Please look at the video I posted. I don't want you to think I'm making stuff up, I have video of the job they did. The owner told me he was going to put a Rhino coat in my pickup truck. When I got my truck back, he had coated it with U-pol raptor seal. The coating was coming off within the first week. I called the manufacturer of raptor seal, and they said this material is made to coat tool handles, not truck beds. When I asked The owner to remedy the situation, he offered to put on another coat of the wrong material. A few years later, the whole rear of the truck is a mess. It's completely rusted. He did the job wrong, with the wrong material, and did not fix the issue. BUYER BEWARE - not to be trusted. The public needs to be warned about White Plains Collision. I wish they had zero stars as an option. I wish I had video of the whole transaction. At least I was able to take videos of the truck bed and post the videos on Yelp. Keep in mind, this work was done a few years ago, I have friends who got a rhino coat on their truck before I got the work done, and their trucks are perfect. It's been years, and I still consider it one of the worst transactions I've had in my life, and I'm about to turn 40. These way the owner acted, it was disgusting. He kept telling me he did the job wrong because I wanted a cheap price. I never once brought up price, I asked for a bid, and said ok to the first price he gave me. He was like "you get what you pay for" - like he was blaming me for the terrible quality of his work. I remember when I was there for a price, he showed me a different truck bed, but there's no chance it was the same material he used on my truck. When I confronted him, he said "well that guys a tradesman, I used a more heavy duty product." But I'm a plumber, and I told him I planned on putting boilers and other heavy objects in my truck. I can't tell you enough, get your car fixed anywhere else. These guys are not to be trusted. And I have friends who are friends with the owner. I am from the area, I don't want to bad mouth people. I was referred by mutual friends, I hate that I have to give this review. But these guys are a rip off. I reluctantly feel forced into warning the public about White Plains Collision. Go elsewhere!! You will thank yourself later. Please check out the videos I've attached. Keep in mind, I brought the truck there brand new from the show room floor. The truck bed cane painted. They basically scraped off the paint that came with the truck, and put on a different coat of paint, and charged me $650. What a rip off. Honestly, one of the worst transactions of my life. read more
