I was pleasantly surprised that they they helped coordinate getting a rental car for me while my car was being repaired. There were some wear and tears that I didn't plan on getting repaired but they offered such a great deal that it was worth doing fixes with them. After a few days when the mirror was ready I walked in, paid and waited for them to fix the mirror. They were fairly quick with it but it wasn't intensive work that would take hours. The staff was also very nice and friendly. The office of the shop was amazing, probably one of the best body shop offices you could ever see. The decor was tasteful and eclectic. They had coffee service, so much seating, and a lot of good art around. I felt like I was waiting in luxury. If you need a body shop around Island Park this is the place to go!
