They laid out what was going to be done, set expectations for timeline and cost, helped with a rental when Enterprise couldn't (They were over the max my insurance would pay). The car was done much sooner than expected (yay!) and Tommy handled everything from dealing with the insurance company to helping out with the rental car. When I got the car back it looked great. They even touched up some of the other scratches on the car while they were at it. The car was returned in mint condition completely cleaned and beautiful. Highly recommend these guys for any work you need done.

Here is a short list of the facts : * My vehicle was towed…read morefrom my place of work, 3600 Long beach road. A parking lot for the shoppers of Kohls, Staples and Bed bath and beyond. * Filed a stolen police report because Broadway towing did not have my vehicle. * Had to contact the shopping centers landlord to get in touch with Al's towing. Said he towed the car because it was sitting in the lot with no plates for two weeks. It's a NEW CAR with valid in transit tags. * Al refused to release my vehicle after 6 days of back and forth fighting. * Finally I had BMW pay Broadway to tow the vehicle out to a BMW dealer. Al promised to tow the vehicle to two separate locations and never did. * Bumper was damaged on my vehicle. Just under $600 to repair. Brand new BMW with 1700 miles. * Lost use of my car for 10 days because someone towed the wrong car and did not want to release it. In addition to the damage to my car. * AVOID AL'S towing and broadway towing inc. COMPLAIN to the tenants, the police and anyone who will listen.
