I reached out the next day and Arthur accused me that I did the damage overnight and I'm bringing it back on him. I was shocked by his angry & unprofessional response, especially since he said he guarantees his work. He said he would try to buff it out, and well, that didn't help. I took it to another body shop to have it looked at. I was told they painted the entire quarter panel which extended beyond the damage to try blend it in. Which created more imperfections and blistering. For the amount he charged I expected quality work and didn't receive it.
