Spent $40 plus tip for Silver car wash. Terrible job, inside barely looks different from when i brought it there.. I had to dry part of the exterior of my car myself.. I would not use them again, and recommend going elsewhere.. read more

This used to be my go-to spot, but unfortunately the quality has declined while prices have increased significantly--around 30-40% over the past five years. My last couple of visits were disappointing, with subpar service. Most recently, there was a strong body odor left in my car that took hours to go away. At 8am and 45 degrees outside, that was especially concerning. read more

Paid for the platinum package. They came in and told me my car had been done for a half hour . No one bothered to tell me. When I went outside my interior seats were not wiped down and my car was still filthy. There were sugar packet opened in the side compartment from kids and they refused to empty it and clean it unless I paid more for a detail. I was yelled at when they walked away and told the owner would tell me the same thing . That if I wanted it cleaned I would have to get it detailed. I didn't expect it to be perfect, but at least my seats wiped down and cup holders and side to be emptied and cleaned . That is what I paid for !!! I wound up having to use the air to do it myself . And throw everything out myself. I was told then I should have had it ready for them before hand and vacuumed it myself !!!! So I'm supposed to clean my car myself then pay them for it ? Lol They are rude! I went here since I was in the area . Never again! I should have waited and got it done where I normally go to and this would never happen. read more

This place used to be great. Now it's horrible. Went to get my SUV washed this morning. It went through the tunnel. The "wrap" on the drivers side wasn't working. Left the side dirty. Then I noticed the mats, air fresheners and stuff was all gone. Something going on here. There were 2 guys working the prep area. One drying. Definitely understaffed. The guy drying didn't exert himself in the least. Only wiped what he could reach without bending down. One towel wiped the dash, the body, the windows and the exterior. I ended up having to wipe down most of the truck myself. Then noticed that my mats were filthy due to all the salt that was put down they were cleaner when I came in. Place looked so run down compared to a year ago. read more

Sunrise Car Wash - Prices !!! - Car Wash Near Me - Merrick, New York

First time at this car wash. There was a little bit of a line on a Saturday afternoon but went quick. Did the gold wash and purchased an air freshener so total came to about $28. I was SO happy that they cleaned my cup holders with me having to ask. Soooo many places don't do that. The carpets and dash were done nicely too. My only complaint was that there was streaks on ALL my windows that I noticed later that night. Especially on the windshield. Which made me windex them myself later. read more

It's become expensive to have your car ran through a machine and half ass cleaned by a bunch of lazy workers. Left the interior of my vehicle wet. Like i drove through a river. I tried complaining and there is no one at the place that cares. Dont know how this place is in business. First red flag was me being the only person there. read more

Used to be great, but the last 6 months has not been the same. Streaks, and not vacuuming areas even after buying the "gold" package over the cheaper silver. After coming here over ten years, I'm forced to find a new place read more

Never again. First, they use a filthy bucket of dirty water to wash your wheels, then brush your dry car With it. Also, 3 times in a row the lady at the cashier short changed my cash payment by $8.00. cooncidence, I do think so. Gave local busines a shot. Will go elsewhere. read more

Awesome job! 7-10 get $5 off the wash. Busy but the line went quickly and the manager jumped in to help everything move smoothly. They do a monthly price as well for unlimited car washes. read more

I'm 37 years old and today was my first time venturing to a car wash by myself (my dad or husband have always taken care of the car washing duties for me and it was never really something I gave much thought to). Being a trusting and loyal Yelper, I checked out reviews for the car washes nearest me in Seaford. Fellows Yelpers had not been kind, with their average star ratings being a 2 at most! I decided to trust the stellar reviews and took a chance on Sunrise Car Wash. Am I glad I did! You and your car are greeted with smiles all around. Not knowing which package to choose, the kind worker helped me decide. Inside, the friendliness only continued. The gal at the register was super sweet and helpful. They have snacks and lots of car accessories for sale, which I thought was pretty useful. Once your car goes through the wash, it gets parked right out front and this is where the magic really happens. A dedicated miracle worker takes your car under their wing and cleans every inch of the interior. Let me tell you, my car was pretty nasty before this treatment. When I got in my sparkly clean car, I couldn't find one single morsel of dust or dirt. The windows were so clear! For under $30, I was honestly shocked by the quality of care that goes into the wash. This is the greatest car wash on Long Island and everyone should try them at least once in their car's lifetime. read more

Best one so far in this area. I like how much attention they pay to cleaning the car inside and out.

I have monthly car washes on both of my cars. Ira and the whole crew are amazing. The service is impeccable and fast. I rarely have to wait in line for a wash. I would not trust anyone else with my vehicles. Sal Buceti Merrick, NY read more

GARBAGE .. $35 and the machine doesn't wash your windshield , you have to literally spend money on the gold package minimum to get a clean windshield. Then what does the guy do ? Uses a rag to dry the car and proceeds to use the same rag to clean the windows inside . How do you think that turned out ?? go somewhere else read more

Cheap but ... you get what you pay for. I would only use them for an outside wash. Don't waste your money on the inside! read more

Recently had my truck washed here was not happy with the outcome. the worker who wiped down my car told me he was done so i asked to speak with the manager. I pointed out spots that were still dirty being a white vehicle it was pretty easy to see. The manager tried to blame the worker I explained to him that they never hit it with the brush upon entering the car wash. I shouldn't have to walk around my vehicle pointing out spot that were missed. read more

I've been patronizing this car wash for years-both under the ownership of the previous owner and the current owner. I purchased the unlimited car wash package, and I have my SUV cleaned every week. The staff is friendly, approachable, and responsive (once, the interior of my car wasn't vacuumed-we all make mistakes occasionally, right? I spoke with the owner, as well as the manager, and they apologized and rectified the situation). My SUV is spotless!! read more

I've been going to this car wash for several years now. Usually had great experiences. The last time I brought my car here I had to go home and clean the windows because they were so full of streaks. Today the wax I paid for didn't go on while my car was going through. I asked the cashier about it and she kindly checked. Nope, the wax did not go on. Did anyone notice or say something to me? No. She said the guys would apply wax by hand and it might take longer because of that. Okaaay. My car was outside for about 3 minutes before I came out. I didn't see anyone applying wax but a few minutes later was told it was finished. Interesting. I went back inside and asked for a credit because the wax I paid for hadn't been applied. One of the guys followed me in and said they did put wax on. How? Through magic? Guess I'll be looking for a new car wash. read more

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!!! I called this car wash at 4:26 PM on a Sunday and asked if a hand wash could be done on my vehicle. I was told yes and that they would close at 5:00 PM. I arrived at 4:41 PM and waited in line until 4:58 to then RUDELY be told that my vehicle, a small 4-door coupe, could not be hand washed. It is egregious and unacceptable to inconvenience a customer who called in advance and was explicitly given permission to bring a vehicle for hand washing. The manager was contacted over the phone by the person who told me to bring my car, which was NOT denied, and he apologized but still refused to wash my car. read more

Good car wash. Hardworking group. Great job of Cleaning the inside of my car. Short wait time.

Best car wash in nassau county hands down, they spend double the amount of time that other car washes do

I rarely give 1 star, this place is the pits. Been going here time and time again bc it's so close to my house and expecting it to be different but it never is. No matter who is working or what day, they never do the complete job. When I spend $45 to get my car washed do you think you can pretend to at least vacuum the back and wipe down the dashboard? Basic areas that should be cleaned never are. Pure crap service each and every time and I've been here dozens of times. Shame on me. Never again. What an overpriced joke. read more
