All the office staff and the guys I had met from the garage area the first day were just so nice and easy to talk to. I highly recommend coming here.

** 100/10 - Highly Recommend Bayside Collision Shop!**…read more Justin was absolutely outstanding from start to finish! His professionalism, honesty, and customer service made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. From our first conversation, Justin took the time to understand my situation and even recommended the best rental car option to make sure I was covered for the entire repair process. I truly appreciated his transparency. I've had vehicles with less damage take over a month to repair, so when he confidently told me my car would be ready in about two weeks, I was pleasantly surprised. They ended up finishing just three days later than originally estimated, which was still incredibly impressive given the quality of the work. Because I'm active-duty military stationed out of state, I wasn't able to pick up my car as soon as it was ready. I communicated my availability, and Justin and his team were more than accommodating. When I arrived, my car was washed, detailed, and waiting for me. The quality of the repairs exceeded my expectations. My car looks absolutely amazing, and you can tell they take pride in their craftsmanship. It's not easy trusting someone with your vehicle, but Justin and his team treated my car with the same care and attention they would their own. If you're looking for a collision shop that's honest, efficient, communicates well, and delivers exceptional results, look no further than Bayside Collision Shop. Thank you, Justin and the entire team, for your professionalism, understanding, and outstanding work. **100/10--I would recommend this shop to anyone!**

When…read moreI picked up the car I did check it but when I returned home in the evening I found multiple problems of swirls and imperfections when the light was shining on it. I reached out the next day and Arthur accused me that I did the damage overnight and I'm bringing it back on him. I was shocked by his angry & unprofessional response, especially since he said he guarantees his work. He said he would try to buff it out, and well, that didn't help. I took it to another body shop to have it looked at. I was told they painted the entire quarter panel which extended beyond the damage to try blend it in. Which created more imperfections and blistering. For the amount he charged I expected quality work and didn't receive it. Learn from my mistake, don't pay cash and look at it under a bright light and so you can see the true quality of work.

I have been bringing our family cars to Dave for servicing for years. He is very personable,…read more experienced and knowledgeable about all makes & models, both new and old. Dave recently solved a nagging but known problem with my son's '15 Infiniti Q40. The car would take on water every time there was a steady rain. My son had taken his car to several mechanics but the problem was never resolved. Apparently the leak was a known problem with Infiniti's sunroof drain system. The outlet would easily get clogged by dirt and falling debris. Rather than simply blowing out the dirt and debris with a water or air hose like the other mechanics my son used, Dave was the only one who thought outside the box and re-ran the sunroof drain lines from both sides of the sun roof and connected the two hoses into one using a T valve and running the one single drainage hose out the car via the AC outlet. Happy to report that it's been 6 or 7 months now and the car which is parked uncovered in my driveway full-time, is now bone dry even after some very heaviest days of rain.

I personally buff and polish my car every single year (did it in May last) only to get it back with swirl marks all over but I'm not gonna be a pain about that cause I do it once a year . This is not the same service they had years ago As of today I was cleaning the inside of my car and my tint exempt sticker is missing so safe to say my car might never be coming back in the future

I initially received an estimate from my mechanic's referral, but the other driver thought it was a bit high and requested a second opinion at Keri Coach Works. Having driven the mean streets of NY for over 25 years, this was surprisingly my very first accident, so I didn't quite know what to expect. From the moment I walked in, the experience was seamless. Stella at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and let me know that Adriene would be doing the walkthrough. Adriene was an absolute godsend. He walked me through the entire process and patiently answered every single question running through my mind regarding costs, parts, insurance claims, timelines, and logistics. His professionalism completely put me at ease, and I felt confident leaving my vehicle there for the repairs. The communication didn't stop there. The same day I dropped off the car, Adriene followed up to explain exactly what parts were damaged after a closer examination, providing a clear, updated timeline. I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process, and my car was actually completed earlier than expected! As a major bonus, the shop is both I-CAR certified and an Acura Certified Collision Repair Facility, which gave me extra peace of mind. While I hope I never get into another accident, Keri Coach Works will absolutely be my go-to shop if I do. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

At first they tried to tell us we'd have to buy the part ourselves and take it to the dealership, even though we already paid them thousands for the job. After going back multiple times, they finally admitted they knew the part was missing the whole time and said it was on back order until November. If they knew, why give the car back incomplete and deny it until we pushed them? Another shop was able to get the part in just one day, so clearly it wasn't impossible. The second car was supposed to have front-end damage repaired, but they gave it back with a dent still there and acted like they didn't notice. Then they told us we'd have to wait months for someone else to fix it. On top of that, we also had brake work done on an AMG package car -- we specifically told them upfront it had larger AMG rotors, they said they understood, quoted us, then later claimed they "didn't know" and acted like they made no money on the job. The whole time, the guy John was rude, made inappropriate comments, and behaved like he was doing us a favor by taking our money. Both cars were left incomplete, and the experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else -- we did, and the other shop fixed things right away.
