Impeccable service at a fair price. It was only a side mirror replacement, paid out of pocket by me, and they did all they could to keep the costs down. The work was done well and on time. All the five-star reviews are well deserved. read more

We've had two vehicles repaired at Merit. All I can say is that Paul and his staff do a wonderful job. The work that is done is excellent. They communicate very well so there are no surprises. The vehicle is ready when they say it will be ready (if not sooner). Just a very professional operation that makes getting your car repaired as painless as possible. They have my whole-hearted recommendation. read more

It's very rare to find an auto body shop that actually fights for you & represents you well just like they're fighting for their own car, that's the feeling I got when I went there, from the minute I pulled in, Paul was very welcoming & the entire crew & others working the phones with the insurance company to get things done, making sure you have a rental during the repair, a real five star treatment, thank you very much, a very pleasant experience, read more

Everything went well from the start to the finish. The girls in the office continued to update me on the status of repair. Upon completion, my vehicle looked like it just came out of the dealership. Ben and Paul each pay attention to detail. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who needs repair. read more

It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The office kept me informed about the status of the repair and the repair itself was just perfect. Like having a new car again. read more

You don't want to need an auto body repair but, when you do -- and you never know when it will happen -- it's such a comfort to have this amazing body shop to turn to -- they do everything, including the paperwork for your insurance claim and arrange for a rental if you need it. The facility is very clean and everyone there is a true professional. They keep you apprised during the time of the repair as to how it's going and are always "there" to answer questions at all steps of the repair. Everyone there, from supervisor Paul to the workmen to the fabulous office staff, is always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I needed autobody help several times, the last time a delivery truck hit me and damaged the front of my car and left without giving me information. I didn't even see most the damage as it was internal. As usual, the insurance adjuster went to the shop -- I didn't have to do anything. The body work is always flawless -- they do a beautiful job, plus they detail the car before you pick it up, so your car really looks and drives like new! I don't want to need their help, but I know it can happen at any time and I feel safe and grateful having them to go to when I do need help. read more

Excellent autobody shop. My car came back like new. I think they must have had it detailed after the work was complete. Luz and Paul were very helpful and responsive throughout the process. I highly recommend them. read more

great service, great communication - wonderful completion! Car was in better condition than when I got it from the dealer

Merit does exceptional work and they took care of everything with the insurance company and rental car. They are not the least expensive but not the most expensive either, and for the quality of the work I would say they deliver excellent value. Highly recommend! read more

From start to finish, Merit Auto body handled my vehicle with care. Their team assisted with the processing of my insurance claim, provided consistent updates and explained the process in great detail. I was never left in the dark. 10/10 on the bodywork, service and consumer satisfaction. Highly recommend! read more

This may be the 2nd review I've ever written in my life so that how serious I feel about this shop! Merit Autobody is simply the best. I wouldn't dream of going to another autobody shop. For me, having an accident is enough of a nightmare - repairing my car isn't. I literally text the owner, Paul, and within minutes he responds and a forms a plan. His team takes care of everything for me from insurance to rentals; making life super easy. Everyone that works there is patient, kind and polite. They try and do the repairs as quickly as possible and keep me posted every step of the way. Upon receiving my car back- it's detailed inside and out!!! I have referred over a handful of friends to Paul and his shop and all have come back with the same experience - he's just the best. If I could give this business 10 stars - I would. read more

I cannot recommend Merit highly enough. Paul is the nicest person! He is responsive to emails and calls, and he always explains everything in detail. And a huge plus - he never talks down to me bc I'm a woman. The office staff is also fantastic. They take care of you from start to finish and are great with insurance claims. And, of course, my car always looks great. Merit is awesome. read more

I've been coming here for years ! The service is absolutely outstanding! The owner , Paul , is super sweet and I just couldn't rate this place highly enough ! Always goes out of the way to accommodate me and I won't take my cars anywhere else ! Go ! You won't be disappointed read more

Outstanding work and service. I don't want to make it habit of having to repair dents and accident damage. But I've had my car damaged twice in three years. My car is my baby. I want it brought back to new condition. Merit Auto Body made it incredibly easy both times. They do factory-quality work, and keep you updated on the progress. Highly recommended. Paul and his crew have a stellar reputation and I can verify it. They are the best. Without question the best body shop in Westchester County and one of the best in all of New York State. read more

Paul and his team have worked on 3 of my cars already and I couldn't recommend Merit Auto Body more. They are extremely professional and most of all, they take the time to listen to their customers. They approach every discussion individually and with empathy. It's no wonder they're so busy, and frankly I'm amazed that Paul is able to afford his customers such time and personal high touch. He is always cool and collected, and absolutely knows his stuff (I do most of my own mechanical service on my cars so I have some idea). Of equal importance is the high quality of their work. I trust Paul and his team, and recommend Merit Auto Body wholeheartedly. In fact, I won't go anywhere else. read more

The great reviews are all true. Outstanding repair, detailing, customer service and done extremely fast. Paul always goes beyond the basics. Don't waste your time at any other collision place. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Paul and his crew. They always go above and beyond expectations. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent service, very professional. Ongoing updates on the repair progress. Very friendly staff.

Merit Auto Body lived up to its name and reviews. After my car was damaged in the parking lot of my development from a fallen tree branch, this shop was recommended by my dealership. I visit the premise and was welcomed by Dilenia the receptionist. She is so sweet. And let me tell you, there is no middle man here at this shop. Though there are many workers in the shop, Paul the owner was the man. He went through everything with you, and he assured me if I had any problems he would take care of it. And he sure did. Everything from contacting my insurance company, dealing with the Insurance Adjuster, and the Comprehensive payment. All I had to do was leave the car. Dilenia kept me abreast of all the work being done on my car. And when finish, Paul personally called to tell me I could pick up my car. Oh boy! Was it finished. A full detailing, polish, and shine. Though my insurance company wanted me to take my car to one of their certified body shops, my gut feeling and my visit to this clean and professional shop sealed the deal. And reading Merit's previous reviews sealed my decision to stick with Merit. It was the best choice. Love this place. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know. Thank you guys. read more

very professional and reliable service . I firmly recommend merit auto body ! Sergio

Probably the best experience I have ever had completing a repair on a vehicle....Paul is a professional in every sense of the word!!!!!

Was expecting the worse, with my older, but solid car, after the rear bumper fell off. But Merit Auto Body repaired the old girl, within a few days and way under what i was expecting to pay. Of course, do not ever WANT to voluntarily go to an auto body shop, but it is comforting to know a quality outfit like Merit is there if i need their services. read more

I brought my Honda Pilot 2008 in because the front passenger window would not close. After researching the issue online, I fully expected to have to replace the window motor. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call that the problem was the window lock was on! There was no charge for their "diagnosis", even though they had to store my car in their garage over a weekend. I highly recommend Merit Auto Body and will definitely be using them in the future for my auto service needs. read more

Merit Auto Body did an outstanding job on our front bumper. Very professional the car was ready exactly when they said it would be. Definitely worth the value they charged us which was very reasonable too. If you live anywhere near Bronxville and need body work done it's defintely worth the drive to go see the folks at Merit Auto Body. read more

Let's make this simple: even if your car is inoperable, push it to Merit Auto Body.
