Brian was about 15 minutes late for our appointment but he texted to advise of his late ETA. Traffic can be unpredictable so that was understandable. He was very cordial and professional. Before he began, he asked if I had any questions and he answered any of my concerns. He spent about 4 hours reviving my 2014 minivan and it looked pretty awesome afterwards. I did noticed a couple of minor deficiencies and he quickly addressed and rectified them. The service cost is a bit high but I was pleased with his efforts and his results. I would recommend you give CSP and Brian the opportunity to show some love to your vehicle. I'm glad I did.

I got a new car and joined the bandwagon to another shop since I became part of the "herd mentality" that they must do good work. Came out poorly and I am repeatedly going back to get things corrected. I now know I wasted my money as when I got my last car done Andrew stated "If there is anything you don't like just come back and I will redo it for you." That should have sat in my brain when I made my recent choice. Do not make the mistake I did. If you are considering PPF for you car, take it here. No other shop on LI has the ability to do as good of a job as they did on my last car. No question.

The original stain was very dark, and so I was very pleased to see that it was barely noticeable after he worked on it. He even provided a complimentary vacuuming which I was very grateful for. Overall, my experience with Precision Detailing was pleasant and I plan on using Phil again in the future for a full car detail. I think you can find other cheaper places, but this place is excellent, efficient and thorough. Cleaning: The outside is the outside...anyone with a fancy automatic carwash can do as good a job as these guys. But where Woodbury excels are the guys who take over after: they dry, they clean (blow excess off), they vacuum, clean the glass, wipe down the console, and shine the tires. I've gotten the Empire wash at other locations, and they usually take a good 15 minutes to thoroughly clean everything and leave the car spotlessly clean. I still tipped both workers who wiped down my car, but my car was left completely dirty, you can clearly see the dust remaining in the photos. I'm very disappointed with the quality. Please save your money and avoid this location; you're better off trying Rainbow or a different spot.
