Greg (owner) and…read moreSamantha (front desk) treated me like family or a long-time friend though this was my first time there. The work was absolutely perfect. They matched the color exactly, clear-coated the paint, checked for hidden damage, and aligned the rear lights to be sure the car was safe. Greg personally called Enterprise Car Rental and had them come pick me up, and when the work was done, Enterprise picked up the car from the shop. The car looks better than new, and I will tell everyone that this is the A+ team for any body work. Thanks!

First and foremost, trust is paramount in this industry! I brought my car in for what I thought…read morewould be a simple repair on the front passenger of my car. Their initial estimate took me by surprise (it was honest). As when the adjuster reviewed to work, agreed to the estimate. NWC did what they could and instead of struggling with a specialty area of my Volvo, sublet that portion and kept me appraised throughout the entire affair. I picked up my well manicured vehicle and was extremely happy with the workmanship, staff courtesy and concern that I'd be upset with the repair that had to be sublet. It was a special sublet and they addressed it in proper professional manner. If I have the misfortune of needing body work in the future, here is where I'll be going!

I brought it in to be repaired after a recommendation from a friend, and also asked them to fix other accumulated damage around the car. The quote was very reasonable and I left the car there on Friday morning, it was ready by Monday at noon. This was very significant damage and I almost didn't recognize my car when I picked it up. It looked practically brand new, outside and even inside! They decided to detail the interior for me (car is 8 years old) and it looked fantastic. Smells like polish inside and my baby car seats weren't connected, but that was certainly proof that they actually just took everything out and detailed it without my asking. Overall, I'd highly recommend this place to anyone. Honest, timely and great work. Planning on returning with my other car next year.

Despite the odds that we were up against of having a nice relaxing weekend, Craig, i'm assuming the owner, took care of it the same day we brought it in simply because we asked and felt bad it happened on Thanksgiving day. We brought the car in at 1pm and got the call to pick it up at 4. Super nice guy, no shady business, and really professional. We were also fortunate that one of his local vendors carried the window needed so he went and picked it up himself. Had to leave this review so that this man and his honest business gets the credit it deserved.
