I read positive reviews about Northern Blvd Collision online and made a decision to bring my car in. I do not regret it. It was a hit and run accident and the damage was extensive. Gunner and Vu were my contact persons throughout this process. They gave me updates on the car repair and the claim. I also called in to make sure everything was going well. When I picked up my car, I was beyond pleased with the repair. My car looks brand new again! I was very pleased with the overall service. If you're in the area and in need for a car repair, do not hesitate to come here. They are honest, knowledgeable, and reliable. read more

I was unfortunately in a fender bender and my neighbor Chris told me to bring my car here. The moment I got there everyone was so nice. I didn't know where to park so the guys in the garage told me to leave it where I had it and they would take car of it. The moment I walked in to the office I was greeted by Toni who walked me through what to expect, who would be handling my case (her and Gunner) and what number to reach them at. I just picked up my car and it looks brand new! The paint job is a perfect match and they detailed the inside (which I feel bad about because I have small kids). All the office staff and the guys I had met from the garage area the first day were just so nice and easy to talk to. I highly recommend coming here. read more

Northern Boulevard Collision handled the repair of my car after I was rear ended in a roundabout and I am more than satisfied with with the service they provided. Service was professional and courteous. Toni was my contact and she explained the entire process easing my worries and concerns. She arranged a shuttle service to Enterprise as I needed a rental while my car was being repaired. I was given an estimate on when work would be completed and then received daily updates. I got my car back on the date originally promised. You would not know that the car was in an accident as it looks like the day I bought it. Thank you Toni and the Northern Boulevard Collision team. I got hit from behind and took my truck to NBC. Avi was my advisor, he handled the claims, repairs, and insurance companies professionally, and quickly, and communicated to me the process. I could not be happier with how Avi and NBC handled my claim. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!! read more

Someone hit my new car in a hit and run in a parking lot. I've used Paul's auto repair on Cutter Mill Road before and knew I could trust them to fix the damages to my car. They are a Geico approved shop so that makes life easier when going through insurance. The employees at the shop are extremely knowledgeable and friendly (S/O Toni and Gunner!). My car was ready in about two weeks which had been promised when I dropped my car off with them. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with automobile damages. They take the stress out of what can be a stressful situation. read more

I haven't been here in a few years since I moved, but I miss these people! Northern Blvd Collision was recommended to me by our office secretary who spoke in glowing terms about them but was not an easy lady to deal with. Thus, I knew these people had to have the patience of a saint. I came in with literally a hole in my bumper from some asshole behind me who spontaneously saw green at an intersection when the traffic light was clearly still red. 1. Prices are reasonable, at least much more so than the other few shops up the street. Get a few estimates and see what I mean. 2. A genuine mom and pop, and really good people in a somewhat flim-flammy town when it comes to pricing. Family owned and the people are genuinely easy to talk to in a time of stress. 3. They took over all the dealings with the other party's insurance and assessor and made sure I wasn't getting screwed -- getting the best parts / service covered. 4. Fast turnover. read more

Pat, Justin, and the entire team at NBC in Great Neck has been doing great work, at reasonable rates, with a trust factor, and a sincere friendliness, that I find uncommon, and un-matchable, in my experience of dealing with Auto Body shops, and businesses in general. Domenic M-Brooklyn read more

Was recommended by my brother who has been here twice for his cars. Worked with pat who was very helpful- looks at the car & tells you what needs to be done. Doesn't try to sell you anything extra & has very fair prices. Would definitely recommend to others! read more

OMG! WHAT IS THERE TO SAY THAT HASN'T BEEN SAID ALREADY?! Pat and staff (ALL THE STAFF I might add) are a quintessential representation of class, excellence, professionalism, and honesty!!! Word of mouth had me go to " NBC" to repair my BMW after a fender bender and Pat and Nancy made me feel like family as soon as I entered their shop. In a world, many times, of dealing with vultures and people taking advantage of others, it's a blessing to experience an honest based company such as Northern Boulevard Collision ("NBC")! The quality of work (fixing the damage & paint job match) is unmatched by any other auto body shop I've experienced! Kudos to the staff and may God bless you guys to continue to receive praise and monetary gain due to your integrity! read more

There are no stars to be given. The worst place to take your car. They process fraudulent reports to make money. I left my car there at 10 am and was waiting for a minor return repair needed that they did could not fix the first time. When I find out by calling myself not them calling me that I could not pick up my car till the next morning. Which left me with no way of going back home. I had to wait an hour for someone to get me. I will never use them again and no one should ever use them. They are thieves and could care less about their clients. Not to mention that they wrote up my claim for $8000 when it really should have been no more than $3000. Scam artists. read more

Pat is very nice! He only charge me $20 for fixing my losses back bumper. Fast and good quality!

One of the nicest most professional around. Pat was a huge help and made my car look even better than before it was hit while parked. Very outstanding service along with amazing customer service. Wouldn't recommend anywhere else. Hopefully never need to use a Collision shop ever again but if I had to I'd bring it here 1000% before anywhere else. Thank you guys again! read more

My husband just picked up his car after only 24 hours from drop off and the work on his car is AMAZING from Northern Blvd Collision. We have known Pat for years and has always been a class act. The work his shop provides is top notch. We have brought all of our cars here, over the years and have never had a problem with quality of service. Living in New York and trying to have a nice car is hard but Pat makes it all better. Accidents, scratches, dents and dings...everything comes out like magic. I don't freak out about my car knowing that I can bring it to Pat and he will give me a fair estimate and accurate time frame when our cars will be back. read more

Northern Boulevard Collision is a first rate enterprise and the only place I would bring my car for body work. I have known Pat, the owner, for many years. I've brought my truck here twice so far. After being told I would need to purchase a whole new panel for a difficult dent and several deep scratches in the paint, this place made it look 100% brand new for a great price. Nothing worse than having to bring my car in to the shop after a hit and run. Thankfully northern blvd collision was recommended by a trusted friend. They did an amazing job fixing the damage on my front quarter panel and front door. The car looks better than before. No sign of damage at all. Everyone there was helpful and professional. I'm bummed writing this review since I can't give Pat and his team another Star. Finding an honest body shop is hard. Finding a competent one is even harder. Finding a single place which does both is virtually impossible. Except for this shop. Any negative reviews are from morons who want miracles. Practical people know how good this place is. Pat + team Wow. No one enjoys a collision. No one likes a repair. But if that day comes, and it does (sadly) to all of us...go to this team. Even if you have to drive 100 miles, this is the place. Honest. I am writing this because I was astonished at attention to detail. Vehicle looks better than new. 6 stars out of 5. Consider yourself lucky if Pat takes your business. WONDERFUL! I hope we never need another repair....but this is this SINGLE place we'd ever go & trust. Thank you Pat. read more

I ve used this establishment many times. The people are extremely helpful. I usually am pretty stressed when I arrive there, but Patrick and Nancy are very understanding. By the time I walk out, I m feeling assured and glad that I know them. They couldn't be nicer. Car is always taken care of in a quick manner. I always recommend them to all my friends. read more

They do a great job and are honest. You need to schedule ahead of time but will be satisfied with the work. Pricing is fair.

I work for a large car dealership, delivering parts to collision and repair shops. We deliver to 200+ collision shops. When it came to getting my own car repaired, NBC was my first and only choice. Immediately upon walking in, you will definitely sense a culture of professionalism, integrity and competence. They thrive on referred and satisfied customers. You will not only get a properly repaired car, but new friends as well. read more

I went to the store to get a few scratches removed. Here are the problems, 1. Overspray, overspray, overspray 2. Did not remove clear handle sticker on my door before paint job. He sprayed clear coated over it. Either very bad perperation or careless 3. Did not remove the scratch from the driver door as promised on our verbal agreement. I pointed this out when i went to get the car. He said he will try to buff it out since he forgot. It didnt work... Half done job. 4. There was a small fresh scratch on my car after the service was done. 5. Very expensive, cash only, and no receipt. With all that being said, I will never bring my car here ever again. I bought my car new and its only 2 years old. Theres no point of bringing my car back to get it fixed again from Northern blvd collision because they will probably cause more damage since there very unprofessional. Wasted my money and time. I have been using Northern Blvd collision for many years now. They are professional, accommodating and make a stressful situation so much easier to handle. You just cannot do better than Northern Blvd. Collision. The owner, Pat Colleary ( (say, koh-LEERY) is a gem of a person, who seems to have a real empathetic connection to people who bring in their damaged cars. He always expresses concern whether anyone was injured in an accident. Prices are fair and your car is delivered exactly as you expected, in "as-new" condition and when it's promised. Loved the work they did with my Nissan Maxima 2014, the front passenger side bumper was sideswiped, the car looked disgusting before I gave my car to Northern Boulevard Collisions, now it looks like I got the car new from the showroom, The process took only 1 1/2 days, I was in and out. For a great price they did an amazing job with a short period of time. I will highly recommend my friends and family. read more

Very professional and honest service. When I had a big dent in my door other shops wanted to replace the entire door and repaint the entire car so that everything would "match". They wanted to bill insurance over $2500 which would have cost me $500 deductible. Pat the owner called in his dent guy and the entire job cost me approximately $60! Highly recommend these guys! read more

I am recommending this body shop to all my friends and family! I brought my car in because of a very silly and embarrassing mistake I made of cleaning sap off my car using a scotch bright pad. Of course I felt like a complete idiot (you live and you learn) but this being my first car that I've ever owned, and not really thinking clearly in the moment- I had scratches on every panel of my car once it dried. I went to one other body shop in Great Neck- North Shore Auto Collision (right around the corner) to get an estimate, they wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount to have it sanded and buffed. They tried to make it seem as though the damage was a lot greater than in actuality. The scratches did not penetrate to the paint- only the clear coat. So I wanted to get a second opinion because I obviously knew they were ripping me off, I spoke with Pat on the phone and he seemed really nice and understanding, I decided to bring my car in, he took a quick look at it and said no problem, he gave me a very reasonable price. I dropped my car off and in a few hours it was ready to be picked up. They really did an amazing job, my car looks brand new again. All of the scratches are gone. They are very honest and very reasonably priced, I trust them 100% Thank you again! -Samantha read more

i am ashamed of myself for not writing a review on norther blvd sooner. i have been using pat, justin and nancy to take care of all of my families cars for years now. i have had nothing but great experiences with them. their work is first class, their customer service is first class, their prices are fair and i also consider them friends. give them a chance to do your work and you will never look for another collision shop ever again-they are that good. these are a++++ people. read more

My car was hit while parked on my street. The whole passenger side was smashed so I needed to get it fixed. I'm new to this area (nyc) and was looking for a body shop that would be honest and fair with me. I was hesitant to bring it anywhere in New York because I thought they were going to rip me off. So hesitant that I was going to bring it back to Philadelphia (that's where I moved from) to a shop I knew so I wouldn't get ripped off). Pat (and the rest of the people that work at NBC) took such great care of me n for a very reasonable price. My car came back looking brand spanking new. I had taken it to another place before I found NBC to get an estimate and they were just going to slap some filler on it when it clearly needed new doors and they were going to charge me an enormous amount of money. NBC put new doors on n really charged me a fair amount of money and they were honest. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a body shop. Also, I know for sure that they put new doors on because a few weeks later someone backed into my car crushing the passenger side doors yet again (just my luck). NBC is the best body shop around and Pat was very easy to talk to and very fair. My car is going back in today to fix the new bang up on my car (I seriously just have to laugh bc my luck lately is just unreal). I know it will come out looking perfect. I trust them completely and will continue to go give NBC my business and recommend them to others. read more
