We called Bob immediately to give him the "green light" to proceed with the job of replacing our bumper. The parts were ordered promptly and when it arrived, we brought the car in. Other repair shops told me that they would need to source a used part (new part no longer available), cut out the section between the headlights, then weld the used part into place. Well, I didn't want a used part (probably rusty) on my car. Bob's was the only shop that said they could repair the damage without requiring a used donor part. The results exceeded my high expectations - the repair is perfect in every way (see the before and after photos). This week, Bob replaced/repainted a rear bumper cap on my Infiniti. His estimate was right in line with other shops (actually a little less), and once again, the repair is perfect. I'm not planning to have an accident any time soon, but if I do, Bob's Collision Center is my go-to shop. They charge Ferrari pricing for a Kia product. The company's quality is abysmal. Most people prefer a General Contractor that has or does carry a tool belt around. I doubt Gilbert ever has. He has difficulty answering the most basic of questions about the product his company builds. Actually, these cars are built by what appears to be a disgruntled workforce if you believe Blackbridge's employee reviews. If you like paying hundreds of thousands of dollars for cars that have known defects, leak, experience multiple failure points absent any form of a warranty then this is for you. These guys are no better than every other schlock out there looking to capitalize on our thirst for refurbished vintage cars. Don't be fooled. Your money is better spent elsewhere supporting upstanding people that stand behind their product.

We took off a star because the end cost was more than double the initial estimate. We were initially quoted $700 for the work based on the pictures I sent, and after a phone call when I explained the issues, he said give or take $200 more, but in the end, we had to pay $1,500 (plus a $100 tip). Dino explained that this was because there was some work needed that wasn't visible in the photos I sent. It might still be a good price overall compared to what I'll pay at the body shop, but for other potential buyers, just make sure you send all the photos of the things that need repairing so that you don't get surprised by the end cost.

What impressed me most was the paint work. My car has a three-coat pearl white finish, which is not easy to match, and Dino blended it perfectly with the rest of the car.
