I heard creaking from my rear which l knew meant suspension system needed some changes. When l would start my car in the morning l would hear squeaking and l began to wonder if my timing chain was going ary. I used to take my car to Dorgler Auto Repair and the Sunoco on Queens Blvd. Dorgler was the first to tell me don't worry about the creaking (end of our relationship) I went in to Sunoco and requested a quote for work, never got a call back as promised (end of our relationship) I began googling for a reputable place in my neighborhood and Fast Fix reviews seemed genuine so l said l will give them a try. I drove in Monday and just like l read they were busy, however, Louie came out and I shared.my concerns. Without hesitation he said it's not your timing chain it's your belts. He put some goop on it to stop the sound temporarily and told me when l could bring the car back and when he would have the work finished. I brought the car back to Louie and his team Thursday, my car was delivered to me Saturday as promised and along the way Louie sent me pics and videos of the work. To top it all off he walked me around the car when l got there, showed me all the damaged parts he had to replace. The stellar service did not end there. Before handing me my keys, my car was driven to ensure the work was to there standards and once that test drive was completed the mechanic said no we need to make some adjustments. Put the car back on the lift and did what was right. Dropped the car and drove it again! I found my permanent, honest, and reputable mechanic and will recommend Fast Fix with the highest regards.

Today, I went to another repair shop where I paid $37 and passed my inspection. The other shop didn't notice any tire or brake problems. I drive about 4,000 miles a year locally. I never have any warning lights, engine check lights, or any other issues with my car. Beware if you go here and they tell you this and that needs to be replaced. Get a second opinion before you spend hundreds of dollars.

I finally lost my trust in them, having been treated vary badly and unprofessionally. Next I took the car for maintenance to Great Bear, on Kissena Blvd. in my neighborhood. The car was stalling when accelerating to enter the highway, a very dangerous situation. I also needed a new AC compressor. They charged me an exorbitant amount, but the car kept stalling, and the new, very expensive AC compressor did a poor job from the start. Isaac took care of the stalling problem, made my AC work as it should, performed regular maintenance, all that for a fraction of the price I was used to pay. My wife I I were treated in a very friendly and respectful way. Isaac is a very busy man, so don't expect a speedy resolution to your car problems or needed service. But he'll do the right job for the right price, and treat you the way a customer should. I highly recommend Isaac. I'll be his loyal customer for as long as own a car.
