I can't think of a single time that any of us has come away with anything but total satisfaction of a job well done, for a fair price and with a reasonable turn around time. What more can you ask for? Thank you Ricky for always doing the right thing by us and for the many referrals we've sent your way over the years. You make us look good in the process too! The most recent referral was my friend Lillian. She was apprehensive to take her car to just anyone. I reassured her that you were the right guy and you made a believer out of her too! That's what a good business owner does. Keep up the great work! read more

I've been taking my cars here for many years, as well as my family and my husband's family. We have all been extremely satisfied with the work done. It's top quality parts and repairs every time. Ricky, the owner, is a great guy as are all his employees. Everyone is personable and really takes their time to listen to your concerns to get the work done as well as possible and as timely as possible. You could not ask for better service. I would not go anywhere else! read more

Had my car hit and was recommended Ricky's shop and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. This was the first time I had ever dealt with a body shop and he walked me through the process including insurance and took a lot of the guesswork out of it. He was communicative throughout all the hassles with insurance. The work itself was great and he went the extra mile of fixing up some other dings/paint scratches that were on the car. Also got my car back so damn clean and shiny. 10/10 would come back and will recommend him to everyone. read more

Ricky and the entire staff are very attentive and had my installation of new LED headlights on my 2018 VW Tiguan done in literally under an hour and a half. Quality service in the car industry is hard to come by - Ricky is genuine. read more

My car has been at Nassau collision for the past two weeks. Some people might think that's a long time, what's taking so long, why did you take there Well first of all with a National back order of quality parts can't fix it if you can't get the parts. Ricky personally calls me to give me updates. The insurance also calls me to keep me in the loop. This could have been a horrific experience instead it's been a slight inconvenience. Great people. Great shop. Rickys the best!!! read more

A very professional group. Highly recommended. Fair price. Quick turnaround time. Most importantly, they are honest and transparent with the information on your vehicle. Ricky is a great guy and the air workmanship is spot on. I've used them for over 2 decades with consistent results.

I found nassau collision by reading the great reviews and felt I should confirm that they are 100% accurate. It is the best place to go. Ricky is so open and forthcoming with information. I had to go through insurance and he handled everything including arranging for my rental. It was the first time I ever felt I trusted a shop. Normally as a female I tend to have to get my husband involved but that was not needed at all. I will be referring all family and friends here. read more

Can't say enough great things about Ricky and the Nassau Collision team. This is a shop you can trust anytime something unfortunately pops up. They make a stressful situation easy to manage with their professionalism and amazing quality of work. I took my car here after getting rear ended and they made my car look brand new again. There was no bogus or stress involved while getting my car fixed and Ricky ensured they use only manufacturer parts no aftermarket parts were put on my car. I highly recommend anyone looking for a collision specialist with 5 star service and quality. read more

I feel so fortunate to have found Ricky and his team. If I could give 10 stars I would! The work that was done for my Nissan Altima was exceptional and done in record time. I have been going to this shop for a little over 10 years now and have been blown away by the service they have provided. I have referred multiple family members to get any type of bodywork done by them. Recently I had one of my vehicles taken care of by them since it was damaged by another driver. Ricky always puts his best foot forward and get everything done for a fair price. He is super transparent and will make sure everything is done to perfection. He won't waste your time and I highly recommend his shop to do any type of repairs. They work on high end vehicles as well, which is always a major plus; this way you know they have experience when you leave your vehicle behind. Whenever I have to go to them, I'm always worry free since they're always making sure that everything comes out 100 percent! read more

Ricky and the staff are great!! I have been a return customer and Ricky has helped me out on several occasions. His pricing is very fair and his work is impeccable. I just finished my photo inspection there. Nice customer service, they are friendly, trustable, and responsible!

I needed to replace a spoiler on my Mustang and Ricky gave me a reasonable price. When I brought the car home and opened the truck lid I heard a loose bolt rattling in the lid from the old spoiler and I also notice light scratches on the paint of the trunk. I contacted Ricky via email as I couldn't speak because of being on voice rest and expressed my concerns he never responded. You get what you pay for at this place. I suggest if you want quality work go somewhere else, if you want inexpensive fast cheap work this place will do. Needless to say I will bring my cars some where else for my future auto body needs. If they can't do a simple job right what can be expected if you need a more complex work. read more

I will always recommend this body shop to my family and friends moving forward. Thank you for taking such great care of my car!!!!! read more

Very poor customer service. Ricky has poor communication skills. I brought my car to Ricky to get an estimate and he was nice enough to take my car apart and take a look at it. Ricky estimated it would cost more than the insurance company had initially given me. He submitted a supplemental form and when the insurance adjustor came to inspect the car, and it was decided the insurance's estimate was initially too low, and that the car was now totaled($3,400 in repairs). During this week Ricky was on vacation and was not at the shop. I decided to keep the car, took the money from my insurance, and went to pick my car up. Ricky was still on vacation and I was told I could come back the next day as Ricky would be back at the shop and would be the one to help me. When I phoned Ricky the next day, he was incredibly rude and he belittled me asking why "I brought him a totaled car." When I had explained what had happened he acknowledged he forgot about the supplemental form and that he didn't even know the adjustor came to inspect the vehicle. His team did not inform him of what happened with my vehicle. We both understood this was a mistake on his part for forgetting. At that point Ricky became very salty over his mistake. He kept asking me to tell him how much I got for the vehicle and I said I didn't think it was relevant as I was willing to pay whatever to get my lights and blinkers put back on. Once I told him I wasn't going to tell him he immediately became offensive again and refused to work on my vehicle! I understand nobody likes to be caught with a mistake, but that is no excuse to stay angry and refuse service. If Ricky would take the time to listen to his customers and maybe even do a briefing on the cars he's working on, he could avoid more issues like this in the future. You shouldn't accuse the customer of fault when you don't have the facts. read more

I am sure many people don't go out of their way to write positive reviews. I wanted to make sure the company knew that I was extremely satisfied. Words can't express how amazing this auto body shop is!! Ricky is an amazing person who goes above and beyond in his customer service and body work! I recently got into 2 car accidents in 2 weeks so you can imagine how upset and stressed I have been. He immediately calmed me down and expressed care and concern. He handled the matter with professionalism and even helped with my car rental and claims to my insurance claim. I was already upset and stressed from the car accident so I am extremely thankful for the way he handled this matter. I highly recommend this auto body shop for any work you may need! Ricky will make you feel like family AND make sure you are well taken care of and satisfied! Thank you thank you thank you!!!! read more

Gotta say the guys at Nassau Collision made a painful process into a most enjoyable experience. Got my truck back today and it looks great, they even got it waxed for me. They worked with my insurance company to make sure my truck was going to get fixed with the best quality parts and it looked just like it did when I drove it off of the lot the day I bought it. Thanks a lot Nassau Collision for taking great care of my truck and I. read more

We have taken two cars to Nassau collision. Each time, the work was done beautifully and for a reasonable price. Bus backed into my pathfinder which I only had for a few months and caused roughly $5000 worth of damage. Ricky was able to take care of the insurance people for me and get the car repaired faster than the estimated time. As promised, he got me dealer parts and the paint job came out flawless. I am very detailed oriented and going over the work with a fine tooth comb, I couldn't see a difference if I had just bought the car new. read more
